The CAPITAL SPORTS weight disc curl bar set 20 kg allows you to have the best possible strength training at home: with the CAPITAL SPORTS Accretor curl bar you can get your arm muscles into shape! The 120 cm long barbell bar made of solid black oxidised steel provides you with an absolutely firm grip during training. The 18 cm long sleeves can be equipped with a weight of up to 180 kg. With the corresponding spring locks, the weight change is done in just a few steps.
The matching CAPITAL SPORTS IP3H dumbbell discs with 30 mm intake are included in the set, and bring the possibility of adding 4 x 2.5 kg and 2 x 5 kg weight to your barbell bar. The rounded discs have three gripping holes, with which additional exercises can be completed without a barbell bar. The weight plates are coated in grey, and their weight is easily recognisable thanks to embossed weight values on the front and back.
