Für den Preis okay, es gibt aber hochwertigere. Ich habe diese Kettelbell im Rahmen einer Preisaktion gekauft und sehr wenig Geld dafür bezahlt. Ich nehme sie nur als weitere Kettelbell, um zum Beispiel Front-Rack-Lunches damit zu machen. Mein Hauptkettelbell mit 16 Kilo ist von Rogue und eindeutig besser. Die Competition-Größe ist nicht wirklich das, was ich gesucht habe, aber es stellt auch kein Hindernis dar. Der Griff ist gratfrei und angenehm. In der Kettlebell selber ist allerdings irgendetwas lose und es klingelt ein wenig. Mache ich die Musik etwas lauter, höre ich es nicht.

OK for the price, but there are better quality ones. I bought this kettlebell as part of a special offer and paid very little money for it. I only use it as an additional kettlebell, for example to do front rack lunches with. My main kettlebell, which weighs 16 kg, is from Rogue and is definitely better. The competition size isn't really what I was looking for, but it's not a problem. The handle is burr-free and comfortable. However, there is something loose in the kettlebell itself and it rings a little. If I turn the music up a bit, I can't hear it.

pour le moment satisfait du produit, je préfère une anse droite que celle qu'on trouve habituellement sur les kettlebell classiques (non norme Olympiques), pour moi plus naturelle sur les différentes prises. La qualité extérieur est bonne, finition et peinture... comme d'autres commentaires l'ont déjà signaler il y a un bruit de gravier quand vous travailler avec, comme si des graviers ou autre se baladent à l'intérieur, problème de remplissage ? pas trop gênant.

for the moment satisfied with the product, I prefer a straight handle than the one usually found on classic kettlebells (not Olympic standard), for me more natural on the different holds. The exterior quality is good, finish and paint... as other comments have already reported there is a gravel noise when you work with it, as if gravel or other things are moving around inside, filling problem? not too annoying.

Acostumbrado a las del Decathlon éstas tienen tacto más suave y se nota en los ejercicios balísticos. Tal vez la pintura salte con demasiada facilidad, pero en fin, se trata de una pesa al fin y al cabo durará más que yo ;-)

I'm used to the ones from Decathlon, but these have a softer feel and you can tell that during ballistic exercises. Maybe the paint chips off too easily, but anyway, it's a weight after all and it will last longer than me ;-)

Habe diese Kugel in einer Sonderaktion gekauft von daher ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis schon sehr gut gewesen. Die Kugel ist auch sehr gut verarbeitet. Da die Kugel mit Sand gefüllt ist, ist sie etwas groß vom Umfang der Kugel selbst. Der Griff ist aber schön glatt und hat den normalen Competiton Bell Umfang und Durchmesser, so dass Sie auch für kleinere Hände gut greifbar sind.

I bought this ball in a special sale, so the price-performance ratio was very good. The ball is also very well made. Il kettlebell di 28 kg è di buon fattura ,il manico è della dimensione adeguata sia come diametro (per la presa) che per geometrie manico/sfera ,non dò 5 stelle unicamente perchè il materiale di riempimento all interno è parzialmente mobile ( difetto già incontrato in un altra marca) ma in questo caso non determina sbilanciamenti o disagi tali da chiedere il reso. Se qualcuno me lo chiedesse io gli consiglierei senza timore di acquistarla.

The 28 kg kettlebell is well made, the handle is the right size both in diameter (for the grip) and in handle/sphere geometry, I am not giving 5 stars only because the filling material inside is partially mobile (a defect already encountered in another brand) but in this case it does not cause imbalances or discomfort such as to ask for a return. Bien que débutant en kettlebell, j'ai voulu en choisir une qui fasse vraiment plaisir à utiliser. Eh bien j'ai fait le bon choix. En 12kg, bleue, elle est magnifique. Contrairement aux deux autres commentaires précédents, la poignée n'était pas du tout gluante (j'ai quand même pris soin de l'essuyer par précaution, mais il n'y avait rien du tout sur le papier). J'aurais aimé avoir un socle en cahoutchouc pour ne pas abîmer le carrelage ou le parquet, mais ça n'existe pas en France, je n'ai vu ce modèle qu'en Finlande (où j'ai découvert le kettlebell qui s'appelle kahvakuula là-bas et ai été fasciné). Introuvable en France. Et je n'avais que 23kg dans mon bagage pour la France... J'étais réticent au début à payer 50 Euro pour un kettlebell. Mais à mon avis, c'est le meilleur modèle. Il y en a d'autres sur internet; mais en rupture de stock, et pas à moins de 50 Euro non plus pour un modèle de compétition. Niveau poids, 12kg est parfait (facile) pour moi, non sportif de 41 ans, 1,82m 65 kg. Je passerai bientôt aux 16kg je pense. La livraison a été beaucoup plus rapide que prévue. 4 jours ouvrés seulement, soit 11 jours plus tôt que ce qui était annoncé ! Bravo.

