Je reprends mon commentaire. après avoir fait un détartrage "poussé", la cafetière ne fuit plus et le café est toujours très bon. Je pense que mes précédents détartrages n'étaient pas assez efficaces. Cet incident m'a permis de constaté que le vendeur était très réactif et à l'écoute de sa clientèle. Dès ma demande de remplacement, il m'a fait parvenir, le jour même, la marche à suivre pour le retour gratuit de la cafetière pour un échange, avec les documents nécessaires en pièces jointes. Je vous conseille donc cette cafetière et surtout ce vendeur.

L'eau coule quand je ne mets pas le filtre avec le manche, mais plus avec... Il semble bien qu'il n'y ait plus assez de pression pour que l'eau puisse passer les mini trous du filtre S'ensuit discussion via la messagerie d'amazon. J'obtiens sans problème la possibilité de renvoyer ( gratuitement) puisqu'elle est encore sous garantie Et après 15 jours sans retour de la nouvelle cafetière, je prend des nouvelles ( toujours via la messagerie amazon) et là, j'apprends que le produit n'est plus en stock..... j'aurai, je pense, pu attendre encore longtemps si je n'avais pas sollicité klarstein... Prinzipiell hübsche Maschine. Guter Crema. Leider mit Einschränkungen. Es fing an dass ich einfach Wärmeleistung vermisse. Wenn man eine große Tasse Kaffee machen will, ist dieser nur Lauwarm. Die Gespeicherte Wärme verpufft nach den ersten kleinen Espresso. Danach muss die Machine erst wieder Aufladen. Dann fällt auf, dass die Maschine nicht ausgeschaltet werden kann. Der Einschalter schaltet bei erneutem Dicken nicht mehr aus. In der Anleitung steht auch dass anschließend der Stecker gezogen werden muss. Ich denke das Problem ist bekannt. Der nächste Punkt Abzug für die fehlende Rückmeldung auf meine Supportanfrage um das zu klären. Bis heute keine Reaktion. Ebenfalls ärgerlich der hohe Rand neben dem Abtropfsieb. Eine großes Haferl vom Schwedischen Möbelhersteller bekomme ich nur mit viel Geschick drunter, hinterlasse aber Kratzer auf dem scheinbar verchromten Abtropfsieb. Fazit: Wer nur Espresso macht, und flasche Tassen hat, hat eine hübsche Maschine zum guten Preis. Allerdings evtl. ohne Support bei Problemen. Alle anderen werden den Espresso umfüllen und heißes Wasser aus dem Wasserkocher drauf geben müssen. Achja und die Steckdose sollte bequem zugänglich sein.

Einziges Manko: Man kann nur Espressotässchen oder niedrige Cappuccinotassen drunterstellen, der Ausguss ist ziemlich niedrig. Aber bei dem guten Brühergebnis kann man das verschmerzen. Klare Kaufempfehlung, wenn man keine Massen abfertigen muss und keinen Bausparvertrag auflösen will, um eine Esspressomaschine zu bezahlen .

Maschine ist schnell auf Temperatur und macht mit guter Bohne auch guten Kaffee. Habe mehrere Bohnen von billig bis teuer probiert. Die Maschine quittiert den Geschmack (billige Bohne/teure Bohne) 1:1 an den Verkoster retour. Genau was ich wollte. Etwas störend (nicht das große Problem) für mich, dass auch nach Stunden noch im Siebträger (Siebträger war die ganze Zeit eingespannt) komplett nasser Kaffeesud und an der Oberfläche im Siebträger auch richtig viel Wasser steht. Das ist etwas doof da ich den Siebträger nie ausklopfen sondern immer auswaschen muss. Ok, damit kann ich leben.

Richtig gute Espressomaschine! Ich war auf der Suche nach einer Alternative zu meiner gewöhnlichen Filterkaffeemaschine, weil ich mittlerweile gerne mal den ein oder anderen Espresso trinke. Bei den top Modellen bezahlt man mittlerweile ja gut und gerne mal 500 Euro aufwärts, was es mir wirklich nicht wert war. Bin auf dieses Modell gestoßen und bin wirklich beeindruckt, wie hochwertig die Maschine wirkt. Für "nur" 140€ kann man hier wirklich nicht viel verkehrt machen. Die Brühtemperatur ist wirklich sehr heiß, so dass der Espresso (aus Laiensicht verständlich) ein sattes und rundes Aroma bekommt. Bisher hab ich nur gemahlenen Kaffee verwendet, aber durch den zusätzlichen Einsatz für Kaffeepads ist man echt flexibel, was ich super angenehm finde. Für Einsteiger und Laien ist das Gerät sicherlich ausreichend bzw. gut, für Experten / echte Kaffeekenner kann ichs leider nicht so ganz bewerten. Grundsätzlich kann ich bisher allerdings nur positive Dinge berichten.

Really good espresso machine! I was looking for an alternative to my usual filter coffee machine because I now like to drink an espresso or two. With the top models you can now pay up to 500 euros, which I really didn't think was worth it. Stumbled upon this model and am really impressed with how high quality the machine feels. For "only" 140€ you really can't go wrong here. The brewing temperature is really very hot, so that the espresso (understandable from a layman's point of view) gets a rich and round aroma. So far I've only used ground coffee, but the additional use of coffee pads makes it really flexible, which I find super pleasant. For beginners and amateurs, the device is certainly sufficient or good, for experts / real coffee connoisseurs I can't really rate it. Basically, I can only report positive things so far.

Ich hatte vorher auch KLARSTEIN gehabt und habe gerade nach ca.10 Jahren die Passionata mit 20 Bar bestellt.Die Zusendung kam in einem einwandfreien Zustand und die Funktion ist der hier beschriebenen Werbung entsprechend.Wer hier in diesem Preissegment mit seiner Espressomaschine nicht zufrieden ist ,sollte bitte 500 bis 1.500 € investieren und so bekommt man auch nur eine Espressomaschine die nur Espressos macht.Mal nachdenken und nicht hier herum jammern und kritisieren!Die teuerste Maschinen hatten auch Ihre Macken ,wenn man die nicht fachmännisch behandelt.

