Whether horizontal or vertical, with the Power Rope from CAPITAL SPORTS you are trained all around. Swing ropes are simple yet very versatile fitness equipment that help bring your entire body quickly back into shape. Because the exercises are very easy to implement, they are suitable for both pros and beginners. In the usual horizontal exercise, the swing rope is fixed centrally and then brought into tension. Then both ends are swung rhythmically with the arms to move the rope in uniform undulations. After a short time, the sweat will start to bead on your forehead. The Power Rope trains the whole body: strength and endurance, upper body, core muscles and legs are neatly brought into momentum. On the basis of the uniformity of the undulations, you can easily judge for yourself whether you are performing the exercises correctly.
The multitude of possible variations and swinging techniques guarantees ongoing and varied fitness as well as fun for a long time. The garden or the nearest city park can be quickly turned into your new training area.
The 3.8 cm-thick three-sided rope made of natural hemp fibres guarantees optimal grip. The natural fibres also give the rope an appealing retro look of the classic gym rope we all remember. The holder is securely bolted to the rope, but may be easily removed with a few simple steps if you do not want to mount it to the ceiling. Both cable ends are covered with heat shrink tube made of plastic, which both serves as a handle while also preventing fraying of the rope.

La Capital Sports Power Rope è una corda in canapa lunga 15 o 12m ed avente diametro 3.8cm. Questa corda pesa solo 8kg, rispetto alle corde in materiale sintetico è quindi più leggera ed ha una maggiore flessibilità. Tali caratteristiche la rendono particolarmente utile per chi deve iniziare o per chi vuole fare degli esercizi che puntano principalmente a migliorare la propria velocità. Ho scelto quella da 12m perché trovo sia il giusto compromesso tra facilità di trasporto e possibilità di allenarsi. Maggiore è la lunghezza e più esercizi è possibile fare, ma anche il peso. in generale vi sconsiglio di prendere quelle con meno di 12m. Queste corde sono dette anche corde navali o corde da fitness o corde da crossfit o più comunemente ""battle rope"". Grazie a questa corda si allena in modo efficace tutta la parte superiore del corpo, facendo lavorare molti muscoli assieme e per più tempo rispetto ai classici esercizi da palestra con i pesi. Nei primi 24cm di entrambe le estremità vi è una copertura in PVC liscio per facilitare la presa ed evitare di rovinarsi le mani durante gli allenamenti. La corda, essendo in canapa naturale non va usata sotto la pioggia o con il pavimento umido perchè tende ad assorbire acqua. Ha un'ottima resistenza all'abrasione, ma da nuova perderà qualche pezzettino di canapa ed emetterà il caratteristico odore per qualche giorno. Viene venduta in una scatola di cartone avente dimensioni 70x26x17cm Si hanno due comodi cordini in nylon per legarla dopo l'uso. Non viene fornito il gancio per trasformarla in una fune da arrampicata o per fissarla solo da un lato. Nel video faccio vedere come si muove la corda dopo averla fissata ad uno zaino pesante 8kg, quello è il peso minimo per fare degli esercizi. Altrimenti può essere fissata ad una panchina o ad un palo. Essendo in canapa si sporca facilmente, quindi vi sconsiglio di usarla sul terreno, specialmente se umido. Ovviamente è meglio evitare di farla passare attorno agli alberi per evitare di rovinare la corteccia. Gli ultimi esercizi sono ripresi in slowmotion, vengono riprodotti ad una velocità inferiore di 10 volte. La consiglio per i principianti e per migliorare la velocità.
