Le produit multimédia n'a pas pu être chargé. Très contente de mon achat. Livrée plus rapidement que prévue, la cheminée est arrivée un jour plus tôt. Elle est très belle, suffisamment grande, chauffe très bien. L'effet flamme est super chaleureux. Tous ceux qui l'ont vue chez moi l'ont trouvée très jolie. Le petit point négatif serait la télécommande qui ne fonctionne que si on est très près de la cheminée. Il manque le crépitement des flammes et on s'y croirait totalement ! Je recommande.

The flame effect is super warm. Everyone who has seen it at my house has found it very pretty. The small negative point would be the remote control which only works if you are very close to the fireplace. It lacks the crackling of the flames and you would totally believe you were there! I recommend it.

Haltbarkeit 14 Monate Nach 14 Monaten ist die Beleuchtung des Kamins plötzlich nur noch dunkel und kaum mehr zu sehen. Ab und zu flackert es hell auf um dann wieder dunkel zu werden. Ich hab dann mal die Rückwand abgeschraubt, um die Kontakte der LED-Leiste zu prüfen. Die sind aber fest. Es muss also an der Elektronik liegen. Bisher war ich mit dem Kamin sehr zufrieden. Tolle Optik für kleine Räume. Aber nach 14 Monaten defekt, dafür ist er dann doch zu teuer. Mal sehen, ob die Gewährleistung noch greift. Toller Kontakt zum Kundendienst von Klarstein. Ich hab die Firma an einem Feiertag kontaktiert und trotzdem innerhalb einer Stunde eine Antwort erhalten. Sehr kulante Lösung durch dieses Unternehmen. Toll.

Durability 14 months After 14 months, the lighting on the fireplace is suddenly dark and can hardly be seen. Every now and then it flickers brightly and then goes dark again. I then unscrewed the back panel to check the contacts on the LED strip. But they are fixed. So it must be the electronics. Up until now, I was very happy with the fireplace. Great look for small rooms. But broken after 14 months, it's too expensive for that. Let's see if the warranty still applies. Great contact with Klarstein's customer service. I contacted the company on a public holiday and still received a response within an hour. Very accommodating solution from this company. Great.

Preiswerte Gemütlichkeit Beachtet man den im Vergleich geringen Preis, so bekommt man ein nettes Add-On für das Wohnzimmer, das auch recht ordentlich heizt. Die Lautstärke beim Heizen ist nicht gering, aber noch akzeptabel, da ich das Gerät zum schnellen Aufheizen oder Überschlagen benutze. Im Dauerbetrieb wäre es wohl etwas laut. Die Heizwirkung ist aber absolut ausreichend (25qm). Es gibt sicherlich detailliertere Flammensituationen, aber vermutlich nicht zu diesem Preis.

Inexpensive comfort If you consider the relatively low price, you get a nice add-on for the living room that also heats quite well. The noise level when heating is not low, but still acceptable, as I use the device for quick heating or overheating. It would probably be a bit loud if it were in continuous operation. The heating effect is absolutely sufficient, however (25 square meters). There are certainly more detailed flame situations, but probably not at this price.

Impossibile caricare il contenuto multimediale. Ho dato 5stelle perché il camino è molto bello e d'effetto, ma a distanza di due mesi dall'acquisto dovrei toglierne almeno 4. La luce dei legni che dà al camino la particolarità, ed è la cosa che mi ha fatto scegliere il camino piuttosto che una stufetta elettrica qualsiasi, ha smesso di funzionale. In un giorno è passato dal lampeggiare al buoi se non per qualche lampeggio ogni tanto. Venditore assolutamente disponibile al reso o sostituzione, bene.... Ma per me comporta difficoltà nel rimpacchettarlo o semplicemente restare senza calore in un taverna dove era collocato. Magari sono stata sfortunata io, ma non mi fido a farmelo sostituire con un altro.

Unable to load media. I gave 5 stars because the fireplace is very beautiful and effective, but two months after purchasing it I should remove at least 4. The light of the wood that gives the fireplace its special feature, and is the thing that made me choose the fireplace rather than any electric heater, has stopped working. In one day it went from flashing to dark except for a few flashes every now and then. Seller absolutely available for return or replacement, good .... But for me it involves difficulty in repackaging it or simply being left without heat in a tavern where it was placed. Maybe I was unlucky, but I don't trust myself to have it replaced with another.

