Zum einen benötigt man einen 17er Schlüssel um die meisten Muttern fest zu ziehen. Dieser ist nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten. Zum anderen ist es eine typische Bauanleitung bestehen aus nur 2 Bildern. Kann also alles etwas dauern wenn man nicht regelmäßig mit sowas zu tun hat. Zur Kraftsation: Der Beincurler hat eine geringe Range of Motion (Bewegungsradius) da die Stange vom Latzug im weg ist. Für den Beinstrecker geht es noch aber für den Beinbeuger ist es bescheiden. Zum Latzug .... ist auch bescheiden, wie man auf den Bildern erkennt vom Produkt, sind Gummipropfen an der Halterung wo die Gewichte befestigt sind... diese müssen drinnen bleiben da sonst alles wackelt. Mit diesen schleift es aber... sodass sich das gewicht nicht gleichmäßig ziehen lässt ... sogar abbremst und klemmt... nur mit WD 40 ging es dann besser aber immer noch nicht einwandfrei wie es sein sollte. Bei dem Gerät für das Geld könnte man sagen: Besser als Garnichts.

About the power station: The leg curler has a small range of motion (radius of movement) because the bar is in the way of the lat pulldown. It's still possible for the leg extension, but it's modest for the leg curl. The lat pulldown .... is also modest, as you can see from the pictures of the product, there are rubber plugs on the bracket where the weights are attached ... these have to stay inside, otherwise everything wobbles. With these, however, it grinds... so that the weight cannot be pulled evenly... even slows down and jams... only with WD 40 did it work better but still not perfectly as it should be. With the device for the money you could say: Better than nothing.

Aufgrund der ganzen Lockdown-Thematik habe ich mich immer mehr daran gewöhnt, mein Training nach Hause zu verlagern und entsprechend mein Fitness-Equipment aufgestockt. Zuletzt habe ich mir dieses Produkt bestellt und bin wirklich glücklich damit, weil es mir nun so viele neue Übungsmöglichkeiten bietet. Neben den offensichtlichen Übungen (wie beispielsweise Bankdrücken oder ähnliches), kann man noch viel mehr mit der Bank ausführen und der Kabelzug ist für verschiedene Übungsvariationen auch bestens geeignet. Das hat mir bisher stark gefehlt im persönlichen Home-Gym. Das Polster der Bank fühlt sich angenehm an und wirkt nach meinen bisherigen Trainingseinheiten auch widerstandsfähig. Das Gerät insgesamt ist ziemlich kompakt und nimmt nicht enorm viel Platz ein. Praktisch finde ich auch die Höhenverstellbarkeit verschiedener Bereiche, wodurch die Übungsausführung optimiert werden kann aber auch Platz eingespart werden kann. Die Versandverpackung (2-Teilig) empfand ich persönlich auch nicht als zu gross oder zu schwer. Der Aufbau war recht intuitiv und hat nicht besonders lange gedauert. Insgesamt kann ich mit dem Gerät (und natürlich zusätzlichem Gewicht) meinen gesamten Körper sehr gut trainieren. Alles macht einen robusten Eindruck und wird mich hoffentlich noch viele Jahre begleiten.

Due to the whole lockdown issue, I've gotten more and more used to moving my training to my home and have increased my fitness equipment accordingly. I recently ordered this product and I am really happy with it because it now offers me so many new exercise options. In addition to the obvious exercises (such as bench presses or similar), you can do a lot more with the bench and the cable pull is also ideal for different exercise variations. I've really missed that in my personal home gym. The upholstery of the bench feels comfortable and also seems resistant after my previous training sessions. The device as a whole is quite compact and doesn't take up an enormous amount of space. I also find the height adjustability of different areas to be practical, which means that the exercise can be optimized but space can also be saved. Personally, I did not find the shipping packaging (2-piece) to be too big or too heavy. The setup was quite intuitive and didn't take very long. Overall, I can train my entire body very well with the device (and of course additional weight). Everything makes a robust impression and will hopefully accompany me for many years to come.
