Cette table est solide. Au montage il y a un coté droit et un coté gauche pour les armatures verticales. Ne pas se tromper sous peine de recommencer. Coté pratique j'ai remplacé la sangle fournie par une chaîne métallique et des mousquetons avec étiquetage pour plus de facilité à régler les différentes inclinaisons.

Super table dont je me sers presque quotidiennement depuis plus d'un an maintenant, parfois plus d'une heure. Elle est comme au premier jour et m'offre toujours autant de satisfaction. Montage assez rapide (je l'ai montée seul), seul bémol, le problème de sens des montants latéraux dont il est fait allusion dans plusieurs commentaires et bien que les ayant lu, je suis tombé dans le panneau tant la notice est succincte. Attention donc de ne pas trop serrer les vis lors du montage pour pouvoir aisément revenir en arrière!

Man soll jetzt kein Super-Extra-Gerät erwarten. Beachtet bitte den Preis. Doch dafür ist es zufriedenstellend. Hier und da habe ich eine wackliges Gefühl, doch das vergeht, wenn man ruhig liegt.

Auch hilfreich ist es, die Schrauben des Gestänge (Rahmen) erst zum Schluss anzuziehen. In der Funktion einwandfrei. Bereits nach den ersten Anwendungen stellt sich eine Besserung ein. Nach 2 Wochen gar keine Rückenschmerzen mehr. Der Gurt ist für mich nicht sinnvoll gewesen, da er die Neigung begrenzt und man nicht bis in die Senkrechte kommt. Sinnvoll wird er, wenn etwas mehr Übergewichtige sich darauf legen möchten.

Il faut penser à rajouter entre 5 et 7 cm en plus de sa propre taille au réglage "taille" pour être équilibré sur la table.Mis à part cela le produit est très robuste et bénéficie d'une bonne ergonomie et d'une esthétique agréable. je suis pleinement satisfait de l'utilisation de cet article qui remplit bien sa fonction :dès la première utilisation ma sciatique s'est envolée.

J'aurais pu enlever une étoile pour un montage un peu difficile (à la dernière étape), mais une fois montée cette table d'inversion est vraiment pratique. Il est très facile de passer de la position normale à la position inversée, une fois que la taille a bien été réglée. On se sent bien en sécurité, mais la mousse pour placer les chevilles aurait pu être un peu plus confortable. Le montage m'a posé un problème à la dernière étape car les deux axes de pivotement ne s'alignaient pas parfaitement et donc impossible de les visser. J'ai résolu ce problème en dévissant partiellement plusieurs autres parties de la table, afin d'obtenir un jeu au niveau des axes de pivotement me permettant de bien les aligner, et d'enfin parvenir à les visser, puis j'ai resserré tous les vis.

I solved this problem by partially unscrewing several other parts of the table, in order to obtain a clearance at the pivot axes allowing me to align them well, and finally manage to screw them, then I tightened all the screws.

Bin 124 Kg schwer und 1,85 m groß, daher bin ich auf dieses günstige Gerät gekommen und zufrieden. Einzigen Contras die mir aufgefallen sind (und dennoch keinen Abzug von Sternen rechtfertigen): Montage: Muss man zwingend zu 2. machen. Spätestens wenn man die Liegefläche an den Drehpunkten befestigen will. Mitgeliefertes Werkzeug: Teilweise nur mit viel Mühe nutzbar, empfehle das eigene Werkzeug teilweise zu nutzen, man quält sich sonst. Größe: leider kann man das Gerät nicht wie beim Hersteller Kettler zusammenklappen und wegstellen, sondern es steht in seiner vollen Größe da. Dafür ist es aber auch 200 Euro günstiger wir das Kettler. Fazit: Für den geringen Preis kann man deiner Gesundheit einen großen Gefallen tun.

