With its two high-quality brass burners sitting on a robust 8 mm thick glass ceramic plate, it not only offers an attractive look but also first-class performance. The burners have an output of 2.4 and 1.8 kW and are ideal for cooking, frying, steaming, braising or melting. The cast iron pot supports help ensure that pots and pans are stable.
