With sweeping strokes, bicep curls or forceful hammer throws, you can train your strength and coordination at a highly demanding level with the Big Knock. Unlike normal weights, the weight of the workout hammer is mounted unevenly on one side, giving usual exercises an entirely new level of difficulty.

The Big Knock training hammer from CAPITAL SPORTS is made completely of blackened cast steel. To ensure that you always have a secure grip on the hammer, the 4cm-thick stem is slightly roughened so that it may be safely and firmly held in your hand.

Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis! Macht richtig Laune obwohl ich 35 KG leicht unterschätzt habe. Ist jeden Cent Wert der Hammer. Gute Verarbeitung.

Je l'ai choisit en taille 15 kg. Le manche est soudé, ce qui peut rassurer sur le long terme. Idéal pour se défouler, à utiliser de préférence en extérieur avec un pneu de tracteur par exemple.

I chose it in size 15 kg. The handle is welded, which can be reassuring in the long term. Ideal for letting off steam, preferably used outdoors with a tractor tire for example.
