compre este producto el verano pasado, nuevo, lo use 15 dias, al volverlo a usar este año en junio ya no funcionaba. He escrito atencion al cliente y todavia 2 meses mas tarde sigo esperando que me digan donde enviarlo para su reparacion porque logicamente esta en garantia. No aconsejo comprar en esta pagina, productos con calidad cero y sin posibilidad de ejercer tu derecho a la garantia.

I bought this product last summer, new, I used it for 15 days, when I used it again this year in June it no longer worked. I have written to customer service and still 2 months later I am still waiting for them to tell me where to send it for repair because logically it is under warranty. I do not advise buying on this page, products with zero quality and without the possibility of exercising your right to the guarantee.

No regrets, just as efficient as an air conditioner, but much less noisy. I recommend it