I had also had KLARSTEIN before and after about 10 years I ordered the Passionata with 20 bar. The delivery came in perfect condition and the function corresponds to the advertising described here. If you are not satisfied with your espresso machine in this price segment, should please invest 500 to 1,500 € and so you only get an espresso machine that only makes espressos. Think about it and don't whine and criticize around here! The most expensive machines also had their quirks if you didn't treat them professionally.

Two things that strike me: • Different amounts of coffee flow into two cups placed underneath at the same time • Preheating cups definitely makes sense, the temperature could be higher. Klar, das ist eine Espressomaschine für den Einsteiger und nicht für Profi Baristas, aber manche Sachen ärgern doch einfach. Die doppelbödigen Siebeinsätze für Fake Crema zum Beispiel. Keine anderen im Zubehör erhältlich und zum sauber halten ein Alptraum. Drei Schrauben und eine dicke Sillikondichtung halten die zusammen und dazwischen setzt sich das Kaffeefett fest. Anderes Ärgernis ist die Abtropfschale: Diese hat eine Auffangnase, die nicht passgenau in die Maschine passt und obendrein unten zwei Plastiknasen zur Fixierung, die in zwei Löcher passen, die den Weg für das so danebengehende Wasser aus der Maschine freigeben. Wer möchte denn nach jedem Espresso die Maschine vom Platz heben um darunter abzutrocknen ? Zum Schluss die Pumpleistung: Ich war so dumm die Ausführung mit den angeblichen 20 bar zu bestellen. Das mag zwar gut für den Milchaufschäumer sein, für den Kaffee benötigt man aber nur neun Bar und der Überdruck führt eher dazu, dass der Kaffeekuchen im Siebträger zu dicht komprimiert und damit undurchlässig wird. Alles in allem von mir keine Kaufempfehlung.

Sure, this is an espresso machine for beginners and not for professional baristas, but some things are just annoying. The double-bottom sieve inserts for fake crema, for example. No other accessories available and a nightmare to keep clean. Three screws and a thick silicone seal hold them together and the coffee fat settles in between. Another annoyance is the drip tray: This has a collecting nose that doesn't fit snugly into the machine and, on top of that, two plastic noses for fixing that fit into two holes that clear the way for the water that spills out of the machine. After every espresso, who wants to lift the machine from its place to dry underneath? Finally, the pump performance: I was stupid enough to order the version with the alleged 20 bar. This may be good for the milk frother, but you only need nine bar for the coffee and the overpressure tends to result in the coffee cake being compressed too tightly in the portafilter and thus becoming impermeable. All in all I don't recommend buying it.

Dans l'ensemble c'est un bon produit. Le café est meilleur avec du café moulu que les dosettes. On peut toutefois regretter que le porte filtre ne soit pas aisé à bien insérer et qu'il n'y ait pas de dose d'eau automatique pour une tasse.

Elle fonctionne bien , mais la mise en marche c'est un bouton poussoir 'électronique' qu'il faut maitriser une petite impulsion pour mettre en marche et une très longue impulsion pour stopper .... Un boutons mécanique marche arrêt aurait été tellement plus simple....et c'est même pas un bouton sensitif c'est un bouton à contacte fugitif mécanique....pourquoi mettre de électronique pour mettre de électronique c'est plus cher et moins fiable.....on verra mais le café est bon bien mousseux

It works well, but the start is an 'electronic' push button that you have to master a short push to start and a very long push to stop.... A mechanical start/stop button would have been so much simpler....and it's not even a sensitive button it's a mechanical momentary contact button....why put electronics to put electronics it's more expensive and less reliable.....we'll see but the coffee is good very frothy

La macchinetta fa un buonissimo caffè. Bellissimo il design. Ci sono solo tre pecche: la vibrazione e conseguentemente il rumore mentre fa il caffe; non ha l'erogazione automatica; l'emissione del vapone a fine caffè.

Le café est excellent, je mets même moins de sucre dans ma tasse tellement çà ne sert à rien. La mousse de lait se fait très simplement aucun souci. Là où je doute un peu c'est sur sa solidité les matériaux ne semblent pas très costaud, en même temps elle ne coûte pas non plus 1 000 € je verrais sur la longueur. Esthétiquement elle est sympa, la couleur inox est tellement bien faite que du coup vous pouvez aussi vous en servir de miroir :-) mais du coup elle fait un peu cheap.

Where I have some doubts is its solidity, the materials do not seem very strong, at the same time it does not cost €1,000 either, I will see over time. Le café est bien cremeux en espresso. Pour le capuccino le lait. mousse bien aussi. Mais il est plutôt tiède quee chaud. Il me semble qu'on le boit comme ça en Angleterre ou en Allemagne, mais si on l'aime bien chaud, façon expresso Italien, ce n'est pas ce à quoi on s'attend. Pour nous, même en préchauffant les tasses, cela ne convenait pas. Le vendeur a accepté le retour sans problèmes.

Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass die Kaffeeherstellung und die anschließende Reinigung mit Aufwand verbunden sind. Eine Spüle zur Reinigung in der Nähe ist von Vorteil, im Büro wäre ein Kaffeevollautomat ggf. vorteilhafter. Es braucht etwas Übung, um das optimale Mischungsverhältnis für das jeweilige Kaffeepulver, oder die Kaffeebohne herauszufinden (es empfiehlt sich gleich auch eine Kaffeemühle zu bestellen). Eine Temperaturregelung des Kaffees ist nicht direkt möglich, es empfiehlt sich die Tasse sowie den Siebträger vorzuwärmen. Empfehlung: Vorher den Siebträger ohne Kaffeepulver einsetzten und heißes Wasser in die Tasse durchlaufen zu lassen. Der Kaffee selber schmeckt gut. Die 'Klarstein Passionata 20' ist optisch ansprechend, getrübt durch Lackschäden. Für meine nächste Kaffeemaschine werde ich mir alternative Produkte genauer anschauen.

