Erste Grillversuche Zuerst sehr ärgerlich war die Verspätung bei der Zustellung. Aber der Grill ist absolut top. Je nach Grillgut braucht man schon Mal etwas mehr Öl. Aber durch die stufenweise Einstellung der Grillhitze ist bis jetzt alles super geworden. Die eingestellten Temperaturen sind schnell erreicht. Ich habe bis jetzt meistens 150 bis 175 Grad gebraucht. Bei der Reinigung arbeite ich noch an der Ideallösung. Top Grill.

Klarstein Elektrogrill, Grillplatte, Elektrische Grillplatte Der Klarstein Elektrogrill, mit elektrischer Grillplatte hat uns nach dem ersten Durchlauf bereits überzeugt. Nach dem "einbrennen" der Grillfläche/Planscha ( die Zeit muss man sich nehmen ) mit einem hoch erhitzbaren Speiseöl ( bspw. Rapsöl ) kann die Grillfläche mit Leitungswasser und einem Holzspatel/Pfannenwender aus Holz schnell und unkompliziert gereinigt werden. Anleitungen findet man unter Grillfläche/Planscha auf YouTube etliche, kann man eigentlich schon loslegen. Ich habe die Grillfläche bei ca. 200 Grad betrieben, die Rindersteaks, die auf der gleichen Fläche gegrillte Zwiebel, Pilzmischung sowie der im Anschluss darauf gegrillte Chicorèe waren schnell und bequem auf der Grillplatte zuzubereiten. Die 3000W sowie die doch erhebliche Grösse hat es erlaubt das grillen für 6 Personen schnell und sauber durchzuführen. Sobald die Platte einigermaßen abgekühlt ist, kann die Leitungswasser und einem Holzspatel sauber durchgeführt werden, die Edelstahlplatte setzt dabei immer mehr Patina an. Interessant auch: Stahl Nachdem Sie einmal entfettet und mit Zitrone oder weißem Essig behandelt wurde, reicht es auch, wenn die Platte gut trocken ist, etwas Öl bei angemessener Temperatur (250 - 270°C) „braten“ zu lassen. Eine braune und antihaftende Schicht erscheint. Man kann den Vorgang des Ölerhitzens mehrfach wiederholen, damit das Einbrennen perfekt ist oder erneuert wird, wenn die Platte übermäßig haftet. Nach der Verwendung und der Reinigung spritzen Sie etwas Öl darauf und lassen Sie es braten, bevor Sie die Platte abstellen. Ist die Platte abgekühlt, reicht es sie abzutrocknen und das überflüssige Öl zu verteilen, damit die Platte gegen Rost geschützt ist. Für unsere Bedürfnisse ist die Klarstein Grillplatte einfach nur Top! Eine echte Empfehlung! ;-))

After "burning in" the grill surface/splash pan (you have to take your time) with a high-temperature cooking oil (e.g. rapeseed oil), the grill surface can be cleaned quickly and easily with tap water and a wooden spatula/wooden turner. You can find lots of instructions under grill surface/splash pan on YouTube, so you can actually get started right away. I used the grill surface at around 200 degrees, the beef steaks, the onion grilled on the same surface, the mushroom mixture and the chicory grilled afterwards were quick and easy to prepare on the grill plate. The 3000W and the considerable size meant that grilling for 6 people could be done quickly and cleanly. As soon as the plate has cooled down somewhat, you can clean it with tap water and a wooden spatula, the stainless steel plate will gradually develop a patina. Also interesting: Steel After degreasing and treating it with lemon or white vinegar, it is enough to "fry" some oil at a suitable temperature (250 - 270°C) even if the plate is well dried. A brown and non-stick layer appears. You can repeat the process of heating the oil several times to ensure that the seasoning is perfect or to repeat it if the plate sticks too much. After use and cleaning, squirt some oil on it and let it fry before putting the plate down. Once the plate has cooled down, it is enough to dry it and spread the excess oil so that the plate is protected against rust. For our needs, the Klarstein grill plate is simply top notch! Schönes Teil Schöne Wärmeplatte für super Preis. Wenn’s so weiterläuft wie beim ersten smash burger grillen dann auf jeden fall empfehlenswert. Nur ein bisschen Schwer zum ständig auf und abbauen währe das für mich nichts.