Je suis d'accord avec VIVIER et les autres commentaires. Très bon matériel. Livraison en trois jours alors que c'était indiqué 15 jours dans le mail. Mesurant 1m83, j'ai dû régler la table à 1m92 pour que ma tête soit sur l'appui tête mais rien de grave. Faire attention effectivement au sens de montage des barres en S montantes gauche et droite sinon vous devrez démonter (je n'ai pas vissé à fond avant d'être sûr du montage donc je n'ai pas trop perdu de temps à inverser les deux barres). Ce sont les barres montantes que l'on fixe avec la barre transverse qui lie les deux barres. Donc mettre à blanc la barre transverse avec le montant gauche ou droit pour voir si les trous de montage sont en face sinon ce sera une chance sur deux ! J'ai dû mettre seul 1h30 déballage compris pour le montage (j'ai mis dans mon grand garage), le temps des aller-retour, le temps de comprendre la notice, de mettre les pièces en face, etc.Et de m'assurer que tout est OK. Les dessins sont trop petits mais bon ... on s'en sort. Carton un peu déchiré mais pas de dégâts. Odeur de caoutchouc insupportable au montage. J'ai eu mal à la tête alors que je n'y ai jamais droit ... L'odeur disparaît petit à petit. Là, au bout de deux semaines, plus trop d'odeur. Compter deux ou trois jours de bonne ventilation de la pièce avant de trouver l'odeur "normale". Par sécurité, j'ai mis une seconde sangle de sécurité au vu des autres commentaires et j'ai changé le mousqueton en mettant un anneau de type mousqueton à visser et l'autre mousqueton, je l'ai mis sur l'autre. Triple sécurité car la tête en bas. J'en avais un qui traînait. Ne pas trop forcer la tête en bas. J'ai eu du mal à dormir deux jours de suite en testant matin et soir à 130 degrés pendant 10 minutes. Attention donc. Maintenant, c'est bon. J'ai mis au bout d'une semaine l'angle à 150 environ. Un peu peur du 180 tête en bas ! Effectivement, l'effet d'étirement est super efficace ! Je suis très optimiste pour régler définitivement mes douleurs du dos. Ca va déjà beaucoup mieux (gain en étirement et en "libération" des articulations pour donner de la mobilité et éviter le tassement avec les années ...). Je n'ai pas de hernie, je précise. Faites attention à votre dos ... Je crois qu'à un moment donné c'était marqué planche à trois positions (ou alors je me suis trompé) mais non. Le réglage se fait uniquement avec la sangle. Si vous voulez changer l'angle, il faut desserrer la sangle.

La sujeción de los pies es buena pero podria ser mejor sin zapatos parece que falte sujeción pero aguanta bien. La eficacia de colgarse para la hernia lumbar está por comprobar. De momento noto mejoría al dormir y descanso mejor.

Clear assembly instructions. Everything fits together well, it is very sturdy and you feel comfortable in it. The support for the feet is good but it could be better without shoes. It seems to lack support but it holds up well. The effectiveness of hanging for lumbar hernia is yet to be tested. At the moment I notice an improvement in sleeping and I rest better.

Nakon manjih problema oko dostave konačno sam sastavio inverzijski stol. Sastavljanje je relativno jednostavno, iako su uputstva na A4 formatu i tiskana vrlo sitno. Sastavljeni stol je estetski odličan, ali što je najvažnije, djeluje čvrsto i pouzdano. Vjerujem da će biti koristan i da će trajati dugo godina.

After minor problems with shipping, I finally assembled the inversion table. Assembly is relatively simple, although the instructions are on A4 format and printed very small. The assembled table is aesthetically excellent, but most importantly, it seems solid and reliable. I believe it will be useful and will last for many years.

El producto esta muy bien , bastante acorde con las expectativas que pueda uno tener, el precio sobre 150Euros tambien esta muy bien, si lo comparamos con otros de inferior calidad que valen igual o mas, el montaje tiene su pequeña historia, maxime cuando algunos tornillos parece no vayan a encajar porque el agujero no coincide exactamente donde deberia estar y hay que forzar un poco para atornillarlos. Respecto a lo de recibir el paquete una semana poco mas o menos.

Die Bank steht stabil da und wir kommen gut damit klar! Drauf stellen, Füße anschnallen und langsam die Arme über den Kopf bewegen. Man erreicht eine komplett senkrechte Haltung und kann sich über die Griffe zurück ziehen. Beim Zusammenbau muss man unbedingt die Schrauben alle locker lassen und erst am Schluss komplett fest ziehen. Die Bohrungen passen nämlich nicht ganz %ig.

Die Inversionsbank ist stabil gebaut und angenehm. Schon nach wenigen Sitzungen sind meine Schmerzen am Bein (verursacht durch den Bandscheibenvorfall) massiv zurückgegangen, Zeitweise sogar ganz weg. Benutze sie täglich und würde sie wieder kaufen. Kann keine fünf Sterne geben weil bei einigen Schrauben sowie Gewindelöcher das Gewinde schlecht geschnitten wurde. Als Handwerker im Nu behoben aber für jemand der das nötige Werkzeug nicht zur Hand hat, kann die Montage etwas problematisch verlaufen.. The inversion bench is solidly built and comfortable. After just a few sessions, my leg pain (caused by the herniated disc) has decreased massively, at times even gone completely. Use it daily and would buy it again. Can't give five stars because the thread on some screws and threaded holes was badly cut. Fixed in no time as a craftsman, but for someone who doesn't have the necessary tools at hand, assembly can be a bit problematic.. Thumbs up anyway, it does what it promises. 09/22/2015 Roberto

