You can receive direct feedback via Bluetooth: Your performance data, such as speed, heart rate or distance travelled, are transmitted to the app and evaluated, and at the same time, the virtual camera ride is adjusted - if you pedal slowly, you will also run slowly in the virtual tour, and if you accelerate, the video will also run faster. If that's not enough, you can take part in numerous multiplayer events: test your fitness in direct comparison with thousands of other runners - a feeling like running in the Berlin Marathon without having to leave your home.

In addition to the multimedia training options, the Capital Sports Helios cross trainer also impresses with its high-quality technology: Enjoy a high level of training comfort from start to finish. With 32 levels, the MagResist system responds to almost any training requirement. With the built-in training computer you will find 24 varied programmes, as well as the option to train based on strength or heart rate. The built-in tablet holder helps to prevent boredom on the trainer. This is the perfect place for a smartphone, tablet or e-reader and can be used either to use the Kinomap app or simply to watch a film, listen to music or read while exercising.
