Reçu en bon état. Je n'arrive pas mettre le WiFi. L'appareil est très bruyant, lourd et encombrant. Je ne m'en suis servi qu'une fois. Le résultat était bien, mais à consommer de suite. J'ai mis le reste de la glace au congélateur et elle a durci bien que j'ai utilisé du glucose et du stabilisant. Je ne perds pas l'espoir d'améliorer le résultat à l'usage. Je recommande cet article.

Received in good condition. I can't get the WiFi to work. The device is very noisy, heavy and bulky. I only used it once. The result was good, but to be consumed immediately. I put the rest of the ice cream in the freezer and it hardened even though I used glucose and stabilizer. I do not lose hope of improving the result with use. I recommend this article.

Soddisfatto, fatto vari tipi di gelato e devo dire che sono ottimi. Per chi ha avuto inizialmente ,come me, problemi con la configurazione con l'app dico: lasciate stare ciò che dice il manuale d' istruzione...non c'è nessuna spia led ed il pulsante da tenere premuto a fondo non è quello di accensione. Per quanto mi riguarda questo è il procedimento che ho eseguito dopo vari tentativi....e tutto è andato a buon fine. Non accendete il dispositivo collegate solo la spina. Il dispositivo è in standby e sul display lampeggia 00 Aprite l'app cliccate su annulla la configurazione automatica ed ignorate la richiesta di accensione del bluetooth ( non è necessario). Aggiungete il dispositivo manualmente selezionando la gelatiera dalla lista in basso tra dispositivi che si possono configurare. Sulla gelatiera per poter essere riconosciuta tenete premuto a fondo il secondo tasto da sinistra ( quello con il libricino, il tasto menu) fino a quando si sentirà un bip e sul display spento in alto a destra compare l' icona lampeggiante del wifi . Nell' app vi verrà chiesto di inserire il nome della rete e la password e e se il led sul dispositivo lampeggia ( in realtà si riferisce all' icona del wifi) cliccate si. Inizierà a cercare il dispositivo, dura un paio di minuti ed alla fine se tutto è andato a buon fine comparirà la gelateria tra i dispositivi connessi. P.s. se non va in porto dopo il primo tentativo, non scoraggiatevi e riprovate.

Ich schreibe nicht so häufig Rezessionen, aber hier ist es mir die Mühe wert. Ich habe bereits eine Eismaschine von springlane und zwei von Medion besessen. Ich muss sagen diese Maschine ist durchaus mit höherpreisigen Maschinen vergleichbar. Was mir hier besonders gut gefällt, was alle anderen Maschinen nicht hatten ist die Tatsache, dass das Rührwerk komplett herausgenommen werden kann und man nicht mittig im eisbehälter sozusagen einen festen Stift hat der das rührwerk auf Position hält. Dies sorgt beim herausnehmen des fertigen Eis nämlich zu massiven Problemen, da man ständig an dieser Stange hängen bleibt. Generell macht die Maschine genau was sie soll, sie rührt das Eis bis es gefriert, dies dauert je nach Mischung bei 1,5 Liter Füllmenge knapp 45 Minuten. Das rührwerk friert irgendwann bei der Eismasse fest und dreht sich nicht mehr, aber dies war bei jeder der anderen Eismaschinen genauso und ist einfach bauartbedingt. Generell kann ich die Maschine uneingeschränkt jedem empfehlen.

I don't write reviews that often, but I find it worth the effort here. I have owned a springlane ice cream machine and two from Medion. I have to say this machine is definitely comparable to higher-priced machines. What I particularly like here, which all other machines didn't have, is the fact that the agitator can be completely removed and you don't have a fixed pin in the middle of the ice cream container to hold the agitator in position. This causes massive problems when removing the finished ice cream, as you constantly get stuck on this rod. In general, the machine does exactly what it is supposed to do, it stirs the ice cream until it freezes. Depending on the mixture, this takes almost 45 minutes with a 1.5 liter capacity. At some point, the agitator freezes with the ice mass and no longer rotates, but this was the same with every other ice cream machine and is simply due to the design. In general, I can recommend the machine to everyone without reservation.

Un premier achat concernant un appareil à glace. Très facile d'utilisation pour crème glacée et sorbet. Le résultat est excellent même avec des recettes très simples. Le rapport qualité/prix de la machine est parfait. En 30 à 40 mn la glace est réalisée, la pale s'arrête automatiquement et la glace continue à réfrigérer. Si on souhaite une glace moelleuse, on peut la manger dès que la pale s'arrête. Les glaces sont bien meilleures que les glaces commerciales même les artisanales. Beaucoup de recettes de chef sur internet. Je recommande cette machine au prix très raisonnable par rapport à d'autres marques.