Ich hatte mir diese Maschine fürs Büro gekauft, da die Kantine derzeit geschlossen ist. Mir persönlich schmeckt der Kaffee zuhause aus der La Pavoni besser, selbst mit den gleichen Bohnen, das ist vielleicht aber auch eine Gewohnheitssache. Man bekommt einen einigermaßen vernünftigen Kaffee hin, wenn man sich an einige Regeln hält. Die Bohnen sollten frisch von einer Rösterei stammen; in der Großstadt um die Ecke, ansonsten versenden viele auch, z.B. Fausto in München. Alles aus dem Supermarkt kann man getrost vergessen, selbst die italienischen wie Lavazza usw. Je feiner die Bohnen gemahlen werden, um so besser. Dann schafft man auch die berühmten 25 Sekunden Durchlaufzeit. Ich nehme immer das Sieb für zwei Tassen und lasse das Wasser zunächst eine Weile durchlaufen zum Aufwärmen. Dann das Sieb befüllen und möglichst fest andrücken. Entsprechende Tamper gibt es zu kaufen, das mitgelieferte Plastikteil taugt nichts. Milchaufschäumen geht auch einigermaßen gut. Leider hat die Maschine keine voreingestellten Wassermengen, man muss also von Hand ausschalten, was die genaue Dosierung schwierig macht. Für die Arbeit ist es aber OK, zumal der Preis stimmt.

Une cafetière de bel aspect, impression de solidité et de sérieux Elle fait un café très honorable. L'orzzo passe aussi (mais pas les dosettes ESE). Une étoile perdue pour le chauffe-tasses en haut, il est plus que symbolique. S'il n'était pas annoncé, j'aurais mis 5*! Je trouve aussi le café légèrement pas assez chaud, à mon goût en tout cas. Au final, on a une belle qualité et surtout un rapport qualité/prix excellent voire exceptionnel.

Buse pour la vapeur un peu basse ce qui complique l'utilisation pour faire un latte. Mais le café est très bon, cela chauffe vite et on sait utiliser un mug ordinaire sans problème.

Maschine wurde ordentlich verpackt geliefert. Beim Auspacken fehlten 3 Teile. Neben dem Messlöffel auch die komplette Auffangeinrichtung (Teile 8 und 9 gem. Gebrauchsanleitung). Ich habe dies dem Verkäufer mitgeteilt. Dieser bestätigte mir, dass die fehlenden Teile aus dem Lager nachgeliefert werden. Daraufhin entsorgte ich die Verpackung, da ich dafür kein Lager unterhalte. Kurze Zeit später wurde der Messlöffel geliefert. Darauf kann man getrost verzichten. Auf die Auffangschale jedoch nicht, da hierüber auch der Druckausgleich mit Wasserablass erfolgt. Also wieder den Verkäufer angeschrieben. Nun wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Auffangschale nicht nachgeliefert werden könne, weil sie nicht im Lager ist. Ich sollte nun doch die ganze Maschine zurücksenden. Da frage ich mich doch: Wozu??? Ohne Auffangschale ist die Maschine nicht wieder verkaufbar. Der Verkäufer hat keinen Zugriff auf eine Auffangschale. Also bleibt ihm nur die Entsorgung. Dafür soll ich ein Packet sinnlos durch die Gegend schicken (Thema Nachhaltigkeit). Ich teilte noch mit, dass ich leider die Verpackung schon entsorgt habe. Der Tipp des Verkäufers: Ich solle doch in einen Möbelmarkt gehen und dort nach Verpackungen fragen. Na klar! Deshalb bestelle ich über Amazon, um dann doch selbst durch die Gegend zu fahren. Und wenn ich einmal im Markt bin, kann ich mir dort auch gleich eine neue Maschine kaufen. Und nicht um eine Verpackung betteln. Sorry, aber Klarstein kaufe ich nicht mehr. Übrigens: Die Maschine selbst funktioniert und macht guten Espresso mit schöner Crema. Ohne Auffangschale steht die Maschine und Küchenplatte halt leider bei Gebrauch unter Wasser... Ergänzung: Nachdem ich die Maschine nochmals bestellt, bekam ich sie vollständig. Also einfach die fehlenden Teile entnommen und den Rest wieder zurückgeschickt. Etwas umständlich, aber letztlich ok. Daher habe ich auf 4 Sterne erhöht. Wegen des Aufwandes bleibt es bei 1 Stern Abzug. Für den Preis bekommt man eine gute Qualität und der Espresso schmeckt!