Um mehr Echtheit und Gemütlichkeit ins Zimmer schaffen, habe eine Konsole (Ständer) nachgebaut (gebastelt) und Deko beschafft (Holzklotzen, und Schutzgitter für €28. s. Bild). Sonst mit Kamin voll zufrieden. Sieht gut aus. Wärmt ausreichend ca.20m² Zimmer. Bis jetzt alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Gebe 5*. Kann weiter empfählen.

Electric fireplace Klarstein1800W I bought this device a few months ago. To make the room more authentic and cozy, I recreated a console (stand) and bought decorations (wooden blocks and protective grille for €28. See picture). Otherwise I'm completely satisfied with the fireplace. Looks good. Warms a room of around 20m² sufficiently. Everything has worked perfectly so far. I give it 5*. I can recommend it.

Il camino si presenta bello solido, l’immagine in copertina è abbastanza veritiera (anche se lo stile moderno che ho acquistato io sembra essere più scuro della foto ma è un piccolo dettaglio). PRO: - Le fiamme sono molto realistiche e ci sono anche diverse funzioni personalizzabili. - quando attivi il calore è immediato. - sembra essere di qualità anche se questo mi riservo di valutarlo col tempo. CONTRO (in ordine di gravità): - attivando il riscaldamento sento odore di bruciato, cosa normale di solito con delle resistenze elettriche ma speravo non ci fosse (visto che lo respiro) e spero sparisca col tempo. - avrei voluto, appoggiando il camino contro al muro, che ci fosse spazio sufficiente a nascondere la spina shuko ma così non è: o lo lasci staccato quel che basta o la devi coprire in altro modo. - il rumore della ventola che spinge aria calda si sente fin troppo bene. - effetto fiamme ok ma speravo nella luce tremolante anche nelle braci per aumentare effetto realistico. - l’effetto pietra è piuttosto grossolano, probabilmente lo ritoccherò.. Nel complesso considerando il prezzo, direi 4 stelle al massimo.

The fireplace looks nice and solid, the image on the cover is quite true (even if the modern style I bought seems to be darker than the photo but it's a small detail). PROS: - The flames are very realistic and there are also several customizable functions. - when you activate the heat it is immediate. - it seems to be of quality although I reserve the right to evaluate this over time. CONS (in order of severity): - when you activate the heating I smell something burning, which is usually normal with electric resistors but I hoped it wasn't there (since I breathe it) and I hope it goes away over time. - I would have liked, by leaning the fireplace against the wall, that there was enough space to hide the shuko plug but that's not the case: either you leave it unplugged just enough or you have to cover it in another way. - the noise of the fan pushing hot air is heard all too well. - the flame effect is ok but I was hoping for the flickering light also in the embers to increase the realistic effect. - the stone effect is quite rough, I will probably touch it up.. Overall considering the price, I would say 4 stars at most.

Nette Auflockerung in der Wohnung Wir haben den "Kamin" als Effekt gekauft, nicht zum Heizen. Das "Feuer", das auch ohne Heizung in Betrieb zu nehmen ist, wirkt angenehm im Hintergrund. Der Kamin in Ziegeloptik ist außen aus Gips oder ähnlichen Material, dadurch wirkt er sehr authentisch. Wer heizen will damit, wird über die Heizleistung und Geräuschentwicklung (im Positiven gemeint) sehr erfreut sein, ausgenommen der Stromrechung :-). Wenn es wem aber im normal geheizten Raum zu kalt in der kalten Jahreszeit ist, wird es nicht stören, den Kamin für 15 Minuten zusätzlich zur normalen Heizung einzuschalten. Den Komfort sollte man sich leisten können. Alles in Allem haben wir unseren Wohnraum in der Optik mit dem Kamin einen weiteren Kick geben können.

But if it's too cold in a normally heated room in the cold season, it won't bother you to turn on the fireplace for 15 minutes in addition to the normal heating. You should be able to afford the convenience. All in all, we were able to give our living space a further visual boost with the fireplace.

