Zustellung schlecht Zustellung nicht korrekt. Obwohl zu Hause anwesend wurde das Paket einfach vor der Türe abgestellt. Konnte den Zusteller zwar sehen aber nicht kontaktieren. Gerät soweit super aber die Zustellung sehr fragwürdig. Wer haftet wenn es wegkommt?

Tolles Gerät - Top Leistung Ein guter crusher um normale Eiswürfel ordentlich klein zu hacken. Der Auffangbehälter bietet viel Platz für jede Menge crushed ice und die Eissplitter haben die perfekte Größe für Cocktails und andere Kaltgetränke. Einziger Nachteil ist die Lautstärke beim kleinhacken, aber damit habe ich beim Kauf sowieso schon gerechnet.

Wir hatten vorher einen Side by Side mit direktem Wasserzulauf. Aufgrund Umzug leider nicht mehr möglich. Dieser Ice-Crusher ist definitiv zu empfehlen, wir sind sehr zufrieden - für Cocktails etc. nicht mehr wegzudenken!!!!

Nice device. It makes a bit of noise, but that's probably normal. Even now, after 1 1/2 years of constant use, the crusher does what it's supposed to. Once every 1-2 weeks, the thing runs at full speed for 10-15 minutes. The crushed ice is then stored in Tupperware in the freezer and used as needed.

I use this ice machine for crushing ice to use on my knee replacement., which is great for the healing and exercise program. put the crushed ice in plastic bag on top of a wet drying towel and leave it on for 20 mins, do this as often as you want great relief. Acquistato per un uso medio frequente, con ottima riuscita. Tutti i giorni è utilizzato per la creazione di Moiti nel bar di nostri conoscenti. Poco ingombrante, di facile utilizzo, bello estiticamente. Per esigenze personali ho pensato, visto che la vaschetta raccogli ghiaccio trittato, ha uno spinotto inglobato per dare il consenso all'utilizzo e pertanto senza la vaschetta non è possibile l'utilizzo; di creare uno "spinotto" indipendente costruito con una bacchetta di legno "tipo bastoncino cinese" che mi permette di dare il consenso di accensione mettendo direttamente sotto il bicchiere anzichè la sua vaschetta in dtazione. In questo modo trito direttamente il ghiaccio a me necessario di per il tipo di chocktail nel suo bicchiere. Ritengo questo accorgimento non uno difetto di costruzione perchè la macchina è eccezzionale, ma solo una miglioria alle esigenze personali. Azzienda affidabile e prodotto arrivato nei tempi stabiliti.

For personal needs I thought, given that the crushed ice collection tray has a built-in plug to give consent for use and therefore without the tray it is not possible to use; to create an independent "plug" built with a wooden stick "Chinese stick type" that allows me to give consent for switching on by placing the glass directly underneath instead of its supplied tray. In this way I directly crush the ice I need for the type of cocktail in its glass. Produit un peu imposant niveau taille, mais beau design. S'utilise avec grande facilité, il y a une sécurité sur le bac pour que la machine ne marche pas sans qu'il soit bien enclenché. La machine est plus bruyante que ce que je pensais, pas par son moteur mais avec la descente des glaçons qui reste bruyante. Il fait des brisures de glace qui convient à tous les usages, apéritifs, préparation de cocktails, en tapis sous les huitres, ... J'enlève une étoile, car celui que j'ai reçu n'est pas d'un rouge vif comme sur la présentation mais plutôt rouge pâle tendant sur le rose. Mais ça n'enlève rien à ses qualités.

Ho acquistato questo prodotto per uso professionale. Lo uso tutti i giorni nel mio locale. Esteticamente é molto carino, é tutto in plastica, non occupa molto spazio ed é costruito bene. Il ghiaccio viene spezzato grossolanamente e non tritato, il che lo rende un partner ideale per preparare Mojito e Caipirinha. E' pratico e veloce. Tuttavia il cavo di alimentazione é troppo corto (basta mettere una prolunga), lo spazio sotto le lame é ridotto e non si riesce a sistemare un bicchiere obbligandoti ad utilizzare sempre la sua vaschetta. Inoltre l'imboccatura del tritaghiaccio é piccola e ti permette di inserire uno o due cubetti alla volta rendendo vano l'utilizzo dell'imbuto. Rumorosità contenuta. Io l'ho utilizzato con cubetti vuoti e semi-vuoti. Non l'ho mai provato con cubetti domestici "pieni". In generale sono soddisfatto.