Dans tous les cas, le poids va de 3.6 à 3.7 kilos. J'ai pris la silver 20 bars. Bon c'est un peu plastique mais on ne s'en rend pas compte, c'est vraiment très bien fait. La machine est franchement belle. Après déballage et enlèvement des scotches de protection (n'oubliez pas le film bleu couvrant la valve du réservoir d'eau... oui, ça sent le vécu), nettoyez et remplissez le réservoir, nettoyez le porte-filtre que vous placerez avec un filtre vide serré dans la machine, branchez, appuyez sur le bouton. Quand le voyant vert s'allume, vous pouvez y aller. Faites couler 3 à 4 verres à café (en plusieurs fois évidemment) et deux fois de la vapeur pour nettoyer/amorcer. J'ai démarré ensuite avec un Himalaya Bourbon de chez Terres de Café avec une vraie mouture bien fine espresso. Le résultat est très crémeux (vraiment très, c'est superbe) et assez goûteux mais ça pourrait/devrait être encore mieux : clairement, le tamper en plastique ne suffit pas du tout. Je recommande très fortement l'achat d'un vrai tamper ; en passant il est dommage que le manuel ne donne pas le diamètre du filtre. J'ai également besoin de m'habituer à la machine, je pense que le résultat va aller en s'améliorant. Les plus : - deux filtres pressurisés fournis pour une et deux tasses - pas trop petite hauteur sous le porte-filtre, j'ai pu placer un mug taille usuelle mais du coup une petite tasse se retrouve assez loin des becs verseurs sans que pourtant ça n'éclabousse partout - le top du bac de récupération est metallique, le bac est très facile à enlever et replacer - le chauffe-tasse (en métal) chauffe vraiment fort, on s'en rend compte au bout d'environ 3 minutes - la machine est vraiment belle et pas encombrante - les prix des Kalrstein Passionnata évolue en permanence sur Amazon. Prix catalogue 249€, je l'ai eue à 99€ après l'avoir vue à toutes les valeurs possibles entre 99 et 189. Black Friday ? - packaging nickel, livraison nickel Les moins : - 3.7 kilos... Cela mériterait un peu plus de poids pour un peu plus de stabilité mais avec un carter en plastique, dur à faire... - le steamer vapeur est d'une forme bizarre et un peu trop plastifié pour moi, je ne suis pas certain qu'il sera aisé à nettoyer - le tamper fourni est dans un plastique trop fin et pas assez rigide, à remplacer d'urgence ; son autre extrémité est une espèce de cuiller pénible car de la même couleur du café, on voit rien... - manuel uniquement en allemand et anglais. Aucun souci pour moi mais si vous ne jaquetez que l'arguemuche parigot, ça va être compliqué pour vous. De plus, c'est vraiment utile de le lire pour le fonctionnement du bouton on/off qui sert aussi à l'arrêt de l'extraction - parfois un peu compliqué d'extraire le filtre du porte-filtre ; il est bloqué par encoche et tourne sans problème Bref, si cette machine était en métal au lieu d'être en plastique, et si elle était fournie avec un tamper qui ne fasse pas si cheap, elle serait parfaite pour une entrée de gamme dans les espresso (même si le prix montait un petit peu à cause de ça). Au début J'étais un peu perdue par le manque de documentation en francais. Je me suis renseignée et je peux vous dire qu'après avoir lu la documentation, je suis ravie de mon achat. Cette cafetière est au top , beau design et elle fait un expresso excellent avec mousse au fond de la tasse. Rien à dire . Ses 20 bars sont bien présents et je recommande cette cafetière.

Ich habe die Maschine (20 Bar) aufgrund des guten P/L Verhältnisses gekauft und natürlich wegen der überwiegend guten Bewertungen auf Amazon. Ich muss sagen: ich bin begeistert von der Maschine. Sie kam gut verpackt an und auf den ersten Blick hat sie mir noch besser gefallen als auf den Bildern. Die Metallteile sind in Edelstahl Optik, die anderen rot lackierten Teile aus hochglänzendem Plastik. Schönes Gesamtbild.... Der Wassertank lässt sich sehr gut einsetzen, genau wie das Sieb. Hier muss ich anmerken, dass beim erstmaligen festdrehen des Kaffeesiebes der Widerstand größer war, als es momentan der Fall ist. Das heißt ich habe auch (wie viele Rezensenten hier auf Amazon) den Eindruck, dass der Dichtungsring bereits ein wenig nachlässt. Ich kann aber bisher nicht feststellen, dass das Wasser irgendwo vorbeiläuft. Der Wasserdampf, der nach jeder Zubereitung (sobald man den Durchlaufschalter wieder in die Ausgangsposition bringt) ausgestoßen wird, stört mich überhaupt nicht. Zum Kaffee: Wenn man gute Bohnen mit feinem Mahlgrad verwendet, erhält man wirklich einen Espresso, wie man ihn auch in Neapel am Tresen bekommen würde: aromatisch, geschmacksintensiv mit einer guten Crema. Es empfiehlt sich natürlich gefiltertes Wasser und eine gute Mühle zu verwenden, um die Ergebnisse zu optimieren. Die Trinktemperatur direkt nach der Zubereitung ist angenehm, allerdings kann ich schon verstehen, wenn es einigen hier nicht heiß genug ist. Er ist zwar gut warm, aber nicht so, als dass man ihn schlürfen müsste. Man muss demnach eben einen kurzen Espresso/Ristretto zubereiten, an dem man nicht 10 Minuten trinkt. Zum Milchschäumer kann ich nichts sagen, da ich nur Espresso trinke. Insgesamt bin ich sehr überzeugt was Kaffeequalität und Handling angeht. Ob die Haltbarkeit der Maschine auch so positiv zu bewerten ist, kann ich leider noch nicht sagen. Ich habe schon die Sorge, dass die Dichtungen den Geist aufgeben, gerade weil viele Käufer das gleiche diesbezüglich schreiben. Wenn dies der Fall ist, werde ich es hier Nachtragen.

I bought the machine (20 bar) because of the good P/L ratio and of course because of the mostly good reviews on Amazon. I have to say: I am enthusiastic about the machine. It arrived well packaged and at first glance I liked it even more than the pictures. The metal parts are in stainless steel look, the other red painted parts are made of high-gloss plastic. Nice overall picture.... The water tank is very easy to use, as is the strainer. I have to say here that when I first tightened the coffee strainer, the resistance was greater than is currently the case. That means I also (like many reviewers here on Amazon) have the impression that the sealing ring is already wearing off a bit. But so far I have not been able to determine that the water is running past anywhere. The water vapor that is expelled after each preparation (as soon as you put the flow switch back in the starting position) doesn't bother me at all. About the coffee: If you use good beans with a fine grind, you really get an espresso like you would get at the bar in Naples: aromatic, flavorful with a good crema. It is recommended to use naturally filtered water and a good grinder to optimize the results. The drinking temperature right after the preparation is pleasant, but I can understand if it's not hot enough for some here. It's warm enough, but not to the point where you have to slurp it. So you just have to prepare a short espresso/ristretto that you don't drink for 10 minutes. I can't say anything about the milk frother because I only drink espresso. Overall, I am very convinced of the coffee quality and handling. Unfortunately, I can't say yet whether the durability of the machine can also be rated as positively. I'm worried that the seals will give up the ghost, precisely because many buyers write the same thing about it. If that's the case, I'll post it here.

