The CAPITAL SPORTS Stream M2 rowing bench promises you a unique home training experience. The heart of the very even and joint-gentle workout is the high-precision flywheel, which is characterised by a particularly innovative combination of air and magnetic resistance. As such, it combines a particularly gentle workout with a very low noise level. With 16 levels, the resistance system counteracts your rowing movements and thus creates ideal deifficulty levels for both beginners and trained athletes with a body weight of up to 100 kg. Thanks to the smooth-running 105 cm long aluminium double slide rail on which the comfortable seat rests, training is virtually silent and therefore won’t trouble neighbors or roommates at almost any time of the day or night.

To monitor and design your workout, the CAPITAL SPORTS Stream M2 rowing machine has a high-end performance minicomputer with LC display. Here you can see your performance data such as strokes, distance covered or calories burned. With the integrated receiver, you can also evaluate the data of a 5 kHz pulse band and use the four Heart Rate Recovery modes. To design your workout, the computer has 12 different programmes that give you different load curves - or you use the race mode to row against the console. Of course, the computer also features a custom programme in which all 16 training segments themselves can be defined. In addition, the console has a tablet mount, so you can enjoy your favourite series or music while rowing. The training computer can also be connected to your tablet via Bluetooth, and the controls can be completely transferred there via the iConsole + app. Finally, Kinomap app integration is available for even more variety during training, which transfers virtual rowing routes to the rowing machine. The footrests with velcro straps ensure a secure grip. After training, the rowing machine can be stowed in a very simple and space-saving way: move the integrated ground rollers to your liking and set up the slide vertically.