Gefällt mir Gut Grundsätzlich ein tolles Teil. Heizt sehr flott, lediglich macht es sinn der Platte Zeit zu geben bis sich die Wärme gleichmäßig verteilt hat, da sie über dem Heizelement anfangs heißer wird. Was mir nicht so gut gefällt ist, dass die glatte Platte nicht glatt ist sonder quer rifen aufweist (1/10mm oder weniger). die sehen so aus als ob diese gewollt sind, das kann auch sein (ich kenne mich da nicht aus). diese machen allersings das Putzen nach dem Grillen schon zu einer mühsamen Aufgabe. Was ich auch noch für nicht so gut halte ist, dass die Kanten der Platte, besonders rechts am Plattenteil mit den Streifen scharfkantig sind und jeden Schwamm in kürze erledigen. Auch die Vertiefungen sind extrem schwer zu reinigen, weswegen ich eher die Version mit der komplett "glatten" Platte empfehlen würde. Alles in allem aber das was ich haben wollte und daher 4 Sterne

I like it Good Basically a great piece. Heats up very quickly, but it makes sense to give the plate time until the heat is evenly distributed, as it initially gets hotter above the heating element. What I don't like so much is that the smooth plate is not smooth but has horizontal grooves (1/10mm or less). They look as if they are intentional, which could be the case (I don't know anything about it). However, they make cleaning after grilling a tedious task. What I also don't think is so good is that the edges of the plate, especially on the right side of the plate with the stripes, are sharp and will quickly destroy any sponge. The recesses are also extremely difficult to clean, which is why I would recommend the version with the completely "smooth" plate. All in all, though, it's what I wanted and therefore 4 stars

Einfach stark Mit 23kg und den entsprechenden Massen ist die Gillplatte ein kleines Monster, welches seinen fixen Standplatz haben möchte. Her- und Wegräumen geht zwar, ist aber nicht komfortabel. Die leistungsstarken 3KW lassen das Gerät tatsächlich nach einer (doch geraumen) Vorheizzeit die volle Temperatur erreichen, welche von 0-300°C stufenlos geregelt werden kann. Nach Abschalten hat die Platte dafür aber soviel Restwärme, dass verbleibende Speisen noch lange warmgehalten werden können. Grillen ist damit eine wahre Freude: auf der großen Platte findet mühelos das Abendessen für 6 Personen Platz und die Stahloberfläche lässt tatsächlich nichts anbrennen. Die Fettrinne mündet in den Auffangbehälter, welcher im Geschirrspüler gereinigt werden kann. Die Reinigung der Platte funktioniert auch völlig unproblematisch mit Spülmittel und Schwamm. Ich liebe sie und seitdem die Klarstein Grillplatte bei uns eingezogen ist, bleibt der Herd oftmals kalt :-)

La plaque de cuisson en fonte, ca rouille (oui, j'aurais du le savoir), donc si vous faites des grillades un soir, et que vous laissez la plaque dehors, vous risquez d'avoir une mauvaise surprise. Le reste du produit est en acier inoxydable. Pas de soucis de rouille pour le moment, mais la fonte et l'acier inoxydable ne sont pas soudes ensemble, donc la graisse de cuisson passe un peu entre la plaque de les tour protecteur. Nous sommes généralement content du produit, mais j'aurais espéré que ce soit encore plus facile a entretenir, et resistant a l’extérieur.

The cast iron griddle does rust (yes, I should have known), so if you're grilling one night and leave the griddle out, you might be in for a nasty surprise. The rest of the product is stainless steel. No rust issues so far, but the cast iron and stainless steel aren't welded together, so cooking grease does get between the griddle and the protective cover. We're generally happy with the product, but I would have hoped it would be even easier to maintain and more durable outdoors.

Ho ricevuto la piastra elettrica Karlstein imballata perfettamente , l'ho subito provata , funziona bene e la superficie di cottura consente di cuocere grandi quantitativi di vivande, un cassettino estraibile di raccolta dei grassi di cottura ne facoltà la raccolta e lo svuotamento. l'unica nota negativa è che la piastra di cottura non è smontabile rendendo la pulizia della stessa più complicata.

