Die Medien konnten nicht geladen werden. Der Versand war top. Der Messerblock sieht auf dem ersten Blick ebenfalls top aus. Jedoch fallen bei genauerer Betrachtung 2,3 Kleinigkeiten auf. 1. Wie im Video zu sehen kippelt der Messerblock. Die Schrauben der Halterung sind schräg verschraubt. Das Kippeln liegt jedoch an der Verarbeitung des Blockes. 2. Wie in den Bildern zu sehen sind die Messer teilweise nicht gleichmäßig geschliffen. Die Schärfe ist ausreichend. Frage mich nur für wie lange. 3. Die Griffe der Messer sind sehr leicht und wirken daher nicht besonders hochwertig. Ich nehme an, dass sich die Messer schnell aus dem Griff lösen können. Das ist aber noch abzuwarten. Ich habe den Messern dennoch 3 Sterne gegeben, da sie grundsätzlich scharf sind und das Design mich überzeugt. Ich werde den Messerblock wohl behalten, da er für den Sommer im Außenbereich genutzt wird. Will man etwas Qualitatives sollte man sich einen anderen Block suchen, wobei ich annahm, dass man bei Klarstein eine etwas bessere Qualität vorfindet.

Die Messer sind nur was für Leute, die sie nach dem benutzen von Hand abwaschen wollen. Bei mir bekam das erste Messer nach einem Durchgang im Geschirrspüler direkt eine hässliche Verfärbung (ca. 2cm) an der Spitze und Flecken auf der Klinge. Ansonsten machen der Messerblock optisch was her und die Messer sind soweit scharf und vielfältig einsetzbar.

Der Klarstein Kitano Messerblock beinhaltet 8 individuelle Messer für jeden Verwendungszweck. Er macht einen sehr soliden und edlen Eindruck und ich auch die Schärfe der Messer ist sehr beeindruckend. Da ich meine Messer selber Schärfe, erwarte ich von einem Messer eine gewisse Schärfe und Haltbarkeit und beides erfüllen die Messer vom Kitano Messerblock. Egal ob Fleisch, Brot oder Gemüse, die Messer schneiden schön und einfach ein. Ein Punkt Abzug bei der Ergonomie, da mir die Griffe zu leicht sind. Diese sind anscheinend aus hohlem Kunststoff gefertigt, was leider nicht meinem Geschmack entspricht und die Balance zwischen Klinge und Griff ziemlich stört. Die Klingen sind verhältnismäßig zu anderen Küchenmessern dünn, was beim Schneiden, meiner Meinung nach, nur Vorteile bringt. Ich bin mit dem Klarstein Kitano Messerblock voll und ganz zufrieden und würde ihn auch als tolles Geschenk in Betracht ziehen.

Die Farbe ist angenehm und sehr warm, und der Block sehr stabil. Das Herausziehen eines Messers und das Wiedereinsetzen ist sehr einfach. Ich bin nicht der größte Fan des kleinen Plastikstücks oben auf dem Block. Es schützt zwar das Holz vor den scharfen Klingen, was auf Dauer viel Verschleiß ersparen würde. Das Set ist wirklich gut durchdacht und langlebig. Das japanische Design ist unverkennbar. Ich benutze die Messer beim Kochen sehr gerne und fühle mich wie ein professioneller Koch. Es gibt auch ein Messer für jeden Einsatz. Bester Preis für diese Qualität.

Ich bin kein Profi und koche auch nicht extrem viel. Das hat such allerdings geändert, seit ich diesen Messerblock besitze. Es macht viel mehr Spaß! Von Anfang an: Das Paket kam an. Und leider muss man sagen, dass es sehr viel verpackungsmüll gab. Messerblockkarton in Karton in Umkarton. Dazwischen Füllmaterial. Als ich alles ausgepackt hatte, habe ich leider auch diese kleine Macke (wie auf dem Bild zu sehen) feststellen müssen. (Definitiv nicht beim Auspacken passiert.) Habe dem Verkäufer geschrieben, sollte mich dann aber an Amazon wenden, was mir irgendwie zu kompliziert war, also habe ich es so hingenommen. Die Macke ist ohnehin eher an der Hinterseite. Die Messer sind wirklich super scharf (Ich kann mur von meinen Empfindungen sprechen. Hatte nie vergleichbare Messer) und das schneiden damit, macht super Spaß, da es fast von allein geht. Sie sind stabil und sehen gut aus. Nach einigen Wochen habe ich an einem Messer (welches ich oft benutze) allerdings leicht Rost? bemerkt. Ganz leicht,stellenweise. Und das obwohl ich die Messer nach dem benutzen abwasche und abtrockne. Ich bin gespannt wie lange sie noch halten und werde berichtet. Für den "kleinen" Koch Zuhause würde ich das Set auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Für Leute die viel Kochen ist das vielleicht weniger etwas und ich würde mich eher an den gängigen Marken orientieren .

