Product description
The CAPITAL SPORTS Comp Rings gymnastic rings are portable and flexible training equipment for a variety of different weight exercises. Ideal for dips or muscle-ups and portable thanks to low weight and manageable dimensions, the rings are a loyal training partner.
The rings are designed for instability, which stresses the muscles more than in comparable exercises in a static environment. Successful ring exercises require a lot of practice, coordination and strength.
The rings are made of high-quality and durable birch wood, and offer a natural non-slip surface. The durable nylon straps have a length of 450cm each, which can be flexibly locked at different levels. Especially helpful in adjusting the height are 15-stage markings on the straps. Strong snap closures made from metal allow rapid adaptation and provide a secure grip in every situation.
