[B stock] Florida Jerky Dehydrator

Gibt es Zusatzetagen für die Trocknung von Heidelbeeren. Unsere Gartenheidelbeeren sind sehr groß, doch für die Löcher der Etagen zu klein. Können Sie uns helfen und eine Lösung vorschlagen??? Dies wäre prima!

Are there additional floors for drying blueberries. Our garden blueberries are very large, but too small for the holes in the tiers. Can you help us and suggest a solution??? This would be great!

Die Größe ist ausreichend für den kleinen Haushalt. Der Geräuschpegel könnte etwas niedriger sein. Meine ersten Apfelscheiben lt. Anweisung gemacht und sind super lecker.

The size is sufficient for a small household. The noise level could be a little lower. My first apple slices made according to the instructions and they are super tasty.

Nun, zunächst möchte ich anmerken, daß ich selbst bei 75 Grad Einstellung keine übermäßige Hitzeentwicklung (außen) feststellen konnte. Ja, es ist ein Dörrautomat, und der wird naturgemäß ein wenig warm. Bei uns steht er einfach auf einem Schränkchen, und gut. Die Leistung überzeugt, das Dörrergebnis ebenfalls. Mit Infrarot geht es recht flott, und Beef Jerky oder auch Kartoffelchips werden richtig gut! Da das Gerät einen Ventilator hat ist es wohl logisch, daß man diesen auch hört. Allerdings nicht in störender Lautstärke. Warum nun also "nur" 4 Sterne? Ganz einfach: Wenn man den Innenraum reinigen will, dann ist Schwarz als Farbe nicht wirklich praktisch. In einem hellen Innenraum sind Verschmutzungen weit besser zu sehen. Alles in Allem spreche ich aber eine klare Kaufempfehlung aus.

Well, first of all I would like to say that I did not notice any excessive heat development (outside) even at a setting of 75 degrees. Yes, it's a food dehydrator, and naturally it gets a little warm. With us it just stands on a cupboard, and that's it. The performance is convincing, as is the drying result. With infrared it's pretty quick, and beef jerky or potato chips are really good! Since the device has a fan, it is probably logical that you can hear it. However, not at a disturbing volume. So why "only" 4 stars? Very simple: If you want to clean the interior, then black as a color is not really practical. Dirt is much easier to see in a bright interior. All in all, I give a clear buy recommendation.

In der Fülle von Dörrautomaten ist es schwierig ein gutes Produkt zu finden. Ich hab mich für den Florida Jerky entschieden und bin bis dato sehr zufrieden damit. Das Gehäuse wirkt sehr gut verarbeitet, was man von der Bedieneinheit leider nicht behaupten kann. Der Drehknopf zum einstellen des Programmes ist nicht sehr stabil und wenn ich drauf drücke um eine Einstellung zu bestätigen, passiert es hin und wieder das sich dabei auch wieder das Programm verstellt. Deshalb auch nur 4 Sterne. Abgesehen davon würde ich ihn schon weiterempfehlen. Auch das ununterbrochene dörren über mehrere Tage hinweg hat er locker weggesteckt. Mit der Erfahrung die ich mittlerweile gesammelt habe, würde ich das nächste mal zu einem grösserem Gerät tendieren, aber gerne wieder von Klarstein.

Apart from that I would recommend him. He also easily put up with the uninterrupted drying for several days. With the experience I've gained in the meantime, I would tend towards a larger device next time, but I'd be happy to buy it from Klarstein again.

Da ich selbst Vegetarier bin, kann ich die Qualität des Geschmackes bei Fleisch nur durch das Verhalten meine vierbeinigen Freunde erkennen und hier schlug das Selbstgedörrte wie eine Bombe ein. Die Hunde sind begeistert und betteln für jeden Bissen. Für mich persönlich dörre ich nur Obst und auch hier vollste Zufriedenheit.

Bisher habe ich damit Pilze und Früchte probiert und es ist wirklich ein großer Unterschied, wie man einen Ofen benutzt oder Lebensmittel auf traditionelle Weise trocknet. Der Prozess ist viel schneller und einfacher. Im Allgemeinen ist das Gerät sehr einfach und intuitiv zu bedienen. Ich denke, es ist ein bisschen teuer, aber am Ende hoffe ich, es für immer zu haben, also ist das akzeptabel.

So far I've tried it on mushrooms and fruits and it really makes a big difference from using an oven versus drying food the traditional way. The process is much faster and easier. In general, the device is very easy and intuitive to use. I think it's a bit pricey but in the end I hope to have it forever so that's acceptable.