Klarstein Plancha Cocina Eléctrica Profesional l Plancha Barbacoa Acero Inoxidable; Bueno, intentaré explicar mi experiencia con esta plancha. En primer lugar ,,, el armazón es de Acero Inoxidable, pero la placa de cocción es de Hierro Fundido con el que se alcanza una temperatura de hasta 300ºC, por lo tanto estamos hablando de que podemos apagarla cuando haya alcanzado una temperatura elevada y seguir cocinando en ella porque guarda muchísimo la calor. Tenemos que ver esta plancha eléctrica de hierro fundido como si fuese un WOK, para que la superficie lisa se vuelva completamente antiadherente (incluso sin apenas aceite), hay que someterla a un proceso de curado, como los Wok, por internet hay un montón de videotutoriales, es muy sencillo, Alta temperatura + Aceite + Sal gruesa y seguir las indicaciones. Una vez hecho esto y tras un tiempo bastante largo, la plancha se ira oscureciendo hasta ponerse completamente Negra ,,, "que sería lo ideal". Si no es eso lo que queremos entonces hay que comprar una plancha con la placa de Acero no de Hierro fundido. Yo muy a pesar mío voy a venderla por falta de espacio porque el hueco será ocupado por un frigorífico pero ahora que estaba oscureciéndola poco a poco me da pena. Se limpia muy fácil con agua simplemente y en caliente, todo cae en un cajoncito que luego retiras, y poco mas, y con lo grande que es puedes hacer muchas cosas a la vez, hasta arroz frito tres delicias he hecho, añadiéndole hasta beicon, guisantes, etc,,, de todo se puede hacer, pero como digo paciencia hasta tenerla antiadherente al 100% . En resumen en mi humilde opinión buen producto calidad-precio. Pongo fotos desde cuando la compré hasta ahora que la estoy vendiendo, ya cada uno que opine lo que quiera.

Para ello, después de cocinar, le echo agua muy fría (con hielos mejor) poco a poco por toda la plancha y voy rascando con la espátula las zonas donde se haya pegado la comida. La dejo 10 minutos y con la plancha templada, le echo agua con lavavajillas, repasando con la espátula. Al final un chorro de limón donde se haya quedado negra, aquí repaso con un estropajo suavemente, aclaro con agua y queda perfecta.

Una volta raggiunta la temperatura cuoce a dovere ogni tipo di cibo, carne pesce verdure, senza schizzare, con il grasso o lo sporco che può essere trascinato nell'apposita vaschetta. La piastra è grande e tutta la struttura è davvero solida. Niente sporco eccessivo e soprattutto niente fumo né carne bruciata La pulizia richiede 10 minuti di pazienza (io uso prima le spatole, poi la retina d'acciaio, poi uno straccetto di cotone) ma è anche divertente (mai con l'acqua a piastra calda). Consiglio vivamente di comprare le spatole di acciaio consigliate da amazon. Finalmente unna grigliata come si deve, un acquisto davvero al bacio.

Ich war schon lange auf der Suche nach einem geeigneten Gerät um "Smash" Burger für mehrer Leute gleichzeitig zu produzieren. Einzig und allein die Reinigung der Rillen hat sich als schwieriger herausgestellt als erwartet, aber mit etwas Ellbogenschmalz kein Problem. Absolute Kaufemphelung!

Llego el dia indicado perfecta para todo tipo de carne,verduras y huevos. Lo que no me gusta que quedo negra el primer dia hacerla servir. Intento encontara un metodo de lipieza pero cuesta de momento con jugo de limon queda pasable. La potencia que tiene es muy buena comparada con otras mas baratas que he tenido estoi muy contenta!!

No hay nada como una buena carne hecha en la plancha. Estuve mirando varios modelos por internet y mirando mirando la que más me convencio fue está. Este fin de semana he estado los 2 días haciendo la comida en la plancha y decir que calienta muy rápido y deja la carne perfecta, me gusta mucho más la carne como la deja ya que en la sartén lo que hace es reservarla mucho. la plancha viene muy bien protegida en el interior de la caja. Tiene todo el contorno y el armazón de acero inoxidable, con una protección en los laterales de unos 8 centímetros de altura contra salpicaduras, una bandeja dónde recoge todas las grasas o aceites para que no rebose, todo ello cae por un orificio directamente a un pequeño cajón de acero inoxidable extraíble para su limpieza. La plancha es de acero fundido de unos 8-10 milímetros, es fácil de limpiar. por la parte inferior trae unas patas de goma para su apoyo. Es fácil de manejar solo tiene una rueda en ella de le da más o menos temperatura, tiene 2 indicadores, uno de ellos verde que nos indica que está en funcionamiento y el otro en naranja que nos indica que está calentando. La plancha trae un termostato para que se pare una vez llega a su temperatura. El manual de instrucciones lo podemos descargar desde su web o en la aplicación en varios idiomas entre ellos el español. Muy contento.