Wir wollen uns schon immer mal eine Eismaschine kaufen, nun haben wir und für die Klarstein entschieden. Wir sind sehr zufrieden damit, für unseren 2-Personenhaushalt ist sie genau richtig. So einfach ein super leckeres Eis selber herzustellen, das ist schon der Preis wert. Alles mischen, einfach in die Maschine einfüllen, laufen lassen und genießen. Mehr geht nicht. Bis zum Eisschrank kommt das Eis gar nicht, wir essen es schon vorher. Der Geräuschpegel ist normal, ich würde es nicht als störend empfinden. Wir haben die Eismaschine in die Küche integriert, sitzen auch nicht daneben, halten uns während die Eismaschine arbeitet im Wohnzimmer auf. Im Sommer stellen wir sie auf die Terrasse, wir finden sie ist nicht lauter als eine Küchenmaschine und in ca. 30 Minuten ist das Eis fertig, das kann man aushalten.

We've always wanted to buy an ice cream machine, and now we've decided on the Klarstein. We are very happy with it, it is just right for our 2-person household. So easy to make a super delicious ice cream yourself, that's worth the price. Mix everything, just pour into the machine, run and enjoy. More is not possible. The ice doesn't even make it to the refrigerator, we eat it beforehand. The noise level is normal, I wouldn't find it disturbing. We have integrated the ice machine into the kitchen, don't sit next to it either, stay up in the living room while the ice machine is working. In summer we put it on the terrace, we think it's no louder than a food processor and the ice cream is ready in about 30 minutes, you can bear it.

Ho preso contatto direttamente ed ho avuto la sgradevole notizia che la Karlstein «non offre alcun servizio per la riparazione dei suoi prodotti in Italia». Lascio ai lettori di tirare le conseguenze. Per quanto mi riguarda, questo marchio non sarà mai più preso in considerazione, anche perchè i prezzi di vendita non sono certo tra i più competitivi.

Wir haben inzwischen verschiedene Varianten durchprobiert (noch längst nicht alle) und festgestellt, dass das Rührwerk ein Problem bekommt, wenn man die vorgeschlagene Menge verwendet. Nach ca. 40 Minuten ist der Motor bzw. ist das Kunststoffrührwerk damit überfordert die gesamte Menge Eis noch zu bewegen. Wenn man nur ca. die halbe Menge verwendet, dann funktioniert es sehr gut, aber es ist natürlich schade, weil man ja eigentlich mehr Eis erwartet. Dennoch bereuen wir die Anschaffung nicht. Für eine fünfköpfige Familie bleiben dabei immer noch locker zwei bis drei Kugeln übrig und dafür war das auch gedacht. Wir benutzen übrigens inzwischen für das "schnelle Eis zwischendurch" gern einfach mal die Dr. Oetker-Mischungen aus dem Supermarkt.

Au déballage je la trouve belle et pas trop encombrante. Un peu déçu de ne découvrir qu’un petit manuel riquiqui et en plus en allemand et anglais. J’ai finalement retrouvé le manuel en français sur le site de la marque, naturellement au format PDF obligé de l’imprimer vous-même. Au final pas trop grave car la machine est tellement simple à utiliser que le manuel n’est pas indispensable. Également absence de livre de recettes de crème glacée, il y a simplement quelques recettes avec le manuel en français, du style vanille, chocolat, fraise, point, le stricte minimum légal quoi dans mon cas cela n’est pas trop grave car je suis en train de suivre un cours de glacier, et elle me sert de test après les cours. En conclusion je dirais qu’elle fait bien son job c’est-à-dire turbinée. Après une dizaine de glace réussi il faut voir dans la longueur au niveau moteur de la machine.

Die Klarstein Dolce Bacio Eismaschine ist eine Super Sache , das Eis wird richtig gut darin , was mich nur Ärgert ist das man während der Eisproduktion keine Kühltemparartur angezeigt bekommt aber das ist ja kein Thema denn das Eis ist nach dem Vorgang gut gefroren . Bei meiner Vorigen Eismaschine wechselte die Anzeige im Display immer von der Restzeit und der Temperatur .

The Klarstein Dolce Bacio ice cream machine is a great thing, the ice cream gets really good in it, what only annoys me is that you don't get a cooling temperature displayed during ice cream production, but that's not an issue because the ice cream is well frozen after the process. With my previous ice cream machine, the display always changed from the remaining time and the temperature.