Livrée un jour avant la date prévue, dans un triple emballage, donc hyper bien protégée. Design extra, c'est pour cela, entre autres, que je l'ai choisie. Fonctionne parfaitement bien, et surtout, les 20 bars assurent un très très bon café, avec une mousse nettement supérieur à celle produite par ma cafetière expresso précédente. Je la recommande à tous ceux qui aiment vraiment le bon café... Personnellement, depuis 30, je fais mon mélange de café moulu, avec 3 marques et des moutures différentes, et avec cet expresso, j'en tire un excellent nectar.

Machine reçue avec un jour d'avance, parfait ! Pas vraiment bruyante (je dirais même silencieuse comparée à d'autres !). Ca faisait longtemps que je n'avais pas bu chez moi un aussi bon café : chaud, mousse généreuse, arômes sauvegardés. Si dans le temps ça dure ainsi, je ne regretterai absolument pas ma vieille machine Krups... Un petit bémol cependant : la cuillère doseuse, en forme de demie sphère, est moins pratique et moins précise pour remplir le filtre à café qu'une cuillère moins large et à fond plat.

La machine est jolie, et se fond très bien dans le décor. Elle chauffe très vite et n'est pas trop bruyante (en comparaison avec ma Senseo). La cuillère dosette est assez pratique avec son extrémité plate qui permet de tasser le café. Rien à signaler au niveau de la préparation de l'expresso, si ce n'est que des ventouses sous la machine auraient été appréciable pour pouvoir enclencher le système sans devoir la tenir. Dans l'ensemble, je recommande !

Purchase of this espresso machine after long comparisons of brands/quality/price. Even if it is a "sub-brand", I am very satisfied with it! The machine is pretty, and blends in very well with the decor. It heats up very quickly and is not too noisy (in comparison with my Senseo). The measuring spoon is quite practical with its flat end which allows you to tamp the coffee. Ne ho provate alcune, tra cui marche Italiane ma avevano sempre qualche problema e il caffè non era soddisfacente. Ho acquistato la versione da 20 bar e funziona molto bene. In temperatura in pochi secondi, temperatura del caffè sempre ottimale e monta il latte in pochissimo tempo e molto bene. Il caffè, uno spettacolo, crema perfetta (e qui è dove alte macchinette non erano all'altezza) densa e persistente, caffè molto molto buono. Sì pulisce bene, comoda da riempire la tanica di acqua. Ha un interessante sistema di sfiato del vapore (che non ho visto in altre) che a fine caffè eroga vapore in modo da limitare il gocciolamento dal filtro porta caffè. Insomma per ora estremamente soddisfatto, un prodotto sicuramente di qualità.

I have tried some, including Italian brands but they always had some problems and the coffee was not satisfactory. I bought the 20 bar version and it works very well. It reaches temperature in a few seconds, the coffee temperature is always optimal and it froths the milk in a very short time and very well. The coffee is a spectacle, perfect cream (and this is where other machines were not up to par) dense and persistent, very very good coffee. It cleans well, easy to fill the water tank. It has an interesting steam venting system (which I have not seen in others) that releases steam at the end of the coffee in order to limit dripping from the coffee filter. Ma cafetière expresso Bar tombée en panne j'ai acheté la Klarstein Passionata Rossa qui semblait correspondre à mes gouts .Pas Déçu. Les 20 bars sont au rendez vous et le 1er expresso italiano ( le nectar du café- ) sorti était sublime. J'adore . Seul vraiment petit bémol,il faut être présent pour stopper l'arrivée eau. mais bon c'est pas si important puisque je le fais 4 fois par jour.Je peux me faire un super café le matin pour mon petit déjeuner,c'est le plus. Vraiment, je la recommande à tout amateur de bon café.

My espresso bar coffee maker broke down so I bought the Klarstein Passionata Rossa which seemed to match my tastes. Not disappointed. The 20 bars are there and the first espresso italiano (the nectar of coffee) that came out was sublime. I love it. The only really small downside is that you have to be there to stop the water supply. But hey it's not that important since I do it 4 times a day. I can make myself a great coffee in the morning for my breakfast, that's the best. Really, I recommend it to any lover of good coffee.

Wir hatten bereits 2 Maschinen von Beem mit 20 Bar Pumpendruck, von denen eine ganz hervorragend funktioniert, während die Zweite von Beginn an Probleme mit der Dichtigkeit hatte. Nachdem schließlich auch noch regelmäßig das Wasser an der Verbindung zum Wasserbehälter heraus gelaufen ist und die Arbeitsplatte überschwemmt hat, haben wir sie als Garantiefall nach 20 Monaten an Amazon zurückgeschickt und problemlos eine Erstattung erhalten, die wir sofort in diese Maschine von Klarstein investiert haben. Nach der schwarzen 20-Bar-Version von Beem, haben wir jetzt die rote Maschine von Klarstein, die es von Beem nur mit 15 Bar gab und sind sehr zufrieden. Die Maschine ist hundertprozentig dicht und hat im Unterschied zur Beem einen automatischen Druckablass, das bedeutet, dass es nach dem Aufschäumen und auch nach der Kaffeeproduktion kurz aus dem Auffangbehälter dampft. Zunächst hatte ich einen Defekt vermutet, konnte mich aber dann anhand eines Youtube-Videos davon überzeugen, dass das so sein muss. Insgesamt ist sie vielleicht etwas laut, aber da es ja keine dauerhafte Beschallung ist, kann man das verschmerzen. Die Maschine holt aus jedem Kaffeepulver das Maximum raus, sorgt für eine exzellente Crema und der Milchaufschäumer funktioniert ebenfalls hervorragend und lässt sich im Gegensatz zu diversen anderen Maschinen wie z.B. von DeLonghi sehr einfach reinigen. Plastikhaube abziehen, unter fließend Wasser säubern und den Metallstab mit einem Schwamm abreiben. Ebenso kann man sehr einfach mehrere Tassen hintereinander zubereiten ohne Probleme mit zu hohem oder zu niedrigem Druck zu bekommen. Wir würden diese Maschine jederzeit wieder kaufen und empfehlen sie auch unseren Freunden, die uns dafür schon sehr dankbar waren und immer noch mit uns sprechen. :-)