Un super outil, nous n’avons pas de place, ni de possibilité d’avoir une réel cheminée. La cheminée Klarstein est superbe, chauffe nickel et ne fait pas énormément de bruit, elle fait sensation depuis plus d’un an dans notre salon et nous n’en avons que des compliments

Tempi di spedizione ottimi....pacco pesante,mi raccomando fatevi aiutare.nella foto mi era sembrato più scuro,ma non disturba,è molto potente,bellino da vedere,raggiunge la temperatura impostata e mantiene la stanza calda. Imballo perfettamente protetto. Aggiornerò la recensione sui consumi. L'unica pecca se proprio devo trovarla? Pour un prix assez modique, un beau chauffage d'appoint qui fait aussi son petit effet. Bien sûr, ce n'est pas une vraie cheminée, mais la qualité est au rdv : de bons matériaux pour ce modèle, et les fausses braises sont assez réalistes, et l'effet est chaleureux. La soufflerie participe aussi à l'effet (on sent bien la chaleur à proximité), sans être un problème, c'est très discret, mais pas silencieux. Ce petit chauffage sympa n'est pas non plus très encombrant, car on peut s'en servir comme support de rangement, le dessus n'est pas chaud. OK pour la largeur, par contre je la trouve un peu basse, je trouve judicieux de la poser sur un support (qui peut aussi servir de rangement), dommage que ce ne soit pas prévu. Après quelques jours d'utilisation, très satistfait.

The blower also contributes to the effect (you can feel the heat nearby), without being a problem, it's very discreet, but not silent. This nice little heater is also not very bulky, because it can be used as a storage support, the top is not hot. OK for the width, on the other hand I find it a little low, I think it would be wise to put it on a support (which can also be used for storage), too bad it's not planned. Excellent and very realistic product. Dimensions are smaller than indicated in the sheet but satisfied with the purchase. I recommend raising it from the ground for a better effect. The heating function is good and satisfactory, it turns off by itself when the set temperature is reached. I have not programmed it yet, I do not need it but there is also that of function. Franchement, le bruit que fait la soufflerie est tout à fait comme n'importe quel chauffage avec une soufflerie, donc ce n'est pas un problème en soit. L'image de la cheminée est très sympa et ça chauffe quasi instantanément dès que l'on allume. Faut tapoter un peu pour bien comprendre l'utilisation car la doc est plutôt sommaire.

Ho deciso di usarlo come fonte di calore primaria dato che abito in un appartamento molto vecchio con infissi in alluminio e impianto dei termosifoni molto vecchi. Sarebbe stato il top se la ventola fosse stata più potente. Soddisfatto ora attento la bolletta e farò confronto con il metano che l'anno scorso ho preso una bella botta.

Kleiner Kamin Der Kamin wurde schnell geliefert. Nach dem Auspacken stellten wir fest, dass eine Schraube, die die hintere Verkleidung hielt, ausgebrochen war. Den kleinen Fehler konnten wir schnell beheben. Doch enttäuschend waren die Maße: Laut Foto B76,H71,T33-in den Produktdetails standen als Maß: B66,H67,T29 !! Doch die tatsächlichen Maße des Kamins sind: B60,H68,T23. Somit fielen die Maße des Kamins deutlich kleiner aus. Wir fanden den Kamin trotzdem sehr schön, speziell das Feuer, und wollten ihn deshalb behalten. Der angeschriebene Support meldete sich mehrmals nicht. Erst nach dem dritten Kontakt sollten wir den Kamin zurück senden. Eine andere Lösung gab man uns nicht! Also auf die Maße aufpassen !!!!!

Small fireplace The fireplace was delivered quickly. After unpacking, we noticed that a screw holding the rear panel had broken off. We were able to fix the small problem quickly. But the dimensions were disappointing: According to the photo, W76,H71,D33 - in the product details, the dimensions were: W66,H67,D29!! But the actual dimensions of the fireplace are: W60,H68,D23. This meant that the dimensions of the fireplace were significantly smaller. We still found the fireplace very nice, especially the fire, and so we wanted to keep it. The support we wrote to didn't respond several times. Only after the third contact were we asked to send the fireplace back. We weren't given any other solution! So pay attention to the dimensions!!!!!

Empfehlenswert Einziges Problem, dass es nicht wie in der Beschreibung sei, dass es einfach die Wärme ausgeht, wenn es in der Wohnung zieht. Ansonsten bin ich sehr zufrieden. Wenn es die Wärme von z.b. 21 Grad erreicht hat, heizt es nicht weiter, nur wenn es merkt, es wird Kühler in der Wohnung. Würde es nochmal kaufen.

Super Elektrokamin Ich bin rundum zufrieden mit dem Elektrokamin. Optisch überzeugt er total. Er sieht von außen aus wie ein echter Kamin. Die Flammen sind sehr realitätsnah. Die Wärmeleistung ist auch super. Der einzige kleine Nachteil ist, dass die Fernbedienung nur funktioniert, wenn man sie genau frontal auf den Kamin richtet. Ich nutze sie deshalb nie.

