Für meinen Postboten waren die Pakete schon eine Herausforderung. Zumindest kam er mit hochrotem Kopf und schnaufend an. ""Euer neuer Schrank muss wohl Massivholz sein"". Danach durfte ich ihn erst einmal aufklären, was ein Gewichtsschlitten überhaupt ist. Zudem möchte ich darauf hinweisen, dass ich das Produkt vorab testen durfte mit Rücksendung an den Hersteller. Meine Erfahrungen, die ich in den letzten 14 Tagen mit dem Produkt gesammelt habe sind folgen. VORABFAZIT Fördert die Kondition und Kraft merklich. AUFBAU Geliefert wird das Set in zwei Paketen. Innen ist alles noch einmal in Folie verpackt, aber wenn man es umstellt, zum Beispiel in den Hobbyraum, wo es aufgebaut werden soll, dann hört man ganz deutlich das eine oder andere Klappern aus dem Karton. Die Anleitung ist mehr als Verständlich und lässt keine weiteren Fragen offen. Für den Aufbau werden zwei 19er Schlüssel benötigt, diesmal nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten waren. Wir waren 20 Minuten mit dem Aufbau beschäftigt. QUALITÄT Der Schlitten selbst ist aus Metall und daher sehr schwer. Die schwarze Beschichtung ist bei uns an einer kleinen Stelle nicht ganz korrekt, wahrscheinlich ein Produktions- oder Lieferschaden, aber die Macke ist lediglich 1cm groß und schmal wie ein Kratzer, sodass es im Grunde nicht nennenswert ist. Aufgebaut ist alles sehr fest, wackelt nicht und ist eben massiv. ERFAHRUNGEN Wer mag kann das Gerät mit eigenen Hantelscheiben (Langhantel) zusätzlich beschweren, aber gerade als Anfänger benötigt man dies nicht wirklich. Ich selbst finde es für den Anfang vollkommen ausreichend. Meine Frau könnte ihn nicht mal auf einem glatten Untergrund gut bewegen. Das Training, ob mit oder ohne extra Geschirr, ist unglaublich anstrengend. Ideal nutzt man es auf einer längeren Fläche, wie zum Beispiel einem Sportplatz (Wiese) oder einer Halle. Wir selbst haben einen großen Garten und haben es dort ausprobiert. Der Untergrund sollte etwas fester sein, damit nichts einsackt. Am Anfang kommt schon innerhalb weniger Meter ins Schnaufen, merkt aber deutlich wie sich die Kondition und die Kraft im Laufe des Trainings (mehrere Tage) verbessert.

After that I was allowed to explain to him what a weight sled actually is. I would also like to point out that I was allowed to test the product in advance and send it back to the manufacturer. My experiences with the product over the past 14 days follow. PRELIMINARY CONCLUSION Significantly improves condition and strength. CONSTRUCTION The set is delivered in two packages. Everything is wrapped in foil inside, but if you move it around, for example in the hobby room where it is to be set up, you can clearly hear one or the other rattling from the box. The instructions are more than understandable and leave no further questions unanswered. Two size 19 keys are required for assembly, this time they were not included in the scope of delivery. It took us 20 minutes to set it up. QUALITY The sled itself is made of metal and is therefore very heavy. The black coating isn't quite right on ours in one small spot, probably a manufacturing or delivery defect, but the blemish is only 1cm and narrow like a scratch, so it's basically not significant. Everything is set up very firmly, does not wobble and is massive. EXPERIENCES If you like, you can weigh down the device with your own weight plates (barbell), but you don't really need this, especially as a beginner. I find it perfectly adequate for a start. My wife couldn't even move it well on a slippery surface. Training, with or without an extra harness, is incredibly tiring. It is ideally used on a longer surface, such as a sports field (lawn) or a hall. We ourselves have a large garden and tried it there. The ground should be a little firmer so that nothing sinks in. At the beginning you start panting within a few meters, but you notice clearly how your condition and strength improves over the course of the training (several days).
