To achieve this, the CAPITAL SPORTS Helix Star UP cross trainer relies on full integration with the Kinomap app. It offers access to more than 100,000 km of running routes as well as 12 pre-installed programmes and is directly connected via Bluetooth as a feedback system with the cross trainer: not only can you transfer your performance data such as speed, heart rate or distance covered to the app to evaluate it, you can also directly control the virtual journey. This incline effect can also be physically emphasised by the InclinePro mechanism for an even more intensive workout: simply press the push button in the lower area of ​​the construction and raise it to one of the 3 incline levels - covering the vertical metres immediately feels so real that the can almost feel the mountain air on your face. If that's not enough, you can easily participate in numerous multiplayer events: test your fitness in direct comparison with thousands of other runners - a feeling like running the Berlin Marathon. Or you can let the community participate in your own tours. Just shoot with the ActionCam, upload to Kinomap and you'll be able to run your walking tours all over the world.

In addition to its multimedia training possibilities, the Helix Star UP cross trainer also impresses with its high-quality technology: with its extremely high flywheel mass of up to 25 kg, it can offer you massive training resistance if you want it! The MagResist System responds to almost any training requirement in 32 levels. With four training programmes each for beginners, advanced and experts, it is immediately preprogrammed to start training right away. The flat running ellipse with an optimised 50cm-long stride length ensures pleasant training while running. Unlike normal cross trainers, the Helix UP is an orbital cross trainer, meaning that its flywheel is located in front of the runner in order to achieve a particularly joint-friendly, natural running movement with a large ellipse. The DoubleRail System also provides the opportunity for both a relaxing and challenging workout thanks to the independent double rails.
