The CAPITAL SPORTS Oceanus rowing bench promises you a unique home training experience. The heart of the very even and joint-friendly workout is the 14-litre water tank, which provides an extremely natural training experience - almost as if you were actually rowing across a lake. As in a rowing boat, the training resistance is regulated by the amount of water and your own effort: The higher the level of the water tank, the higher the resistance, as if you were dipping the oars as deep as possible. The resistance also increases with the strength of the pull. Further advantages of water resistance are the quiet training noise with the natural rowing sound as well as the absolute freedom from wear: water does not wear out! To monitor your training, the CAPITAL SPORTS Oceanus rowing machine has a mini computer with an LCD display on which you can always see your power, distance covered or calories burned. It also has a Bluetooth 5.0 connection, with which you can transfer your training data to fitness apps such as Kinomap. Together with the holder for a tablet or smartphone, this opens up the entire multimedia world to you for your training.

The 95 cm long aluminium slide rail of the CAPITAL SPORTS Oceanus water rowing machine also provides a pleasant, low-noise workout. The 4-stage adjustable footrests ensure a secure hold. After training, the rowing machine can be easily stowed away to save space. Simply set it up vertically, and it will take up hardly more space than a chair. Thanks to the floor rollers, it can be moved as desired.