la tabla de inversión llego antes de lo estimado, a mi parecer la tabla es robusta resistente y estable, el balanceo muy bueno; indicaciones de manejo y consejos solo en Alemán e Ingles, las instrucciones de montaje son ilustraciones no muy buenas; en la foto que hay en Amazon si la haces grande se ven los detalles mejor, las dos barras con pegatinas UP (arriba) DOWN (abajo) son muy importantes al igual que las que van encima ,izquierda y derecha; La mía no tenían pegatinas y al primer intento las puse cambiadas. Beim Öffnen des Paketes war ich überrascht, einen aufgeräumten, gut verpackten und übersichtlich sortierten Inhalt zu sehen. Die Schrauben waren alle übersichtlich in einem Paket zusammengestellt. Alle Teile waren in Ordnung. Da gab es nichts dran auszusetzen. Nachdem, was ich bei einigen Rezensionen so gelesen hatte, war ich auf das Schlimmste eingestellt. Aber hier was alles in Ordnung. Leider haben wir dennoch Probleme beim Zusammenbau gehabt, was teilweise auch unsere Schuld war. Wir haben die geschwungenen Rohre unwissentlich vertauscht und konnten deshalb die Mittelstange nicht befestigen. Also musste alles wieder abgeschraubt werden, was sich als schwierig erwies, denn die Schrauben sind eilweise nicht sehr zugänglich. Das nächste Problem war, dass die Schraube zu kurz war, die das Teil halten soll, in das man die Knöchel reinlegt. Die Mutter konnte das Gewinde einfach nicht fassen, weil es zu knapp rausschaute. Diese Schraube müssen wir durch eine längere ersetzen. Ich bin mit dem Gerät ganz zufrieden und für das Geld ist es schon sehr stabil. Nun muss sich noch erweisen, ob es auch gegen die Rückenprobleme was tun kann. Das werde ich zu gegebener Zeit nachtragen. Nachtrag: Nun habe ich das Gerät 4 Wochen getestet und hänge jeden Tag ca. 10 Minuten drin. Meine Erfahrungen: Am Anfang tat mir alles weh, von der Halswirbelsäule bis zur Wadenmuskulatur, so dass ich schon annahm, es wäre vielleicht doch nicht so gut für mich. Außerdem konnte ich nicht mit nach hinten gestreckten Armen beide Händen auf den Boden bringen. Die linke Seite war offensichtlich verkürzt. Das alles hat sich jetzt nach 3 Wochen gelegt. Ich bin fest davon überzeugt, dass die Verbesserung meiner Beschwerden ausschließlich von der Inversionsbank kommt.

Upon opening the package, I was surprised to see a tidy, well-packaged, and neatly sorted content. The screws were all clearly arranged in one package. All parts were fine. There was nothing wrong with that. After reading some of the reviews I was expecting the worst. But here everything is fine. Unfortunately, we still had problems assembling it, which was partly our fault. We unknowingly swapped the curved tubes and as a result were unable to attach the center bar. So everything had to be unscrewed again, which proved to be difficult because the screws are sometimes not very accessible. The next problem was that the screw that is supposed to hold the piece you put your knuckles in was too short. The mother simply could not grasp the thread because it was sticking out too tightly. We have to replace this screw with a longer one. I am quite satisfied with the device and for the money it is very stable. Now it remains to be seen whether it can also do something about back problems. I'll post that in due course. Addendum: I have now tested the device for 4 weeks and hang in there for about 10 minutes every day. My experiences: In the beginning everything hurt, from the cervical spine to the calf muscles, so I assumed it might not be so good for me after all. Also, I couldn't get both hands on the ground with my arms stretched behind me. The left side was obviously shortened. It's all gone now after 3 weeks. I firmly believe that the improvement in my complaints comes exclusively from the inversion table.

Hola. Hace ya 1 mes que la compramos. El montaje fue más complicado de lo esperado. Lo bueno es que la propia tabla te sirve para des-contracturar después la espalda del propio montaje. Sin duda la tabla es robusta de narices. Peso 78 kg y mido 1,86 y ni lo nota. Quizás dos puntos negativos: a) No es plegable. Con lo recia y grande que es, puede llegar a ser un problema. Aunque esto cuando la compras ya te lo esperas algo. b) El soporte de apoyo para la planta de los pies tambalea algo, pero no afecta en nada. Sólo que contrasta con la firmeza del resto del aparato. La utilizo 2 veces al día (aprovecho para hacer 5 ó 6 abdominales. Ya que estamos....). Mi mujer la usa otro tanto. Y la verdad, cada vez me gusta más. Hace poco he estado de viaje 4 días y la echaba de menos (menos que a mi mujer, claro). Agradezco que se estire la parte superior de la espalda, y el gusto es máximo cuando salta alguna "taba". En fin; que mola. Y si la compras, no te pongas vertical el primer día. Yo lo hice y la cabeza se me puso como una sandía. Después, poco a poco, ni lo notas.

