Right in the middle of it all: the Klarstein Full House DownAir system is revolutionising the kitchen by combining its induction hob directly with a DownAir extractor hood. As a result, kitchen steam and odours disappear right as soon as they arise. The system uses state-of-the-art technology such as VarioHeating for flex zone operation, a SenseControl touch panel and the high-performance ThermoBoost, and combines them with a sophisticated black glass surface in the PureAmbience design.

The powerful induction hob of the Klarstein Full House DownAir system has four cooktops to cater to appetites small and large. Two cooking surfaces each are located on the left and right of the suction opening of the DownAir hood. Thanks to the VarioHeating system, these can be practically connected to a larger flex zone, for example to accommodate saucepans or large pots and pans. Each hob can be set in 9 levels and has a ThermoBoost function to increase power for lightning-fast heating. Pot detection, a stop-and-go function with ThermalRecall, residual heat detection, child safety and a keep-warm function complete the range of applications of the cooking surface perfectly.

At the centre of your new kitchen is the Klarstein Full House DownAir system. Almost invisible under a black stainless steel cover, the high-suction focal point: a DownAir extractor hood in the extract air mode. Unlike conventional hoods, it never blocks your field of vision, because it is part of the hob and sucks down steam and odours. This makes it perfect for typical American kitchens with a central cooking island where you can cook together with friends and family. With its 270 m³ / h AeroEfficiency system, it is particularly effective and economical and earns itself energy efficiency class A +. As with the well-known DownDraft hoods, the motor and the exhaust hose are hidden under the worktop.

As befits a complete system, the steam extractor and cooktop are controlled together via a SenseControl touch control panel. Here, the hobs as well as the extractor can be adjusted very easily by finger-swiping via touch-to-slide operation. Following the PureAmbience principle, all controls are integrated directly into the black glass surface so that no buttons interrupt the flawless appearance. Of course, the DownAir hood can also be converted to recirculation mode: the required activated carbon filters are available under article number 10030727.
