If you don't have something to hold it in place, it needs to be weighted down during use to prevent it from lifting, but it has good space to put 5 or 10' cast iron discs on it so that it is blocked on the floor without having to make holes.

T-Baw-Row Ich habe das Produkt schnell geliefert bekommen. Als ich es ausgepackt habe, musste ich leider feststellen, wie manche andere auch, dass dieser oberflächliche schäden aufwiesen. (wie auf den Bildern zu erkennen) Jedoch war ich gewillt den Artikel zu behalten, falls es einen Preisnachlass gäbe. Der Händler kam zeitnah mit einer positiven Antwort auf mich zu. Ansonsten ist das Teil wirklich gut und stabil, es funktioniert einwandfrei, macht keine Geräusche und kann es von daher, trotz des Mangels, empfehlen.

Landmine Von der Verarbeitung sehr gut. 50 mm Langhantel passt sehr gut rein. Aber da dieser Artikel nur in Folie verpackt ist, sind einige Teile zerkratzt. Man sollte überlegen ob die Teile für den Versand mit Pappe umschlossen werden sollten.

Es muy buen articulo para ejercicios de espalda, hombros, dorsales. En fin estoy muy contento con la compra y, por supuesto lo recomiendo, yo tengo el suelo con baldosas de goma para evitar golpes con los discos y tiene muy buena sujecion, no se levanta de momento lo he hecho con 55kgr mas la barra que son 10kgr y perfecto.

Me ha gustado porque ocupa poco espacio , es práctico y se ve resistente.Es un aparato versátil para diversos tipos de ejercicios.Lo que no me ha gustado es que no tiene hecho unos taladros para fijarlo al suelo, y también el agujero pequeño para meter las barras es de 25 mm, deberían de haberlo puesto de 28 mm que es la medida estándar.

I liked it because it takes up little space, it is practical and it looks sturdy. It is a versatile device for various types of exercises. What I didn't like is that it doesn't have holes made to fix it to the floor, and also the small hole to insert the bars is 25 mm, they should have made it 28 mm which is the standard measurement.

Lo pedi con un par de cosas mas y al no enviarse por amazon tardo un poco mas. Pero es un landmine perfecto, es el mas barato de los que habia visto, facil de montarlo (dos tornillos literal) y la forma de la base permite colocarlo en una esquina sin problemas. Trae una especie de asa para atar battle ropes o gomas que viene muy bien.

I ordered it with a couple of other things and since it wasn't sent through Amazon it took a little longer. But it's a perfect landmine, it's the cheapest one I've seen, easy to assemble (literally two screws) and the shape of the base allows you to place it in a corner without any problems. It has a kind of handle to tie battle ropes or rubber bands which is very useful.

Mais peu importe, pour ma part j’utilise une barre olympique avec, j’ai donc supprimé le bout de tube inutile. Une fois l’articulation montée et graissée, l’article fonctionne parfaitement bien.

Very robust product, very heavy and thick steel. But indeed the reservation for the "standard" bars is much too small. But it doesn't matter, for my part I use an Olympic bar with it, so I removed the unnecessary piece of tube. Once the joint is mounted and greased, the article works perfectly well.

Alles hat sehr wenig Spiel und bewegt sich völlig wiederstandsfrei. Beim Zusammenbau habe ich an alle Durchgänge/Buchsen etwas Lagerfett gegeben. Wenn man nicht grade eine Raumecke nutzt, kann man auch bei glattem Boden eine Gummimatte unterlegen und die Landmine beschweren, siehe angefügtes Bild. Habe eine ausrangierte, gummierte 20kg Scheibe drauf liegen, so bewegt sich die Landmine beim Rudern auch auf glattem Untergrund nicht. Für andere Übungen muß ich testen, ob der Wiederstand reicht, sonst legt man halt Scheiben drauf, oder nutzt die dafür vorgesehene Raumecke.

Very good! The landmine is very well made and seems robust. All bolt holes are fitted with removable, hardened bushings. Everything has very little play and moves without any resistance. When assembling it, I put a little bearing grease on all holes/bushings. If you are not using a corner of the room, you can put a rubber mat underneath and weigh down the landmine even if the floor is smooth, see attached picture. I have a discarded, rubberized 20kg disc on top, so the landmine does not move when rowing, even on smooth surfaces. For other exercises, I have to test whether the resistance is sufficient, otherwise you just put discs on top, or use the corner of the room provided for that purpose.

Ottimo attrezzo molto robusto e con un ottima base che vi consentirà di piazzarlo un po dove volete, io lo fissato ad una piastrella da 25kg per zavorrarlo e senza non l ho mai usato ma penso che rimanga comunque ben saldo al suo posto, inoltre ha entrambi gli attacchi Fin ora l ho utilizzato solo per fare T bar come dio comanda non so ancora se possa essere utile per altri esercizzi ma lo ricomprerei sicuramente.

Excellent tool, very sturdy and with an excellent base that will allow you to place it wherever you want, I fixed it to a 25kg tile to weigh it down and without it I have never used it but I think it still remains firmly in place, it also has both attachments. Up until now I have only used it to do T bars as God commands, I don't know yet if it can be useful for other exercises but I would definitely buy it again.