Es bastante estable. La sujeción de los pies es molesta, en mi caso lo cambié por otras espumas que tenía por casa y mejoró considerablemente. A veces parece que antes de venderlo no lo ha probado nadie. Las instrucciones de montaje no vienen en español. No es difícil su montaje pero las instrucciones en algún momento pueden dar lugar a confusión porque hay piezas que sólo tienen una posición y no lo indica y te toca desmontar y volver a montar la pieza. Es un producto que por el tiempo de uso diario tiene un precio aceptable. El envío sin problemas por UPS.

It is quite stable. The support of the feet is annoying, in my case I changed it for other foams that I had at home and it improved considerably. Sometimes it seems that no one has tried it before selling it. The assembly instructions are not in Spanish. Ich muss sagen ich kann die Meinungen der anderen bezüglich schlechten Zusammenbau nicht teilen. Ganz im Gegenteil. Aufbau war in einer Stunde alleine erledigt. Schrauben passten alle und auch die Bohrungen stimmten alle über ein, es spießte nicht und es war auch nichts zerkratzt. Das Produkt war sehr gut geschützt und verpackt. Wer schon mal Ikea Möbel aufgebaut hat der kommt auch mit dieser Anleitung locker zurecht. Bin auch mit der Funktion des Gerätes sehr zufrieden. Eine Besserung meiner Rückenprobleme war von der Ersten Benützung an spürbar. Kann es somit nur weiter empfehlen. Würde es sofort wieder kaufen. viel Spaß damit an Alle die sich dafür entscheiden. I have to say I don't share the opinions of others regarding poor assembly. But on the contrary. Set up was done by yourself in an hour. Screws all fit and the holes all matched up, it didn't pinch and nothing was scratched. The product was very well protected and packaged. Anyone who has ever set up Ikea furniture can easily get by with these instructions. I am also very satisfied with the function of the device. An improvement in my back problems was noticeable from the first use. So I can only recommend it. Would buy it again in a heartbeat. have fun with it to all who decide to do so. LG

Habe das Teil schon ein Parr Wochen und bin sehr zufrieden. Das Teil kam sehr gut Verpackt bei mir an. Also Verpackung öffnen und ran. Der Tipp war hilfreich: Wichtig ist das man beim Zusammenbau die Schrauben zuerst nur leicht eindreht und erst zum Schluss alles fest verschraubt. Der aufbaue ist alleine zu bewerkstelligen. Das mitgelieferte Werkzeug ist zwar ausreichend aber ein griff in die Werkzeugkiste machen das leben leichter. Eine passender Inbus und ein 13er Gabel-Ringschlüssel (bzw. 13er Ratsche) sind hier klar von Vorteil. Die Aufbauanleitung ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig aber ansonsten verständlich. Die Längenskalierung stimmt nicht, die richtige Einstellung mit ein Parr versuchen aber ohne Probleme zu schafen. Also zusammengebaut sieht das Teil sehr gut aus steht Bombenfest und erfüllt seinen Zweck. Ach ja, die kleinen Muttern sind Kontermuttern für die einstellbaren Füße.

Da dieser Artikel offensichtlich baugleich mit dem Artikel der Firma SixBros zu sein scheint, ergeben sich auch die selben Aufbauprobleme. Wichtig ist das man beim Zusammenbau (Schritt 1) die Schrauben zuerst nur leicht anzieht und erst zum Schluß (Schritt 1) alles fest verschraubt. Ich habe das Teil übrigens alleine zusammengeschraubt (siehe SixBros Rezensionen). Achtung die 2 Schrauben links oben in der Verpackung sind etwas kürzer und werden erst in Schritt 2 gebraucht. Die 2 flachen Muttern finden keine Verwendung. Das mitgelieferte Werkzeug ist nicht wirklich hilfreich. Eine Umschaltknarre (Inbus)und ein 13er Gabel-(Ring)schlüssel sind hier klar von Vorteil. Die Aufbauanleitung ist wirklich etwas zu klein geraten ist aber ansonsten verständlich. Die Längenskalierung stimmt nicht wirklich, die richtige Einstellung wird aber in der Anleitung sehr gut beschrieben (~+5cm). Fazit: Also zusammengebaut sieht das Teil sehr gut aus steht wie eine Eins und erfüllt seinen Zweck vollkommen, der Platzbedarf ist nicht gerade gering. Mit besseren passenderen Schrauben gäbs 5 Sterne. Anbei 2 Verbesserunsvorschläge: Bitte legen Sie etwas längere Schrauben bei, dann kann man die nicht gerade passgenauen Teile auch besser Verschrauben. Eine größere Anleitung oder ein Downloadlink (bzw Online) wäre auch nicht schlecht.
