The CAPITAL SPORTS Helios rowing bench promises you a unique home training experience. The heart of the very even and joint-gentle workout is the high-precision aluminium flywheel, which counteracts your rowing movements with an 8-level adjustable magnetic resistance using our proven magnetic resistance system (MagResist). This gives you the feeling of rowing across a calm lake or against a strong current. Thanks to the smooth-running aluminium slide rail on which the comfortable seat rests, training is almost silent and disruption-free for neighbours or roommates at almost any time of the day or night.

To monitor your training, the CAPITAL SPORTS Helios rowing machine has a mini-computer with an LED display on which you can see not only your rowing strokes, distance covered or calories burned, but also the power used. Thanks to Bluetooth, it is also compatible with any 5.3 kHz and Bluetooth pulse band via the app. The tablet holder provides entertainment during training, so that you can enjoy your favourite series or music while rowing or connect to Kinomap and other fitness apps. The foot rests with Velcro straps ensure a secure hold.