I'm not a professional and I don't cook very much either. However, that has changed since I owned this knife block. It's way more fun! From the beginning: the package arrived. And unfortunately it has to be said that there was a lot of packaging waste. Knife block carton in carton in master carton. In between filling material. Unfortunately, when I unpacked everything, I also had to notice this small quirk (as you can see in the picture). (Definitely didn't happen upon unboxing.) Wrote to seller but was then told to contact Amazon which was kinda too complicated for me so I just took it. The flaw is more on the back side anyway. The knives are really super sharp (I can only speak about my feelings. I've never had comparable knives) and cutting with them is great fun because it almost works by itself. They are stable and look good. After a few weeks, however, I have slight rust on a knife (which I use often)? noticed. Very easy, in places. Even though I wash and dry the knives after use. I'm curious how long they will last and will be reported. I would definitely recommend the set for the "little" cook at home. For people who cook a lot, this is perhaps less of a problem and I would rather orientate myself towards the established brands.

A nivel general todos los cuchillos cumplen bien. Estéticamente quedan muy bonitos en la cocina, son bastante cómodos a la hora de manipularlos y cortan bastante bien. Todos menos la puntilla (Cuchillo de pelar), que en mi caso corta menos que un cuchillo de mantequilla, y la hoja venia con muescas en el filo. Obviando esa pequeña queja, por el resto es una compra aceptable calidad/precio.

Overall, all the knives perform well. Aesthetically, they look very nice in the kitchen, they are quite comfortable to handle and they cut quite well. All except the paring knife, which in my case cuts less than a butter knife, and the blade came with notches on the edge. Ignoring that small complaint, for the rest it is an acceptable purchase quality/price.

Set de couteaux utilisé depuis 15j sans soucis, excellent tranchant des lames, les couteaux semblent de qualité, à juger sur la durée. Le bloc est lourd et tient bien, le look japonais est plaisant et va très bien dans une cuisine moderne. Le panel de différents couteaux est très bien pour couvrir les utilisations courantes de cuisiniers amateurs.

Cercavo dei coltelli che tagliassero bene e fosse un piacere usarli ed eccoli qui. Il ceppo molto minimal, forse non rifinito benissimo e per lo stile sta meglio in una cucina moderna. Speriamo che il taglio durerà nel tempo.

I was looking for knives that cut well and were a pleasure to use and here they are. The block is very minimal, perhaps not very well finished and for the style it looks better in a modern kitchen. Let's hope that the cut will last over time.

Il primo ho trovato scheggiato il porta coltelli,poco importa, e due molto importante essendo un cuoco ,quindi l’utilizzo costante di coltelli, ho notato che non sono tutti affilati a regola d’arte ma due su sei.. ma del resto sono favolosi, leggeri quindi scattanti nei tagli i più piccoli vanno bene per le piccole verdure sono una bomba vedremo se più in là mi daranno problemi ma per il momento vanno bene

I give four stars for two reasons. The first I found the knife holder chipped, it doesn't matter, and two very important being a chef, so the constant use of knives, I noticed that they are not all sharpened to perfection but two out of six.. but on the other hand they are fabulous, light therefore quick in cutting the smallest are good for small vegetables they are a bomb we will see if later on they will give me problems but for now they are fine