Eine dekorative Heizhilfe Wir haben dieses Gerät angeschafft um - im Falle weiterer Energieknappheit - eine zusätzliche Wärmequelle in unserem Haus zu haben; leider läßt uns die Politik ja diesbezüglich ohne konkrete Angaben. Da wir eine PV-Anlage auf dem Dach installiert haben, kostet der Betrieb des zweistufigen Heizgerätes tagsüber kein Geld. Der "Kamin" ist sehr gut verarbeitet und zudem sehr dekorativ mit der Steinoptik. Würde ich wieder kaufen.

Ha due potenze e quasi sempre basta quella più bassa per riscaldare in mezz'oretta una stanza. Un piccolo difetto è la poca distanza da cui è possibile usare il telecomando in dotazione. Già a circa 3 metri non funziona bene.

Gorgeous. The electric fireplace is really beautiful. It is perfect for a "country" style but I think it can work just about anywhere. The flames seem really realistic. I must admit that I bought it first of all for the aesthetic factor but I noticed that it also heats quite well. It has two power levels and almost always the lowest one is enough to heat a room in half an hour. A small flaw is the short distance from which you can use the remote control provided. At about 3 meters it doesn't work well.

Die Entfernung von der FB zum Kamin ist ein Witz. Man muß bis auf 2 Meter an den Kamin, damit sie funktioniert. Was soll man dann mit einer FB? Dann kann man den Kamin leider nicht mit einer W-lan Steckdose und alexa benutzen, da 2 Schalter bedient werden müssen, bis der Kamin angeht. 1x Netzschalter und dann der On/of Schalter.

Nos encanta. Calienta muy bien y es relajante, si chisporroteara ya sería lo más. Viene montada, solo hay que conectarla a la luz. Yo la tengo metida en una especie de mueble que simula una estufa de madera (de Lidl online)

Cette cheminée d' appoint est trés agréable, les flammes semblent reelles, comme une vraie, seul bemol la petite taille qui aurait pu être 1/3 plus grande pour une parfaite vraissemblance mais je l' ai mise dans un petit coin du salon ou elle a sa place. Je l' ai surélevée avec des briques et je l' ai reteintée couleur chene foncé ( meme couleur que mes boiseries intérieures) et ce relooking est parfait et elle a beaucoup de succés. Je l' utilise peu en chauffage ( je l' allume que pour les flammes) mais ca chauffe bien comme un radiateur electrique quoi ( par soufflerie devant) Je suis contente de cet achat car bon rapport qualité/prix

This fireplace is very nice, the flames seem real, like a real one, the only downside is the small size which could have been 1/3 larger for perfect verisimilitude but I put it in a small corner of the living room where it has its place. I raised it with bricks and I re-stained it dark oak color (same color as my interior woodwork) and this makeover is perfect and it is very successful. I use it little for heating (I only light it for the flames) but it heats well like an electric radiator (by blower in front) I am happy with this purchase because good value for money

La primera que pedí llego rota, y me la cambiaron sin problema. Llevo una semana con la nueva, y parece que va muy bien. Es muy bonita, como en las imágenes. El fuego es bastante real y dá mucho calor de aire.

No se ha podido cargar el contenido multimedia. El estilo está muy logrado al igual que el efecto de las llamas. Pero no calienta gran cosa.

nicht schlecht, aber... Das äußere Erscheinungsbild stimmt mit der Reklame. Leider muss man die Klappe zur Einstellung der Funktionen beim Benutzen der Fernbedienung öffnen, ansonsten klappt das nicht. Wichtig ist, dass das Produkt mit DPD versandt wird und dieses Unternehmen den unhandlichen schweren Karton mit den Worten "mir zu schwer, du müssen selber hochtragen" im Hausflur abstellte und verschwand. Hier gibt es nur die Möglichkeit, dass Produkt am Abstellort auszupacken. Dann kann man trotz mehrerer Bandscheibenvorfälle und des vorgeschrittenen Alters den Kamin Treppenstufen für Stufe hochwuchten. Die Art der Anlieferung sollte doch vorher bekannt gemacht werden. Ansonsten sind wir mit dem Teil zufrieden und es erfüllt seinen Zweck.

Es preciosa y super acogedora, da mucha calidez y calienta lo necesario para una habitación mediana. Encima es genial porque cuando llega a la temperatura que deseas se para, pero la luz de la imitación del fuego sigue. Encima es muy bonita y esta muy bien hecha.
