Fiamme Cilindro Ethanol Lantern

Sieht gut aus ist in jedem Wohnzimmer ein Hingucker. Sollte aber nicht alleine gelassen werden da alle vier Seiten offen sind.

Die Lampen sind sehr schön. Ich musste allerdings recherchieren, weil ich nicht wusste, was diese weisse "Wolle" im Brenner, ein Keramikschwamm ist. Dazu steht nichts in der Einleitung. Ich habe bereits einen anderen Tischkamin, der diesen Schwamm nicht mitbrachte. Jetzt lese aber im Internet, dass diese Keramikschwämme für die Lungen schädlich sein können. Ich finde wichtig dies zu erwähnen. Ich nehme es vorsichtshalber raus.

The lamps are very beautiful. However, I had to research because I didn't know what this white "wool" in the burner, a ceramic sponge, was. There is nothing about this in the introduction. I already have another table fireplace that didn't bring this sponge. But now I read on the Internet that these ceramic sponges can be harmful to the lungs. I think it is important to mention this. Wir haben diese Woche die beiden Laternen erhalten und jetzt am Wochenende direkt ausprobiert. Hierfür haben wir Bio-Ethanol genommen, das muss aber separat gekauft werden. Uns gefällt das schlichte Design sehr gut und die Verarbeitung ist wertig – die „Wände“ sind ohne Glas. Das runde Glas mit dem Brennereinsatz ist sehr dick und bei beiden Laternen gleich groß. Das passt optisch gut zusammen, da die Flammen dann natürlich auch gleich groß sind. Beim Anzünden muss man etwas vorsichtig sein und am besten ein langes Stabfeuerzeug benutzen, dann kann auch bei kleineren Verpuffungen nichts passieren. Ansonsten ist das Abbrennen sehr sicher, es werden sogar zwei Löschdeckel aus Metall mitgeliefert. Im Lieferumfang enthalten ist zudem jeweils ein Henkel (das ist das einzige Teil, das montiert werden muss!) sowie jeweils ein Regenschutz. Das ist sicher praktisch, wenn man die Laternen im Garten stehen hat. Bei uns sind sie unter der Terrassenüberdachung schon geschützt. Insgesamt also stylisch und empfehlenswert.

We received the two lanterns this week and tried them out directly at the weekend. We used bio-ethanol for this, but this has to be bought separately. We like the simple design very much and the workmanship is valuable - the "walls" are without glass. The round glass with the burner insert is very thick and the same size for both lanterns. This goes well together visually, since the flames are of course the same size. You have to be a bit careful when lighting up and it is best to use a long stick lighter, then nothing can happen even with smaller deflagrations. Otherwise, burning is very safe, two metal extinguishing lids are even supplied. The scope of delivery also includes a handle (this is the only part that needs to be assembled!) and a rain cover. This is certainly practical if you have the lanterns in the garden. With us they are already protected under the patio roof. So overall stylish and recommended.