Premetto che per anni ho usato sempre il mokkone bialetti... anni di buongusto sprecati !!! Con questa macchina manuale klarstein dopo aver buttato 5 tazze (per rodaggio macchina), mi ritrovo a degustare un Caffè eccellente, il bar si dimenticherà di me per via di caffè. Corposo, saporito e piacevole schiuma in superficie da impedire quasi allo zucchero di sprofondare. E' davvero una bella sorpresa inaspettata, credevo si e no alle altre recensioni a 5 stelle, ora sono lieto di confermare il tutto; se potessi ne darei il doppio. Acquisto azzeccato al100%. Una speranza: che duri nel tempo.

I would like to point out that for years I have always used the Bialetti mokkone... years of good taste wasted!!! With this Klarstein manual machine, after having thrown away 5 cups (for machine running-in), I find myself enjoying an excellent coffee, the bar will forget about me because of the coffee. Full-bodied, tasty and with a pleasant foam on the surface that almost prevents the sugar from sinking. It is truly a nice unexpected surprise, I believed the other 5-star reviews at best, now I am happy to confirm everything; if I could I would give double. 100% successful purchase. One hope: that it lasts over time.

Nous sommes vraiment contents avec la qualité de ce machine à expresso/ cappuccino. Il est beau, le rouge est une belle couleur et donne un peu plus de peps à notre cuisine. Le café est crémeux et goûteux. Le seul bémol peut-être est que le café pourrait être un peu plus chaud. C'est préférable de chauffer la tasse avant faire le café. Il était livré une semaine avant la date prévue et l'emballage était bien fait en deux cartons plus le carton qui contient le machine a café. Nous le recommandons.

We are really happy with the quality of this espresso/cappuccino machine. It is beautiful, the red is a nice color and gives a little more pep to our kitchen. The coffee is creamy and tasty. The only downside perhaps is that the coffee could be a little hotter. It is better to heat the cup before making the coffee. It was delivered a week before the expected date and the packaging was well done in two boxes plus the box that contains the coffee machine. We recommend it.

Ich habe seit 3 Jahren das Vorgängermodell von BEEM mit 15 bar. Die kleine Maschine hat mir bis heute gute Dienste geleistet, jedoch hat die Pumpleistung nachgelassen und sehr fein gemahlener Espresso ließ sich nicht mehr verwenden. Ich musste zuletzt dem Mahlgrad reduzieren, was auf Dauer keine Lösung ist. Also das Nachfolgemodell mit der 20bar Pumpe gekauft, diesmal von Klarstein (und wieder in rot) . Optisch ist die Maschine identisch mit dem Vorgänger von BEEM oder der 15bar Variante von Klarstein. Unterschiede: 1. Es läuft kein Überdruckablasswasser mehr neben die Auffangschale, was reinläuft ist auch sehr viel weniger geworden, sehr gut. 2. Die Pumpe ist deutlich stärker, selbst der sehr harte und deswegen sehr fein mahlende Blue Mountain wird jetzt problemlos gebrüht. 3. Die Lautstärke ist in etwa gleich geblieben, ohne Druck etwas lauter, unter Druck etwas leiser, ist o.k. Wenn die Maschine fest steht, bleiben die Vibrationen absolut im Rahmen, es wandern keine Tassen weg o.ä. 4. Der Ein/Aus-Schalter ist nun ein Taster (zum Ausschalten länger als 3s drücken), die Maschine schaltet sich nach 30min von selbst aus, auch ein Fortschritt. Geblieben ist die sehr kurze Aufheizzeit von 45s, es gibt im Wasserdurchlauf kein Aluminium. Die Warmhalteplatte hat keine eigene Heizung, es dauert lange, bis es oben warm wird. Deswegen und auch aus Zeit- und Energiespargründen mache ich es so: Ich spüle vor dem ersten Espresso den leeren Siebträger in die Espressotasse, entleere den Siebträger (kurzer Schwenk über der Spüle), mahle den Kaffee direkt in den heißen Träger, dann an die Maschine, die nun ebenfalls warme Tasse entleere ich vom Spülwasser und brühe den Kaffee. Dadurch sind Siebträger und Tasse beide vorgewärmt und der Espresso ist optimal heiß. Was man noch verbessern könnte wäre die Art der entstehenden Crema. Es wird durch ein sehr feines Sieb im Siebträger Luft zugemischt, wodurch reichlich Schaum erzeugt wird, eine echte ölige Crema ist was anderes. Der Kaffe schmeckt jedoch sehr gut, guten Kaffee und enthärtetes Wasser vorausgesetzt. Als Mühle steht bei mir eine Graef daneben. Die Milchschaumfunktion habe ich nie benutzt, ich trinke fast nur Espresso und ab und zu mal einen Americano. Ich kann die Maschine für jeden empfehlen, der eine günstige und robuste kleine Siebträgermaschine sucht. Anmerkung: Ich habe die alte BEEM zerlegt. Das Innere sieht nach 3 Jahren Betrieb noch fast wie neu aus. Ich werde den Überdruckablass so modifizieren, daß nichts mehr daneben läuft (die Neue hat das Problem nicht mehr) und wegen dem Pumpendruck mal gründlich entkalken (habe ich wegen dem Brita-Wasser nie gemacht, war evtl. ein Fehler).

