The Capital Sports Resistor 07 Chin Up Band is a portable and universal training partner for an enormous variety of sports applications and weight exercises.

The function of a power belt can be to provide helpful and facilitating support for pullups, dips and push-ups on one hand, or to assist with stretching exercises on the other hand.

Pullups can be particularly difficult for beginners. Individual workouts often require costly additional purposes which are mostly confined to one location. The Capital Sports Resistor 07 Chin Up Band, in contrast, follows you at every turn, is lightweight and can be easily folded to be portable. In addition, it may be flexibly attached. After training, it can disappear discreetly into your pocket or backpack, or is simply placed casually over your shoulder.

The Capital Sports Resistor Training Bands come in different colours and varying degrees of strength, differing in their clamping effect thereby resulting in a different discharge intensity. Your body weight and personal level of performance are the only important factors when choosing the correct resistance. In this case, strength grade 7 means that one’s body weight is reduced during exercises by up to 54kg with maximum belt elongation. A huge of advantage of this type of training is that you complete the full range of motion of each chin up - also called range of motion (ROM) - while the muscle responds and adjusts accordingly for optimal training effect.

 Le produit est conforme à la description. La bande élastique est de couleur lila (violet) et semble très résistante.Le point positif c'est que le caoutchouc ne sent pas fort du tout.Pour ceux qui souhaitent réaliser des tractions avec une assistance ou pour d'autres mouvements de renforcement musculaire.Le prix est très correct

Das orange Band mit Stärkegrad 9 für 32 - 79 kg war für meine stolzen 108kg leider zu stark und musste wieder zurück. Meine 108kg hatten starke Mühen das Band voll durchzudehen.

The orange band with strength level 9 for 32 - 79 kg was unfortunately too strong for my proud 108kg and had to go back. My 108kg had a lot of trouble stretching the band fully.

Das blaue Sportband von Capital Sports ist die Variante mit dem höchsten Stärkegrad (8) und hat eine Zugkraft von bis zu 68 kg, eignet sich also besonders für die Sportler, die etwas mehr Gewicht auf die Waage bringen. Es ist ca. 6,5 cm breit und wäre aufgeschnitten zwei Meter lang. Bei elastischem Kunststoff erwarte ich fast zwangsweise immer einen unangenehmen Geruch, den konnte ich hier jedoch kaum feststellen. Bisher stellt sich das Material als sehr strapazierfähig dar. Nach zwei Wochen regelmäßiger Anwendung konnten noch keine Ermüdungserscheinungen festgestellt werden. Das Band eignet sich besonders gut für Klimmzüge und bietet dabei etwas Unterstützung indem das eigene Körpergewicht etwas abgefedert wird. Für Liegestütz ist es aufgrund der Breite nicht ganz so gut geeignet.
