If the user discovers the knob is unable/insensitive to control the power, it is highly possible the knob calibration mode was accidentally triggered through the water leaving on the induction panel surface. We would recommend the user to go through the following steps to check if the knob needs to recalibrate again.
Instruction to check whether the knob calibration is required.
Model: 10041381 (PI6041T-S5)
- Take out all the knobs from the induction plate panel.
- Touch the power on button.
- Check the display panel. “+” and “-“ sign is light ON or not.
- If ON – No need to do to knob calibration.
- If OFF – Need to do knob calibration.

Without “+”, “-” button

With “+”, “-” button (normal situation)

- Take out all the knobs from the induction plate panel.
- Touch the power on button.
- Touch one burner selector, slide the sliding control with a finger and check if the digits can be displayed or not.
- If shows digital number – No need to do to knob calibration.
- If shows no digital number – Need to do knob calibration.
