Solid, well made. Just what I expected.
La barra es maciza y está cromada, como cualquiera que uses en el gym, pesa sobre 5kg, con un buen acabado, lo recomiendo si te estás montando el gimnasio en casa.
The bar is solid and chrome plated, like any other you would use at the gym, it weighs about 5kg, with a good finish, I recommend it if you are setting up your gym at home.

Me lo aspettavo più leggero, ha un peso consistente ma questo in palestra non è male, indice anche di robustezza, ampio quanto basta per tenere le braccia separate dal busto, pensavo fosse piccolo quanto i classici manici, comunque un buon prodotto per il prezzo pagato.
I expected it to be lighter, it has a considerable weight but this is not bad in the gym, also a sign of robustness, wide enough to keep the arms separated from the torso, I thought it was as small as the classic handles, still a good product for the price paid.

Ottima maniglia per allenare i dorsali con il pulley e sue varianti. Pezzo molto pesante, dà la sensazione di robustezza e pienezza. Ottimo anche per esercizi alla T-bar con presa leggermente più ampia rispetto alle consuete maniglie da t-bar. Ad un prezzo assolutamente accessibile, consiglio decisamente il prodotto.
Excellent handle for training the back with the pulley and its variations. Very heavy piece, gives the feeling of robustness and fullness. Also excellent for T-bar exercises with a slightly wider grip than the usual T-bar handles. At an absolutely affordable price, I definitely recommend the product.

La curvatura donde empieza el arco es a la anchura perfecta para hacer los jalones agarre prono con la amplitud justa de los hombros y evitar estresar estas articulaciones. Al no ser completamente recto permite hacer los remos neutros con retracción escapular completa. Buen producto y a un precio decente. Los hay por ahí que valen el doble. No trae mosquetón. Es muy pesado y grande.
The curve where the arch begins is the perfect width to do prone grip pulls with just the right shoulder width and avoid stressing these joints. By not being completely straight, it allows you to do neutral rows with full scapular retraction. Good product at a decent price. There are others out there that cost twice as much. It doesn't have a carabiner. It's very heavy and big.
