Nach 3 Monaten ging die Pumpe kaputt. Auf schriftliche Anfrage wo man Ersatz bekommt oder kaufen kann, keine Antwort. Meine Lösung Aquarium Pumpe für 9 € gekauft mit Zeitschaltuhr. Nach 9 Monaten kein Licht mehr. Garantie ist nicht, Gerät wird nicht mehr hergestellt. Ersatz 15 € wurden geboten. Ich hätte mir kistenweise Salat kaufen können, hätte ich das Gerät nicht gekauft. Ansonsten, wäre das Gerät nicht kaputt gegangen, wäre ich zufrieden gewesen. Jedoch nach dem Kauf einer anderen Marke merke ich, dass durch den Algenansatz, der nicht vermeidbar ist, die Reinigung des Gerätes sehr umständlich ist, da die Wanne sehr groß ist (war der Grund meines Kaufes) geht das bei mir nicht in der Küche. In der zu reinigenden Wanne sind sehr viele Kanten eingebaut. Diese haben offensichtlich keinen Grund (vielleicht wegen der Formung oder Giessung des Teiles) , sind aber sehr scharf. In den vielen Ecken ist das Reinigen sehr schwierig und man verletzt sich leicht. Reste bilden schnell wieder Algen. Vom schnellen Defekt der Pumpe schreiben einige. Ein Ersatz kann wegen dem Spezialstecker nicht angesteckt werden. Ein Kabel einer zugekauften Pumpe muss durch ein für die Pflanzkörbe vorgesehenes Loch zugeführt werden. Also wieder eine Lichteinfall = Algen. Da angeblich das Gerät gar nicht mehr hergestellt wird würde ich vom Kauf auf der Resterampe zum Originalpreis abraten .

However, after buying another brand, I noticed that the algae growth, which is unavoidable, makes cleaning the device very cumbersome, since the tub is very large (was the reason for my purchase) I can't do it in the kitchen. There are many built-in edges in the tub to be cleaned. These obviously have no base (perhaps due to the forming or casting of the part) but are very sharp. In the many corners, cleaning is very difficult and it is easy to get injured. Residues quickly form algae again. Some write about the rapid defect of the pump. A replacement cannot be plugged in because of the special connector. A cable from a purchased pump must be fed through a hole provided for the plant baskets. So again an incidence of light = algae. Since the device is said to be no longer manufactured, I would advise against buying it on the rest ramp at the original price.

Inzwischen hab ich das dritte Set erhalten. Beim ersten war bereits bei Lieferung die Pumpe defekt. Nur diese zu ersetzen wäre nicht möglich gewesen. Also wieder alles eingepackt zurückgesendet und anstandslos und super nett ein neues bekommen. Nach ca. einem Jahr war nun die zweite Pumpe auch defekt. Auch hier wieder: alles einpacken, zurücksenden! Und was soll ich sagen: super Service, wieder alles anstandslos ersetzt! Das ist echt super kundenfreundlich, ehrlich hatte ich damit nicht gerechnet, aber mir wurde wieder ein komplett neues Set geschickt. Das neue Set hab ich jetzt noch nicht aufgebaut, prinzipiell finde ich es ziemlich cool von der Idee her. Es ist natürlich eher eine Spielerei für Menschen wie mich, die was "Neues" ausprobieren möchten und Spaß dran haben. Der Ertrag ist natürlich für eine 5köpfige Familie bei weitem nicht deckend. Aber es macht schon Spaß.

So everything was packed up and sent back and got a new one without hesitation and super nice. After about a year, the second pump was also defective. Again, pack everything up and send it back! And what can I say: great service, again everything replaced without hesitation! It's really super customer-friendly, I honestly didn't expect it, but I was sent a completely new set. I haven't built the new set yet, in principle I think the idea is pretty cool. Of course it's more of a gimmick for people like me who want to try something "new" and have fun with it. Of course, the yield is far from covering for a family of 5. But it's fun.

Appena ricevuto il prodotto , l'ho montato senza difficoltà, e dopo qualche giorno che i semi hanno fatto le radici l'ho azionato impostato il timer per la luce e tutto va perfettamente. Le foto lo dimostrano? sono proprio soddisfatta

L'articolo arriva con tutto il necessario per cominciare a coltivare verdura e piantine anche di inverno. Subito testato attendiamo il nostro raccolto indoor. Per il momento posso dire che funziona tutto correttamente: le lampade sembrano potenti ed il set di accessori é molto vasto. Non manca veramente nulla e non posso che ritenermi soddisfatta!
