Demanding and effective: with the CAPITAL SPORTS Pegstar pegboard you can train body tension, stabilisation, coordination and strength with one device, as the vertical or horizontal climbing movement is performed by the one-armed shifting of weight.
The Pegstar pegboard is suitable for training areas in studios and gyms as well as for the home as an athletic and stabiliation unit for climbers, or for anyone who wishes to add new training ideas to classic exercises on a pull-up bar.
One board, two wooden sticks and numerous exercise variations. The best training devices don’t need a big setup in order to demand maximum performance. A variety of different exercises focus on the torso, shoulder, and arm muscles and result in complex and challenging training.

You can do neutral grip pull-ups and use it to climb the wall. Great exercises to define the upper body. I made a small equipped wall with it

The media could not be loaded. It works fine, the only drawback is that because it is black, the marks of use are more visible. But apart from that, it does its job.

Faticoso e divertente... manca la quinta stella, perchè i perni "ciottolano" troppo dentro i fori, ed un cm in più, di spessore nel tabellone centrale, non sarebbe stata una cattiva idea...
Tiring and fun... the fifth star is missing, because the pins "pebble" too much inside the holes, and an extra cm, of thickness in the central board, would not have been a bad idea...

Great product, works very well, have it mounted in my garage alongside my climbing rope. Very effective training tool for the upper body, after two climbs up an down you really feel it, should be great for gaining functional strength. You can really feel the burn in your biceps.

Das Training ist sehr anstrengend und bietet eine gute Abwechselung zum üblichen Krafttraining. Am nächsten Tag nach nur 15 min am Pegboard hatte ich einen Muskelkater wie schon lange nicht mehr. Aktuell bin ich noch gespannt ob da es sich hier um Pressspan handelt und die Pflöcke auch aus massiven Holz sind, die Löcher nicht irgendwann ausreisen.

The training is very strenuous and offers a good change from the usual strength training. The next day, after only 15 minutes on the pegboard, my muscles were sore like I hadn't been in a long time. At the moment I'm still curious whether this is pressboard and the pegs are also made of solid wood, so that the holes won't eventually come out.