The on/off -Switch is now a button (press longer than 3s to turn off), the machine will turn itself off after 30min, also a step forward. What has remained is the very short heating-up time of 45s, there is no aluminum in the water flow. The warming plate does not have its own heating system, it takes a long time for the top to get warm. That's why I do it like this, and also for reasons of time and energy saving: I rinse the empty portafilter into the espresso cup before the first espresso, empty the portafilter (swivel over the sink), grind the coffee directly into the hot portafilter, then to the machine , I empty the now warm cup of the rinse water and brew the coffee. As a result, the portafilter and cup are both preheated and the espresso is optimally hot. What could still be improved would be the type of crema that is produced. Air is mixed in through a very fine sieve in the portafilter, which creates plenty of foam, a real oily crema is something else. However, the coffee tastes very good, provided you have good coffee and softened water. A Graef stands next to me as a mill. I never used the milk froth function, I almost only drink espresso and the occasional Americano. I would recommend the machine to anyone looking for a cheap and sturdy little portafilter machine. Note: I disassembled the old BEEM. The interior still looks almost new after 3 years of operation. I will modify the overpressure drain so that nothing spills (the new one no longer has the problem) and decalcify it thoroughly because of the pump pressure (I never did it because of the Brita water, it might have been a mistake).

bonjour, pour commencer une petite parenthèse sur un probleme qui devient récurrent sur amazon, pas de mode d'emploi en Français, il faudra quand meme y venir les gars..... Bon je reviens au produit, emballage irréprochable, 3 cartons en protection, si l'article arrive abimé, c'est que le livreur vous en veut.... Au déballage on découvre une belle machine, lourde, solide d'apparence. Livrée avec un filtre une tasse et un filtre pour 2 tasses, les boutons de commande sont parfaitement simplifiés, pas de manomètres gadgets promis à tomber en panne.... J'aurais bien apprécié un tasseur de café sur le coté de la machine, mais bon on le fait avec le tasseur en plstique fourni. Et on arrive à l'essentiel, en mettant la machine en route elle chauffe tres vite, prèt en 10 sec, le café coule aussi tres vite, on sent la puissance . Et la c'est le bonheur, la qualité obtenue est tout simplement fabuleuse, le rendu du café exceptionnel, avec une mousse abondante à manger à la cuillère, je suis bluffé par le résultat pour une machine de cette gamme. La machine est dotée d'un système intelligent, apres avoir rempli votre tasse, le surplus de vapeur est évacué dans le bac, donc pensez à le vder aptres avoir éteint la machine, ce n'est pas une galère, ça prend 5 sec. La machine chauffe la plaque du dessus prévue pour y poser vos tasses, le système s'arrete automatiquement apres 30 mn si vous ne l'utilisez pas, pas besoin de débrancher la prise. En résumé, parfaitement content de cet achat, à mon avis dans ces prix vous ne trouverez pas mieux.i

Superbe bécane, super bien emballée, un carton, encore un carton, puis un autre et enfin le carton de la machine !!! Je n'en voyais plus le bout !! Rires !! Bref, machine simple à utiliser, suffit de tourner le bouton, par contre un bémol pour le porte café, il faut que le "bitonio" soit bien en face de l'encoche sinon impossible de l'ôter pour vider le marc de café, alors vide on le voit bien, après utilisation un peu moins... Il va falloir que je trouve un truc pour faire une marque... Sinon, café excellent, une mousse sublime, qui reste même après avoir bu son café, un mug passe aisément en dessous, mais assez bruyante par contre...

Ich habe privat bisher zwei DeLonghi und einen Saeco Vollautomaten besessen (eine DeLonghi davon ist noch im Einsatz) Im Büro habe ich, bis sie vor Kurzem undicht wurde, !!15 Jahre lang!! eine Siebträgermaschine von ALDI (FiF) genutzt. Aufgrund des Defektes der FiF habe ich mir die Klarstein bestellt. Diese macht mit Abstand den "schönsten" Espresso. Die Crema sieht aus wie gemalt, wird aber, wie ich vermute, durch ein Ventil am Sieb (schwarzer Kunststoff, mit drei Schrauben befestigt) erzeugt (aufgeschäumt). Keine der oben erwähnten Maschinen macht, auch nur annähernd, optisch, eine solche Crema wie die Klarstein. Ca. 1cm hoch, fluffig und stabil. Der Kaffee schmeckt sehr gut, intensiv und läuft auch heiß aus der Maschine (auch ohne vorheriges Spülen). Fazit: Espresso sieht gut aus, schmeckt gut und hat eine gute Temperatur und das zu einem annehmbaren Preis der Maschine. Ist natürlich keine "Barista- Maschine" aber einen perfekten Espresso hinzubekommen ist ja bekanntlich eine Wissenschaft für sich. Sprich, einer Begutachtung von einem eingefleischten Barista hält der Espresso vermutlich nicht Stand aber für mich ist die Hauptsache, dass er mir schmeckt und das tut er. Einziger, kleiner, Kritikpunkt: Der Deckel und der Tragegriff des Wassertanks sind nur unter hohem Kraftaufwand abnehmbar und das Konstrukt wirkt nicht so stabil, als dass es den Eindruck erweckt, dass man es zerlegen kann ohne früher oder später etwas zu beschädigen bzw. etwas abzubrechen. Ich persönlich reinige den Wassertank allerdings gerne ab und an um Rückstände von Kalk bzw. Leitungsrost zu entfernen. Ohne Abnahme des Deckels bzw. des Tragebügels des Tanks ist dem Boden des Tanks aber sehr schwierig beizukommen. Mal sehen wie lange das Material das mitmacht. Aber wie geschrieben, bin ich mit der Hauptaufgabe einer Espressomaschine, nämlich guten und heißen Kaffee zu brühen, sehr zufrieden. Nun kann ich nur hoffen, dass sie von der Haltbarkeit annähernd an die Lebensdauer der FiF heranreicht. Stand jetzt kann ich sie empfehlen.

