AirCo BT Tire Pressure Monitoring System

Das oneConcept AirCo Reifendruck System wird mit vier Drucksensoren, einem Empfänger/Sender für den 12V Anschluss, Montagematerial + Hinweis-Aufkleber, einer Smartphone-Halterung mit Saugnapf sowie einer Bedienungsanleitung in Deutsch und Englisch geliefert. Mit dem System können via der kostenloser Smartphone App "SPY TPMS" live die Reifendruckwerte sowie die Temperatur (der Luft im Reifen) von allen vier Reifen ausgelesen werden. Die Sensoren senden das Signal via Funk an den Empfänger, welcher das Signal wiederum per Bluettooth an das Smartphone weiterleitet. Mit der übersichtlichen App hat man alle vier Werte im Blick. In der App können Warnwerte für zu niedrigen oder erhöhten Reifendruck selbst angepasst werden. Auch die Warntemperatur kann eingestellt werden. Was richtig Sinn macht: Der Empfänger warnt den Benutzter auch ohne Smartphone mithilfe eines Tonsignals und einem rot leuchtenden Symbol, falls etwas nicht mit dem Druck stimmen sollte. So hat man immer Kontrolle, unabhängig von einem Smartphone. Etwas umständlich ist die Montage und Demontage der Sensoren. Dieser werden anstatt der normalen Ventilkappen auf das Ventil geschraubt. Diese müssen mit Kontermuttern gesichert werden, falls man also die Reifen aufpumpen möchte, müssen die Muttern erst gelöst werden. Ich empfehle deshalb, das beigelegte Werkzeug immer im Auto dabei zu haben. Dabei sind auch noch Ersatzdichtungen, falls diese einmal verloren gehen sollten. Die Dichtungen sind sehr wichtig, da der Reifen sonst Luft verliert. Die Batterielaufzeit der Sensoren konnte ich bisher noch nicht feststellen, bei mir laufen diese nun ca. seit zwei Wochen. Die Sensoren werden mit Knopfzellen betrieben und können mit dem beigelegten Werkzeug schnell ausgetauscht werden. Insgesamt bietet das System von oneConcept eine übersichtliche Live-Kontrollfunktion von vier Reifendruckwerten an. Die App ist übersichtlich und dank der Einstellmöglichkeiten ist das System für jeden PKW geeignet. Da der Empfänger in der Lage ist ein Warnsignal zu senden, muss man nicht jedes Mal die App benutzten und man ist so Smartphone unabhängig. Die beigelegte Smartphonehalterung ist universal, praktisch und eine nette Zugabe. Das System wurde mir im Rahmen eines Produkttestes zugesandt, welcher meine Meinung jedoch nicht beeinflusst.

The oneConcept AirCo tire pressure system is supplied with four pressure sensors, a receiver/transmitter for the 12V connection, installation material + information sticker, a smartphone holder with suction cup and operating instructions in German and English. The system can be used to read the tire pressure values and the temperature (of the air in the tire) of all four tires live using the free smartphone app "SPY TPMS". The sensors send the signal wirelessly to the receiver, which in turn forwards the signal to the smartphone via Bluetooth. With the clear app, you can keep an eye on all four values. In the app, you can adjust warning values for low or high tire pressure yourself. The warning temperature can also be set. What really makes sense: The receiver warns the user even without a smartphone using a sound signal and a red symbol if there is something wrong with the pressure. This way you always have control, regardless of a smartphone. Installing and removing the sensors is a bit cumbersome. These are screwed onto the valve instead of the normal valve caps. These must be secured with lock nuts, so if you want to inflate the tires, the nuts must first be loosened. I therefore recommend that you always have the included tool in your car. There are also replacement seals in case you lose them. The seals are very important, otherwise the tire will lose air. I have not yet been able to determine the battery life of the sensors, but I have had them running for about two weeks. The sensors are powered by button cells and can be quickly replaced with the included tool. Overall, the oneConcept system offers a clear live control function for four tire pressure values. The app is clear and thanks to the setting options, the system is suitable for every car. Since the receiver is able to send a warning signal, you do not have to use the app every time and you are therefore smartphone independent. The included smartphone holder is universal, practical and a nice addition. The system was sent to me as part of a product test, but this does not influence my opinion.

Wer noch nicht den Luxus eines Neuwagens mit elektronischem Reifen-Luftdruck-Messer hat, kann jetzt ""nachrüsten"". Mit diesem Set hat man immer - OHNE eine Tankstelle suchen zu müssen, die ein Luftdruckmessgerät (umsonst) anbietet, aussteigen zu müssen oder sich (Minimum) die Hände schmutzig zu machen - den aktuellen Reifendruck aller 4 Reifen. Dazu muss man einfach nur eine APP laden (für iPhone SpyTPMS), dann die 4 Kappen gegen die eigenen Ventilkappen austauschen (das zischt mal kurz, weil natürlich etwas Luft rausgeht, bis das Teil fest aufgeschraubt ist), dann den Empfänger in den Zigarettenanzünder und alle Elemente miteinander verbinden (Pairing) - Fertig. In der App kann man noch einstellen wann man Alarm haben möchte also bei welchem Niedrigsten/Höchsten Luftdruck. Laut beiliegendem Heft, sollten noch Ersatz-Konterscheiben und eine Ring-Nadel (zum ersetzen des Silikonrings) mit dabei sein, die fehlten in meinem Karton. Da das aber Normteile sind, die man in einem Bauhaus bekommt, will ich darüber mal hinwegsehen. Dann ist noch ein kleiner Saugnapf-Smartphonehalter mit im Paket und Werkzeug zum austauschen der Batterien oder Dichtungen der Ventilaufsätze. Die Anleitung ist ausführlich und bebildert in Deutsch und Englisch. Die Übersetzung ist manchmal etwas hakelig, vor allem mit den Umlauten hatte das Programm wohl so seine Schwierigkeiten. Wenn der Zigarettenanzünder auch noch zum laden gebraucht wird, würde ich mir einen Doppelstecker (2 Zigarettenanzünderbuchsen, 2fach-Verteiler - gibt's sogar schon mit USB-Buchsen) kaufen.

With this set, you always have the current tire pressure of all 4 tires - WITHOUT having to look for a gas station that offers a tire pressure gauge (free of charge), having to get out of the car or getting your hands (at least) dirty. All you have to do is download an APP (SpyTPMS for iPhone), then replace the 4 caps with your own valve caps (this makes a brief hissing noise because some air naturally comes out until the part is screwed on tightly), then plug the receiver into the cigarette lighter and connect all the elements together (pairing) - done. In the app, you can also set when you want the alarm to sound, i.e. at what lowest/highest air pressure. According to the enclosed booklet, replacement lock washers and a ring needle (to replace the silicone ring) should also be included, but these were missing in my box. But since these are standard parts that you can get in a hardware store, I'll overlook that. The package also includes a small suction cup smartphone holder and tools for replacing the batteries or seals on the valve attachments. The instructions are detailed and illustrated in German and English. The translation is sometimes a bit tricky, the program seems to have had some difficulties with the umlauts in particular. If the cigarette lighter is also needed for charging, I would buy a double plug (2 cigarette lighter sockets, 2-way distributor - there are even ones with USB sockets).
