I loved this kettlebell until I dropped it only one time - which then caused part of the plastic mechanism to break apart. The design of the mechanism is clever and effective, but obviously it is not robust enough. The kettlebell is now useless but it is a measure of how much I liked the product that I am now considering whether to buy the same kettlebell again or not !

Spero siano durevoli per un utilizzo casalingo per 3/4 allenamenti settimanali, l'unico dubbio è il sistema in plastica che consente il blocco dei dischi di 2 Kg, ma leggendo le varie recensioni sembrerebbe molto solido. Mi riservo di confermare l'ottima sensazione di qualità tra qualche mese.

Der große Vorteil von dieser verstellbaren Kettlebell ist, dass die Außenhülle IMMER die gleiche Größe hat egal welche Gewichtseinstellung man nutzt. Somit kann man viele Übungen z.B. Goblet Squats auch mit umgedrehter Kettlebel machen und man hat einen guten Halt. Bei anderen verstellbaren Kettlebells verändert sich die Größe der Kettlebell. Mechanismus ist sehr robust und hält bis jetzt einwandfrei.

Per regolare il peso si preme sul selettore e si ruota quindi si solleva da terra in verticale e si inizia ad utilizzare. Durante l'uso i dischi all'interno della kettlebell si muovono un pochino, ma in maniera così limitata che non mi dà fastidio durante l'esecuzione degli esercizi... è più un tono udibile, più che altro.

To adjust the weight you press the selector and rotate it then lift it from the ground vertically and start using. Ne ho comprate due per eseguire esercizi come Thruster o American Swing. Sono ottimi strumenti di allenamento funzionale. Il peso è molto ben bilanciato e la compattezza è identica a quelle normali a peso fisso. Il meccanismo di sgancio per la variazione del peso funziona benissimo, con una sola mossa puoi alleggerire il peso sbloccando gli anelli non necessari. Leider Brösel seit erster Nutzung scharfe und spitze Metalspähne aus dem Ball, zudem ist ein Stück vom Boden bereits ausgebrochen , ich denke ich werde ihn daher zurück schicken.

Ho acquistato questo prodotto dopo averne provato un altro preso al doppio del prezzo. Usando Kettlebell da più di 10 anni sono rimasto sorpreso dall’esperienza di utilizzo che è quasi pari a quello di una Kettlebell a peso stabile. Il manico è poroso (non vi farà quindi mai venire le vesciche), il meccanismo di misurazione del peso dopo 4 mesi è ancora perfetto. Unica piccola pecca per la quale non do 5 stelle è la configurazione del manico che dovrebbe essere a V ma invece è a U, non vi permetterà mai quindi di fare un glovet squat in maniera comoda, ma è una sottigliezza. A questo prezzo è però il migliore strumento per allenarsi homemade.

Questo è sicuramente un ottimo attrezzo, ottima la presa, le qualità dei materiali e, sicuramente interessante, il meccanismo di sblocco e regolazione dei pesi. Il meccanismo di regolazione, infatti, era il mio unico dubbio in materia, pensate agli swing, avevo il timore che potessero sfilarsi o cadere i pesi interni, ma mi sono dovuto ricredere... Dopo svariati mesi di utilizzo - quasi quotidiano - non ho notato particolari segni di usura nei meccanismi di blocco/rilascio. Usati per ogni tipo di esercizio sono decisamente soddisfatto. Il prezzo penso valga la pena, avere la possibilità di regolare il peso di un attrezzo come la kettlebell è molto comodo, sia in termini di spazio che in termini economici: anche solo 3 se non 5 kettlebell di pesi diversi hanno un costo decisamente maggiore. This is definitely a great tool, great grip, quality materials and, certainly interesting, the weight release and adjustment mechanism. The adjustment mechanism, in fact, was my only doubt on the matter, think about the swings, I was afraid that the internal weights could slip off or fall, but I had to change my mind... After several months of use - almost daily - I have not noticed any particular signs of wear in the lock/release mechanisms. Used for every type of exercise I am definitely satisfied. I think the price is worth it, having the possibility of adjusting the weight of a tool like the kettlebell is very convenient, both in terms of space and in economic terms: even just 3 if not 5 kettlebells of different weights have a decidedly higher cost. RECOMMENDED! Cheers!