I have privately owned two DeLonghi and one Saeco fully automatic machine (one DeLonghi is still in use) In the office I have until it recently started leaking !!15 years!! a portafilter machine from ALDI (FiF) is used. Due to the defect in the FiF, I ordered the Klarstein. This makes by far the "most beautiful" espresso. The crema looks like it was painted, but I suspect it is created (foamed) by a valve on the sieve (black plastic, attached with three screws). None of the machines mentioned above make such a crema as the Klarstein does, even remotely, optically. Approx. 1cm high, fluffy and stable. The coffee tastes very good, intense and also runs hot out of the machine (even without prior rinsing). Conclusion: espresso looks good, tastes good and has a good temperature and at a reasonable price of the machine. It's not a "barista machine" of course, but getting the perfect espresso is a science in itself. In other words, the espresso probably won't stand up to an appraisal by an inveterate barista, but for me the main thing is that it tastes good and it does. The only, small, point of criticism: The lid and the carrying handle of the water tank can only be removed with great effort and the construction does not appear so stable that it gives the impression that it can be disassembled sooner or later without damaging or breaking something . Personally, however, I like to clean the water tank from time to time to remove limescale residue and rust. However, it is very difficult to get to the bottom of the tank without removing the lid or the carrying handle of the tank. Let's see how long the material can hold up. But as written, I am very satisfied with the main task of an espresso machine, namely brewing good and hot coffee. Now I can only hope that its durability will come close to the lifespan of the FiF. Hallo, ich möchte zu all den Rezessionen was schreiben. Das Gerät sieht sehr gut aus, auch wenn es nur Hartplastik ist. Was will man erwarten für die 109€ die ich bezahlt habe. Mein Gerät stinkt im betrieb von über 1Std. nicht. Wer Kaffee mit Crema möchte, muss auch etwas mehr zahlen für Kaffee Crema. Ich habe normalen Kaffee und Kaffee Crema benutzt, dass ist ein Unterschied. Zu dem aufschäumen der Milch. Sie muss nicht erwärmt werden. Eine etwas höhere Tasse geht super, da braucht man kein spezielles Zubehör. Zu der Wärme der Milch bzw Schaum's. Das braucht natürlich etwas. Becher darunter stellen, Dampfdüse anstellen, solange warten bis die Milch fast uberschäumt. Dann erneut aufschäumen. So ist der Schaum heiß. Dauert ca. 30 Sekunden. Der Schaum fällt nicht zusammen, auch nach 1 Min. nicht. Ich hatte im Vorfeld 4 Kaffee Vollautomaten, Senseo und Co. . Also, für seinen eigenen Kaffeegenuss etwas testen und Kaffee, Esspresso etc. genießen. Ich finde das Gerät super, bin super zufrieden und würde sie weiterempfehlen. Wer eine Esspresso Maschine haben möchte die nicht aus Plastik ist, soll sich die Maschine von Kitchen Aid angucken. Natürlich hätte ich die super gerne gehabt, aber sie kostet das 7fache. Ich wünsche euch viel Freude. Was mich ärgert, dass Gerät hat keine 1470Watt wie angegeben, sondern nur 1350Watt. Nachtrag: Mir werden für die falsch angegebene Wattzahl 21€ erstattet.

La machine est arrivé dans 2 cartons, un bon point. Venant d'une Senseo, le goût du café n'a rien avoir !! Je redécouvre mon café préféré (El Matino) Je l'utilise depuis 6 mois, elle semble plutôt robuste et ne se dégrade pas. Elle est facile a nettoyer, ne pas oublier à chaque utilisation de retirer l'eau du bac. Pour ce qui est de la marre de café trop humide, l'astuce est de l'arrêter de faire couler pendant 5 secondes et de refaire couler 2 seconde pour que la pression expulse l'eau. Bref pour moi c'est un très bon produit pour le prix que je l'ai payé et que je recommande.

J ai reçu cette machine parfaitement emballé commandé le 16 et reçu le 19 ça c est un bon point Elle est superbe avec sa couleur rouge ( mais bon je ne suis pas objectif j adore le rouge ) Par contre ma première impression, je trouve la qualité des matériaux un peu léger ( peut être dû au prix ) et la notice en Anglais et Allemand (bon faut pas avoir BAC +8 pour comprendre le fonctionnement) pour ça que 4 étoiles Ma précédente machine était une Delonghi à peu près du même prix mais qui a une qualité de matériaux supérieur. Je ne peux en dire plus là-dessus en ce moment même, la cafetière étant un cadeau qui n'a pas encore été offert. J'aimerai attirer l'attention sur la livraison qui a été plus que laborieuse : deux tentatives de livraison sur deux jours, deux notifications sur le suivi comme "absence de la personne". Nous n'avions pas bougé de chez nous. Pas très professionnel d'affirmer de telles choses quand la personne n'a même pas cherché à me contacter... La cafetière a donc finie par être livrée dans un point relais "de proximité" : il a été donné à plus de 20 minutes à pied du lieu de livraison, alors qu'il y en avait un à 30 secondes du lieu de livraison. Très peu de professionnalisme pour la livraison, où j'ai du courir après mon achat. Et aucune alerte mail non plus. Heureusement que je n'ai pas payé un centime pour la livraison.