Ich hatte schon länger mit dem Kauf einer "richtigen" Eismaschine geliebäugelt, nachdem meine alte mit Gefrierakku nie zufriedenstellene Ergebnisse geliefert hatte. Die aktuelle Hitzewelle hat dann meine Entscheidung beschleunigt. Die Lieferung erfolgte zügig mit stabiler Verpackung. Leider sprang schon vor dem ersten Einsatz die Knopfleiste aus dem Bedienfeld, wo sie an mehrern Federn ein paar Millimeter erhöht baumelte. Dies lässt sich mit etwas Sekundenkleber leicht reparieren. Den Aufwand eines Umtausches wollte ich mir deswegen nicht antun. Ansonsten funktioniert die Maschine tadellos. Man sollte das Rührwerk ca. 10 Minuten laufen lassen, ehe man die vorgekülte Eismasse hineingibt, so dass das Eis möglichst schnell kristallisieren kann. Der Rührer aus Kunststoff könnte für meinen Geschmack aber noch ein wenig solider konstruiert sein. Außerdem läßt sich das fertige Eis wegen seiner Form nicht besonders gut von ihm entfernen. Beim Betrieb sollte man aufpassen, dass man nicht versehentlich an die Ausschalttaste kommt, da die Tasten sehr leicht auf Behührung ansprechen. Wenn das Rührwerk einmal steht, schaltet sich auch der Kompressor aus und kann erst nach einigen Minuten Ruhezeit wieder anspringen. Das ist bei Kühlkompressoren leider technisch nicht anders möglich, aber für die Eisqualität ist so eine Wartezeit natürlich nicht zuträglich. Ich habe jetzt schon einige verschiedene Eissorten hergestellt und bin mit dem Ergebnis zufrieden. Man muss sich nur darüber im Klaren sein, dass man das Eis prinzipiell nicht direkt aus der Maschine nehmen und gleich genießen kann. Man muss es erst im Gefrierfach noch weiter herunterkühlen. Aber das ist bei allen Eismaschinen so und daher kein Mangel.

I had been toying with the idea of buying a "real" ice cream maker for a long time, after my old freezer pack had never delivered satisfactory results. The current heat wave then accelerated my decision. Delivery was quick with sturdy packaging. Unfortunately, even before the first use, the button bar jumped out of the control panel, where it dangled a few millimeters higher on several springs. This is easily repaired with some super glue. I didn't want to go through the hassle of exchanging it. Otherwise the machine works perfectly. You should let the agitator run for about 10 minutes before adding the pre-cooled ice cream mass so that the ice cream can crystallize as quickly as possible. The plastic stirrer could be a little more solidly constructed for my taste. In addition, the finished ice cream is not particularly easy to remove from it because of its shape. During operation, you should be careful not to accidentally touch the off button, since the buttons respond very easily to touch. Once the agitator has stopped, the compressor also switches off and can only start up again after a few minutes of rest. Unfortunately, this is not technically possible with cooling compressors, but of course such a waiting time is not beneficial for the ice quality. I've made a few different flavors of ice cream and I'm happy with the results. You just have to be aware that you can't take the ice cream straight out of the machine and enjoy it straight away. You have to cool it down further in the freezer first. But that is the case with all ice cream machines and therefore not a defect.

La carrosserie extérieure de la machine est d'une finition irréprochable et très soignée. Le bruit très acceptable. J'ai testé plusieurs goûts de glaces et le résultat est parfait. Pour éviter de turbiner trop longtemps surtout si il fait très chaud dans ma cuisine, je fais refroidir le bol à vide pendant 15 min puis je verse ma préparation qui devient une glace en 30 à 40 minutes. Le seul point négatif c'est que après le délai de la garantie, si je devais remplacer par exemple la pale mélangeuse qui serait cassée il n'existe aucune pièce de rechange disponible pour cette sorbetiere... très déçu de cette affirmation du SAV.

Petit bémol, la machine est arrivée avec un couvercle fêlé... ce qui ne nuit pas du tout à son fonctionnement , c’est plutôt pour l’esthétique, mais il faut renvoyer l’appareil complet pour recevoir un nouveau couvercle ... transporter un colis 50/30/30 deux fois pour une pièce qui tiendrait dans une enveloppe ... tirez-en les conclusions que vous voulez ! J’attends toujours le mode d’emploi en français (pas indispensable vu la facilité d’emploi, mais peut-être utile pour les détails)

Die Maschine ist gut handzuhaben, bißchen schwer wg wegpacken. Nicht zu laut. Das Eis ist lecker, leider probiert mein Mann dauernd was Neues aus. Bin gespannt, wann meine Waage kaputt geht :-o Mit Cremefine klappt es super; sind dann ein paar Kalorien weniger.