Impossibile caricare il contenuto multimediale. Ho acquistato questo ceppo di coltelli per il mio compagno che in casa si è autoproclamato addetto allo spadellamento per la sopravvivenza di entrambi. Nella scelta tra i numerosi marchi e modelli su Amazon, ho valutato: - Quantità e tipologia di coltelli; - Qualità delle lame (basandomi su recensioni precedenti); - Ingombro e design del ceppo (no legno, colore scuro e preferibilmente orizzontale e non quadrato). La differenza tra questo ceppo e un altro della stessa tipologia di marchio DEIK e BEEM, possibili sostituti con prezzo allineato, l’hanno fatta soprattutto le valutazioni degli altri utenti sulla qualità delle lame e l’assortimento dei coltelli: per esempio, cercavo anche il coltello per il pane. All’arrivo del ceppo, sono stata colpita dalla base molto solida e pesante. I manici me li aspettavo migliori: la parte in cui la lama si infila nel manico non mi ha entusiasmata e anche il materiale leggero del manico, che però può rivelarsi anche un punto di forza nella maneggevolezza. Ogni punta della lama ha una sua copertura in gomma. Al primo utilizzo, ogni possibile punto di debolezza è stato messo da parte, perché le lame sono davvero pazzesche considerando il prezzo piuttosto contenuto del ceppo. Ora anche tagliare le verdure più dure è diventato facilissimo e rapidissimo. Ho allegato un video che spero possa rendere l’idea dell'agevolezza nel taglio. NB: nelle istruzioni c’è scritto in un italiano un po’ maccheronico di non lavare le lame con il detersivo per piatti e neanche metterle in lavastoviglie o si rovineranno. Vanno soltanto lavate a mano con acqua e asciugate con un panno.

In choosing between the numerous brands and models on Amazon, I evaluated: - Quantity and type of knives; - Quality of the blades (based on previous reviews); - Size and design of the block (no wood, dark color and preferably horizontal and not square). The difference between this block and another of the same type of brand DEIK and BEEM, possible substitutes with aligned price, was made above all by the evaluations of other users on the quality of the blades and the assortment of knives: for example, I was also looking for the bread knife. When the block arrived, I was struck by the very solid and heavy base. I expected the handles to be better: the part where the blade fits into the handle did not excite me and also the light material of the handle, which however can also prove to be a strong point in handling. Each tip of the blade has its own rubber cover. At first use, every possible weak point was put aside, because the blades are really crazy considering the rather low price of the block. Now even cutting the hardest vegetables has become very easy and very fast. I have attached a video that I hope can give an idea of how easy it is to cut. NB: in the instructions it is written in a bit of macaronic Italian not to wash the blades with dish soap or put them in the dishwasher or they will be ruined. They should only be washed by hand with water and dried with a cloth.

Ces couteaux sont de très bonne qualité! Jamais je n'avais eu des couteaux qui coupent aussi bien, le tranchant est exceptionnel (surtout pour cette gamme de prix), vous prendrez plaisir à émincer, couper etc. avec une facilité déconcertante. Le style japonnais est respecté, vous aurez une lame pour chaque utilisation. Le socle est assez joli mais dommage pour l'inscription de la marque, qui entache un peu le charme de ce bloc. Les lames ont un poids correct, pas trop lourdes, permettant de faciliter leur manipulation.

The Japanese style is respected, you will have a blade for each use. The base is quite pretty but too bad for the brand inscription, which somewhat spoils the charm of this block. Para el precio que tiene está muy bien, Lo devolví pues no me convenció mucho los mangos de los cuchillos que son plásticos, pero la verdad es que lucen muy elegantes y es un juego completo. Por el precio que tiene no se puede pedir más

Muy buenos cuchillos, todos cortan de maravilla y son de buen acero inoxidable. Vienen 7 distintos todos muy útiles aunque algunos no sepa ni para que son. La tacoma es muy bonita con un negro mate muy elegante pero algo sucio se quedan marcados los dedos o las manchas de aceite con facilidad, pero es fácil de limpiar. Very good knives, all cut wonderfully and are made of good stainless steel. There are 7 different ones, all very useful although some I don't even know what they are for. The Tacoma is very pretty with a very elegant matte black but a bit dirty, fingers or oil stains easily remain, but it is easy to clean. For the price it has, it is a very good purchase.