I bought this product for professional use. I use it every day in my restaurant. It is very nice looking, it is all plastic, it does not take up much space and it is well built. The ice is roughly broken and not crushed, which makes it an ideal partner for preparing Mojitos and Caipirinhas. It is practical and fast. However, the power cord is too short (just put an extension), the space under the blades is limited and you cannot fit a glass, forcing you to always use its tray. Questa è una macchina tritaghiaccio essenzialmente per cocktail e per raffreddare le bevande in generale. Trita tanto ghiaccio (15 kg l’ora) e lo fa in modo sicuro e neanche tanto rumoroso - credevo peggio, a dire il vero. Nella parte alta ha un imbuto che serve ad inserire i cubetti di ghiaccio da tritare. I cubetti vanno fatti scendere da soli, senza spingere o comunque toccarli in altro modo. Il ghiaccio tritato finisce nel contenitore di plastica sottostante, apribile a cassetto. La macchina può lavorare per circa 5 minuti, dopo di che il cassetto del ghiaccio è quasi pieno. La macchina è in plastica, con finiture acciaio spazzolato. Ha una estetica gradevolmente razionale. E’ robusta e facile da pulire in tutte le sue parti. La zona delle lame va solo sciacquata versando poca acqua fredda o tiepida, per togliere i residui di ghiaccio, e va lasciata asciugare da sola. E’ sicura, nel senso che per non si può accedere alle lame per errore. Non parte se il cassetto è posizionato male. Ha una ventola di raffreddamento nella parte posteriore, per ridurre il calore di motore e lame. Ha dei piedini antiscivolo per evitare che si muova. E’ un oggetto razionale: trita il ghiaccio e lo fa come deve. L’estetica è semplice e funzionale. I difetti: la dimensione del ghiaccio tritato è fissa. Ho provato a tritare una seconda volta il ghiaccio già tritato, per ridurne ulteriormente la dimensione: un po’ funziona, ma questo causa inceppamenti. Il manuale è in inglese, ma la macchina è semplice da usare, basta mettere il cestello di raccolta, versare il ghiaccio da triitare nell’imbuto e premere il tasto anteriore. E’ opportuno non attaccare la macchina al muro o ad oggetti appesi, esempio gli strofinacci, mentre la si usa, per via della ventola posteriore che deve essere lasciata libera durante il funzionamento. Tanto ghiaccio tritato in fretta, senza doverlo fare a mano, e senza che il ghiaccio si sminuzzi eccessivamente. In fondo fa quello che deve, semba affidabile e non ha funzioni inutili che la farebbero costare troppo. Viene spedita dalla Germania, questo spiega molte cose ;)

This is an ice crusher essentially for cocktails and for cooling drinks in general. It crushes a lot of ice (15 kg per hour) and does so safely and not too noisy - I expected worse, to tell the truth. In the upper part it has a funnel that is used to insert the ice cubes to be crushed. The cubes must be lowered by themselves, without pushing or touching them in any other way. The crushed ice ends up in the plastic container underneath, which can be opened like a drawer. The machine can work for about 5 minutes, after which the ice drawer is almost full. The machine is made of plastic, with brushed steel finishes. It has a pleasantly rational aesthetic. It is robust and easy to clean in all its parts. The blade area only needs to be rinsed by pouring a little cold or warm water, to remove the ice residue, and should be left to dry on its own. It is safe, in the sense that the blades cannot be accessed by mistake. It does not start if the drawer is positioned incorrectly. It has a cooling fan in the rear part, to reduce the heat of the motor and blades. It has non-slip feet to prevent it from moving. It is a rational object: it crushes ice and does it as it should. The aesthetics are simple and functional. The defects: the size of the crushed ice is fixed. I tried to crush the already crushed ice a second time, to further reduce its size: it works a bit, but this causes jams. The manual is in English, but the machine is simple to use, just put the collection basket, pour the ice to be crushed into the funnel and press the front button. It is advisable not to attach the machine to the wall or to hanging objects, such as dish towels, while using it, because of the rear fan that must be left free during operation. Lots of quickly crushed ice, without having to do it by hand, and without the ice being excessively crushed. Basically it does what it should, seems reliable and does not have useless functions that would make it cost too much. It is shipped from Germany, this explains a lot ;)
