The double portion: the Steakreaktor Pro revolutionises the preparation of steak with its 3.2 KW and 850 ° C top heat. Thanks to the ceramic heating elements specially developed by Klarstein in Germany, it emits a particularly intense radiant heat to the meat. This process conjures up an aromatic, caramelised crust in minutes, while the steak interior remains super-tender and really juicy. This creates very special roasting aromas, which ensure a unique gourmet experience. For an even greater grill experience, the new Pro version has doubled the effective grill area to 27 x 23 cm.

With the Steakreaktor Pro high-temperature grill, Klarstein brings the secret trick of New York steak restaurants into private kitchens in Europe, because it is the only one of its kind which can be used indoors. This is due to the operation with electricity and the insulated and actively cooled housing, which ensures that the heat in the cooking chamber does not heat the outer housing.

The meat juices emerging during the process are caught the supplied drip tray (GN 1/2). These can be finished together with some butter, herbs and spices to make fantastic sauces.