Il vantaggio è quello di avere cinque pezzi in uno e risparmiare molto spazio per chi deve tenerlo il casa, pur essendo un attrezzo regolabile a differenza di altri sistemi questo kettlebell integra al suo interno i dischi ed offre un'ergonomia da attrezzo professionale. Il meccanismo di regolazione è molto preciso, Inizia a sganciare i dischi dal basso di conseguenza basta impostarlo su 22kg per non avere l'ultimo disco con la guarnizione in gomma, la cosa è risolvibile tenendo sempre impostata la ghiera su 24 kg e caricare soltanto i dischi che servono tenendo così sempre il disco gommato ed avere anche il bilanciamento del peso più corretto. Adesso però metto anche in evidenza qualche perplessità che riguarda le parti i plastica che tengono bloccati i dischi all'interno, premetto che la sensazione di solidita c'è, ogni disco da due chili è bloccato da due alette il plastica bianca, quindi mediamente ogni aletta regge il peso di un chilo che tutto sommato è ragionevole anche per un pezzo di plastica, tutto il blocco in plastica nera ovviamente deve reggere i 4 dischi per un totale di 8kg. Già fatta la premessa che le parti in plastica sono solide mi resta però sempre il dubbio di come si comporterà nel tempo, non mi riferisco tanto ai colpi di eventuali cadute perche è già chiaro che l'attrezzo non è fatto per essere sbattuto, quanto invece ad un eventuale degrado naturale della plastica. Spero il costruttore si sia curato di scegliere una plastica che non sia scotta dopo pochi anni. Anche nella peggiore delle ipotesi, comunque, con un po di inventiva e qualche modifica, non sarà difficile continuare ad usarlo anche senza questi meccanismi. In generale il compromesso è buono, lo spazio risparmiato tanto, la qualità c'è sperando nella durata, costa poco più di un 24 kg fisso.

Bei mir kam die Kettelbell, mit einem defekten Haltungsmechanismus (in brüchigen Plaste statt Metall) an. So etwas ist zum trainieren, besonders mit einem Gewicht von bis zu 24kg nicht tragbar. Ich hoffe der Hersteller ändert das, dann bin ich gewillt erneut zu bestellen. DANKE

I bought this item for my wife's workout as I love the idea of an adjustable kettelbell. Unfortunately it was a return and therefore a bit cheaper. The Kettelbell came to me with a defective holding mechanism (in brittle plastic instead of metal). Something like that is not portable for training, especially with a weight of up to 24kg. I hope the manufacturer changes that, then I'm willing to order again. THANKS

La struttura è in robusta ghisa come i pesi al suo interno, la maniglia permette un incastro confortevole, la ghiera del meccanismo di blocco dei pesi è in plastica come le alette e il perno interno. Tuttavia il meccanismo da una sensazione di sicurezza e affidabilità anche quando si la lo swing i pesi rimangono bloccati. Forse la plastica colorata di copertura è un po' leggerina ma in realtà durante gli esercizi non la si tocca mai. Consiglio questo modello per la sua modularità che permette proprio una progressione nell'allenamento.

I chose this model precisely for the advantage of modularity and progression. The structure is made of sturdy cast iron like the weights inside, the handle allows for a comfortable fit, the ring of the weight locking mechanism is made of plastic like the wings and the internal pin. However, the mechanism gives a feeling of safety and reliability even when you swing the weights remain locked. Perhaps the colored plastic covering is a little light but in reality during the exercises you never touch it. I recommend this model for its modularity that allows for progression in training.

I've used it 4 times so far, switching constantly between configurations between different excercises and never had the feeling that some weight is loose. The best of all is the design (not aesthetically). It has a continuous surface from handle to bottom, which offers the full ergonomics and the smooth usage experience of a normal kettlebell regardless the weight configuration . I haven't tried those other products with stacked weight plates but they seemed pretty awkward and unsafe to use, especially when some plates have been removed to reduce weight. The only thing that I can think of is, finding a way to place some rubber ring on the bottom part of the main kettlebell body as well. Currently only the last weight plate has one attached. This means that on lighter configurations there is no rubber on the base of the kettlebell. Not that I mind much since I anyway use a matt when I train.

Je ne fais pas d'exercices avec mouvements violents ou en tous cas permettant de tester à fond la fiabilité du système. Pour l'instant il fonctionne très bien, mais il est à noter que les ailettes verrouillant les poids sont en plastique. Peut-être que cela est totalement suffisant en terme de fiabilité à moyen terme, mais je n'en sais rien. Sono in incluse le istruzioni in tedesco e in inglese ma anche chi non conosce queste lingue ne comprende bene il funzionamento grazie alla grafica molto chiara.

Good product well built, size and shape allow a good carpal grip. The clinking of the weights while snatching or swinging could make you doubt the locking system of the two kilo discs inside, but underneath you can see some plastic tabs that firmly block the weights but when releasing the weights sometimes they get stuck and you have to help yourself with your fingers to go back in to lower the discs. The only slight downside from my point of view is that the handle is quite grippy; I prefer completely smooth handles, but I realize I'm in the minority there and most people will prefer it as it is.
