Schön leicht Nach zwei Jahren ist leider unsere alte Schmatzfatz Brotdose am Verschluss kaputt gegangen, daher haben wir diese neu gekauft. Sie ist schön leicht und auch einfach zu öffnen und zu schließen. Uns ist die Dose mit dem einen langen Verschluss geliefert worden und nicht wie auf dem Bild zu sehen, mit zwei Verschlüssen. Das macht für uns jetzt keinen Unterschied. Die Dose ist schön flach und passt gut in einen Rucksack. Innen in der Dose kann man einen kleinen Teil des Einsatzes raus nehmen und somit hat man mehr Platz für zb. ein Brot. Für ein Kindergartenkind oder einen Grundschüler reicht die Dose vom Inhalt. Die Spülmaschine steckt die Dose gut weg, allerdings haben wir auch keine Bilder auf dem Deckel .

The box was delivered to us with one long lid and not with two lids as shown in the picture. That makes no difference to us now. The box is nice and flat and fits well in a backpack. Inside the box you can take out a small part of the insert, giving you more space for a loaf of bread, for example. The contents of the box are enough for a kindergarten or elementary school child. The box goes well in the dishwasher, although we don't have any pictures on the lid.

Verschluss geht schnell kaputt Die Größe und die Fächer sind super und endlich mal eine brotdose mit schönem Motiv die in die Spülmaschine darf. Leider ist schon nach 2 Monaten der Verschluss kaputt, man kann die Dose noch zu machen aber wenn man die Dose aufmacht geht der Verschluss ab. Ich weiß nicht ob ich noch mal eine Dose bestellen werde, das bedauere ich sehr.

I ordered it and it arrived really quickly and I opened the package and then I lifted the lunch box and thought to myself, oh wow, I think it's a bit heavy, but as a mum I'm amazed myself, not only does it look great, it's raw, one thing I don't do and won't do, under no circumstances will I put it in the dishwasher, I'd rather wash it by hand, I can definitely recommend it. 11 Monate top, dann kaputt, bester Kundenservice! Edit: Mir wurde nach der Meldung des Schadens eine neue schmatzfatz lite kostenlos zugeschickt. Der Service war super unkompliziert und schnell. Die neue Variante der schmatzfatz lite (mit einem Clip statt zwei Clips) gefällt mir noch besser als die alte! Ich bin super zufrieden mit dieser Brotdose. Für mein Kindergartenkind ist die Größe perfekt. Ein knappes Jahr lang hatten wir sie ca. jeden zweiten Tag im Einsatz, dann ist leider einer der Verschlussclips kaputt gegangen. Man kann die Dose noch schließen, sie ist allerdings nicht mehr dicht.

I like the new version of the schmatzfatz lite (with one clip instead of two clips) even better than the old one! I am super happy with this lunch box. The size is perfect for my kindergarten child. We used it about every other day for almost a year, then unfortunately one of the locking clips broke. You can still close the box, but it is no longer leak-proof.

Genauso wie Klarstein als Verkäufer. Mega Kundenservice. Mit einer Dose hatten wir jetzt 2x Probleme / Defekte und beide Male haben wir anstandslos ein Ersatzprodukt erhalten. Selten solch' einen Klassen Kundenservice erlebt. Aber nochmal kurz zur Dose: Ich verstehe Videos nicht, wo man Testet, ob Wasser aus der Dose läuft und dies halt auch passiert. Transportiert ihr Wasser oder Tee in der Box? Es ist eine Brotdose und keine Wasserdose und nein, Joghurt läuft NICHT aus der Dose. Diesen hält sie komplett dicht. Haben wir schon oft genug getestet. Die Aufteilung der Dose ist einfach super, so kann man den Kindern ein abwechslungsreiches Frühstück bieten. Hygienische Reinigung in der Spülmaschine ist ebenso kein Problem. Also ich würde die Dose jedem empfehlen. Ja, sie ist nicht so günstig, aber jeden Cent wert und dazu noch einen super zuverlässigen Kundenservice. Als kleine Information am Rande (ist für viele auch eine wichtige Info): Die Dose passt beim Step by Step Schulranzen in das dafür vorgesehene Fach. Zwar gerade so, aber es passt. Zumindest bei uns. Rarely have we experienced such top customer service. But back to the can: I don't understand videos where you test whether water runs out of the can and this actually happens. Do you transport water or tea in the box? It's a lunch box and not a water can and no, yoghurt does NOT run out of the can. It keeps it completely leak-proof. We've tested it often enough. The layout of the can is just great, so you can offer the children a varied breakfast. Hygienic cleaning in the dishwasher is also no problem. So I would recommend the can to everyone. Yes, it's not that cheap, but it's worth every cent and the customer service is super reliable. Just a little information (and it's important information for many people): The container fits into the compartment provided for it in the Step by Step school bag. Just barely, but it fits. Tenemos la versión clásica y la versión lite de esta fiambrera. Se nota la diferencia en el peso pero se mantiene su funcionalidad, con la cantidad de compartimientos perfecta para que haya variedad en la merienda de mi hija. Lo único es que con la fiambrera original, la llenabamos mucho y los broches se rompieron así que mi sugerencia es cuidar la cantidad d3 comida que se coloca para evitar que se ejerza mucha presión sobre los broches

You can see the difference in weight but it maintains its functionality, with the perfect number of compartments to provide variety in my daughter's snacks. The only thing is that with the original lunch box, we filled it too much and the clasps broke so my suggestion is to be careful with the amount of food that is put in to avoid putting too much pressure on the clasps.

Está fabricado con buenos materiales y las piezas son extraíbles para una limpieza fácil. Evidentemente no es como para llevar una sopa o caldo (no lo he probado), pero se puede llevar yogur, puré y/o comida de textura o consistencia similar sin que haya fugas. Se puede usar como una bandeja para comer por ejemplo, durante un viaje en coche.

Die Dose sieht optisch sehr schön aus und ist für Kinder anziehend. Jedoch finde ich das Innere der Dose, vor allem die Fächer zu klein geraten. Es fällt mir schwer die geschnittenen Brotscheiben dort reinzulegen, ohne das ich quetschen muss. Abgesehen davon ist das Innere Silikon direkt verfärbt, da es mit Paprika in Berührung gekommen ist. Da hätte vermieden werden können, indem man entweder darauf verzichtet hätte oder eine andere Alternative zur Beschichtung gewählt hätte.

The box looks very nice and is attractive to children. However, I find the inside of the can, especially the compartments, to be too small. I find it difficult to put the sliced bread slices in there without having to squeeze them. Apart from that, the interior silicone is directly discolored because it came into contact with peppers. This could have been avoided by either doing without it or choosing another alternative to the coating.
