220 cm in length, 20 kg dead weight and a sleeve diameter of 50 mm meet the requirements for an Olympic bar. This high level of performance is maintained at all levels: the rod is made of flexible yet highly durable spring steel, which gives it a moderate whip and allows a load of up to 910 kg of weights. The combination of double needle bearings and bushing make the CAPITAL SPORTS Hybrid Men Pro an all-rounder barbell. The needle bearings give it enough spin for the dynamic, fast movement sequences in Olympic weightlifting, while the steel used and the installed bushings offer ideal stability in powerlifting.
With 28 mm diameter, the handle bar is equipped with grip marks for Olympic Weightlifting IWF (910 mm) and Powerlifting IPF (810 mm) and thus shows in a simple way the permitted grip ranges of the respective disciplines. The medium-sharp knurling of the grip surfaces ensures a firm, secure grip on the dumbbell. For optimised grip in back squats and easy central navigation, the barbell has a knurl in the centre of the handle.
Metal weights can be picked up on the 41 cm long intakes, as can hard rubber bumper plates with a standard 51 mm hole. The hard chromed steel makes the bar extremely easy to clean and corrosion resistant.
