It's perfect but big The spinning sides work very nicely and smoothly. It was very oily when it arrived. Would probably have bought the 200cm bar instead if I could do it over due to space issues

Die Stange - Anfang Jänner bestellt - hätte mitte Jänner da sein sollen, auf mehrmaliges Nachfragen wurde zuerst die Bestellung nicht gefunden, dann hatten sie keine Telefonnummer, auf einmal kam "da sie nicht geantwortet haben, scheint alles erledigt zu sein" - hab einen Tag davor zum xten mal urgiert ... Nach 1 1/2 Monaten (!!) Hatte ich Endlich meine Ware ... die Firma aber seit Anfang Jänner mein Geld ... also vom Kundenservice her eine absolute FRECHHEIT, aber da kann das Produkt - welches absolut hervorragende Qualität hat und bestens verpackt wurde - nichts dafür. Daher geb ich schweren Herzens 3 Sterne ... 5 für das Produkt und 0 für den Händler!

I finally had my goods... but the company has had my money since the beginning of January... so from the customer service point of view an absolute cheek, but the product can do that - which has absolutely excellent quality and was well packed - nothing for that. Therefore I give 3 stars with a heavy heart ... 5 for the product and 0 for the dealer!

So tolles Training hatte ich schon lange nicht mehr, die lager sind top, außerdem ist sie stark belastbar

Habe mir diese Langhantel wegen der Maße gekauft (2,00m statt 2,20m). Man muss dich etwas an den geringeren Durchmesser des Griffes gewöhnen, da ich aber meistens mit Grippads trainiere ist das völlig in Ordnung. Bin sehr zufrieden.

I bought this barbell because of the dimensions (2.00m instead of 2.20m). You have to get used to the smaller diameter of the handle, but since I mostly train with grip pads, that's perfectly fine. I am very pleased.