Dopo varie ricerche e recensioni, ho pensato di acquistare CAPITAL SPORTS COMPKET COMPETITION PESO SFERA IN ACCIAIO. Grazie alla sua impugnatura a staffa, rende migliore la presa e soprattutto la riuscita degli esercizi. E’ ottimo per rafforzare i muscoli e la coordinazione muscolare, infatti io la uso principalmente per questo. Infatti la Sfera in Acciaio, è utile per il rafforzamento dell’interi muscoli, sia che venga usata per farla oscillare, lanciarla o semplicemente per farla oscillare, i suoi risultati sono davvero ottimi. Io ho scelto un peso alla mia portata, perché quando si riprende l’attività fisica è giusto partire sempre con pesi minimi, in seguito sicuramente ne prenderò delle altre con pesi maggiori per raggiungere il mio obiettivo muscolare. Il prezzo è ottimo, in rapporto ai costi tipici di kettlebell- stile ghiri sport, e per giunta in acciaio, almeno così è scritto. Di certo non è inox: dopo 3 settimane di uso non vi sono stati segni di ossidazione, ma dopo oltre un mese il manico presenta leggere tracce di ruggine, che comunque non rende le mani marroni; allego foto. Il manico è liscio e non necessita di limature. La verniciatura è di qualità e ancora perfetta, anche perchè non ho altri kettlebell da usare insieme. Il manico internamente forma due angoli acuti con la sfera, non essendo "riempito" di metallo e quindi con gli angoli alla base non arrotondati come in altri modelli. Ciò a me non dà fastidio e riesco a fare la presa carpea nel clean, jerk e snatch. Non so se tale "riempimento" alla base del manico sarebbe di aiuto (preciso che è la mia prima esperienza con un kettlebell), ma ipotizzo che altri produttori lo facciano così per facilitare l'incastro del polso . Le misure rispettano gli standard di gara o sono molto vicine: con due modalità differenti di pesatura io ho rilevato 24,0 kg e 24,2 kg; la luce interna del manico è larga circa 12 cm; la luce interna del manico al centro è alta 59 mm; il diametro del manico è di 33 mm; il diametro della sfera è di 21 cm; l'altezza complessiva è di 28 cm. Ho alle spalle decenni di agonismo nel mondo dell'atletica, seguo anche altri atleti, ho praticato diversi sport, ma prima di usare questo attrezzo di 24 kg ho "giocato" un po' con manubri di 16 e di 22 kg, con diametro dell' impugnatura di soli 25 mm; passare all'uso del kettlebell mi ha quindi dato qualche problema di adattamento della presa. Sarebbe stato peggio usare un kettlebell con presa più grossa ancora, come ne esistono. Io sono contento della scelta fatta e consiglio un kettlebell del genere a chi possiede tecnica, doti fisiche adeguate al peso scelto e buone capacità di programmazione degli esercizi e dell'allenamento: solo così si possono trarre notevoli vantaggi. Chi volesse "rimettersi" in forma per l'estate e fosse inesperto della tecnica, farebbe meglio a dedicarsi ad altro, piuttosto che lasciarsi sedurre da messaggi incauti o pubblicitari. Passeggiate, corsa leggera ed esercizi a corpo libero sono molto più sicuri e tonificanti per inesperti fuori forma. Non è un oggetto esotico con magiche proprietà tonificanti, ma un attrezzo potenzialmente utile a certi scopi e che richiede una notevole fase di apprendimento tecnico, possibilmente sotto la guida di esperti della federazione italiana di GHIRI SPORT. Dò 4 stelle e non 5, perchè secondo me a questo prezzo un kettlebell dovrebbe essere inox. (Ho visto di peggio, in fatto di ruggine, in prodotti più costosi, cui infatti darei 2 stelle!)

The price is excellent, in relation to the typical costs of Ghiri Sport style kettlebells, and also made of steel, at least that's what it says. It's certainly not stainless steel: after 3 weeks of use there were no signs of oxidation, but after over a month the handle has light traces of rust, which however does not make your hands brown; I'm attaching a photo. The handle is smooth and does not require filing. The paint is quality and still perfect, also because I don't have other kettlebells to use together. The handle internally forms two acute angles with the sphere, not being "filled" with metal and therefore with the corners at the base not rounded like in other models. This does not bother me and I can do the carpe grip in the clean, jerk and snatch. I don't know if this "filling" at the base of the handle would be helpful (I should point out that it is my first experience with a kettlebell), but I assume that other manufacturers do it this way to make it easier to fit the wrist. The measurements comply with the competition standards or are very close: with two different weighing modes I measured 24.0 kg and 24.2 kg; the internal light of the handle is about 12 cm wide; the internal light of the handle in the center is 59 mm high; the diameter of the handle is 33 mm; the diameter of the sphere is 21 cm; the overall height is 28 cm. I have decades of competitive athletics behind me, I also follow other athletes, I have practiced various sports, but before using this 24 kg tool I "played" a bit with 16 and 22 kg dumbbells, with a grip diameter of only 25 mm; switching to using the kettlebell therefore gave me some problems adapting the grip. It would have been worse to use a kettlebell with an even larger grip, as some exist. I am happy with the choice I made and I recommend a kettlebell of this type to those who have the technique, physical qualities appropriate to the chosen weight and good ability to program exercises and training: only in this way can you reap significant benefits. Those who want to "get back" into shape for the summer and are inexperienced with the technique, would do better to dedicate themselves to something else, rather than being seduced by incautious messages or advertising. Walking, light jogging and free body exercises are much safer and more toning for inexperienced out of shape. It is not an exotic object with magical toning properties, but a potentially useful tool for certain purposes and that requires a significant phase of technical learning, possibly under the guidance of experts from the Italian federation of GHIRI SPORT. I give 4 stars and not 5, because in my opinion at this price a kettlebell should be stainless steel. (I have seen worse, in terms of rust, in more expensive products, to which I would in fact give 2 stars!)
