Me ha gustado todo de este producto. Compre dos aparatos, llegaron antes de tiempo, uno de ellos tenia rota la resistencia pese a venir bien embalado y protegido, probablemente por un golpe "seco" durante el transporte..Lo devolví sin que nadie me pusiera pega alguna y compre otro pues necesitaba dos. He de decir que el fabricante o el vendedor se nota que son gente seria en sus gestiones. Lo utilizo para un cenador al exterior que tenemos en casa. Muchas gracias.

I liked everything about this product. I bought two devices, they arrived early, one of them had a broken resistance despite being well packaged and protected, probably due to a "dry" blow during transport. I returned it without anyone giving me any complaints and bought another one because I needed two. I must say that the manufacturer or the seller are obviously serious in their dealings. Tengo una terraza cerrada de unos 20 metros y calienta estupendamente. Buena calidad precio y fácil de montar. El único problema fue con la empresa de transporte que aquí en mi ciudad es patética, lo peor que hay en ese sector. Intentaron entregar el paquete cuando no estaba y me enviaron un mensaje. Después de varios días esperando a que se pusieran en contacto conmigo después de varias llamadas a un teléfono 902 de cobro, tuve que ir a su sede para recoger el pedido. No es la primera vez que me pasa con dicha empresa. En relación con el producto y la empresa que lo vende, todo estupendamente bien.

Leider ist das Kabel um mindestens 2 m zu kurz: Wenn auf Ständer montiert in höchste Position ausgefahren, was man muss für den empfohlenen Betrieb 1,8 m über Boden, reicht das Kabel gerade so auf den Boden... In der Betriebsanleitung steht, man solle es nicht mit Verlängerungskabel benutzen (Seite 4 oben) - erstens gehts das fast gar nicht anders wegen der Kabellänge und zweitens ist in der Beschreibung S. 7 auch eine Steckerleiste abgebildet und es wird von "Steckerleiste" gesprochen. Ich habe gleich zwei dieser Heizstrahler für die Werkstatt meines Vaters bestellt, die Lieferung erfolgte trotz Corona innerhalb von zwei Tagen. Leider war bei einem Gerät die Heizröhre gebrochen, was ich aber auf keinen Fall dem Händler und der Verpackung anlasten will, denn wenn man mal beobachtet wie die Transportdienstleister mit den einzelnen Waren umgehen ist dies nachvollziehbar. Gerät reklamiert und innerhalb zweier Tage war ein neues da. Die Heizgeräte funktionieren einwandfrei und bringen auch die erwartete Leistung, nur muss man erst einmal ein wenig probieren wo und wie man das gerät installiert um auch die volle Leistung abrufen zu können.

Heizstrahler macht genau was er soll, er erwärmt alle die sich in seiner Nähe befinden. Die 3 Heizstufen sind vollkommen ausreichend, mir reicht die Stufe 1 bei den Frauen muss es mind. die Stufe 2 sein. Die Fernbedienung ist simpel und funktioniert. Ein kleines Display zeigt die eingestellten Heizstufen an und der Aus.- und Einschalter ist auch stirnseitig verbaut.

The 3 heating levels are completely sufficient, level 1 is enough for me, for women it has to be at least level 2. The remote control is simple and works. Im Standby hat das Gerät ca. 0,76 Watt. Der Verbrauch der Leistungsangaben 1-3, entspricht den Tatsachen. Die Fernbedienung ist Einfach, macht aber das was sie soll. Wir haben das Gerät auf unseren verglasten Balkon 3,50 x 1,50m installiert, da ist die Stufe 1 schon fast ausreichend.

Ho acquistato questo apparecchio per utilizzarlo in un bagno che è quasi impossibile da scaldare; sinceramente ho provato di tutto per integrare l'impianto fisso, ma finalmente ho trovato la soluzione per i mesi più freddi. Grazie al piedistallo che permette di spostarlo in tutte le direzioni, a seconda della necessità lo 'punto' verso l'area del bagno interessata che così viene irradiata con un calore intenso e stabile, quasi solare. I bought this device to use in a bathroom that is almost impossible to heat; honestly I tried everything to integrate the fixed system, but I finally found the solution for the colder months. Der Strahler tut was er soll, heizen mit Wärmestrahlung. Die Fernbedienung ist praktisch und funktioniert. Leider ist die Materialauswahl und die Verarbeitung an Billigkeit nicht zu unterbieten. Dünnes hartes Plastik und dünnes Alu Standrohr. Auch die Aufhängung des Strahlers am Stativ ist eher primitiv. Der Standfuß Marke Steckbaukasten (immerhin mit lose eingeschraubten Gewichen) ist ebenfalls aus dünnem Plastik. Eine gewisse Standfestigkeit ist jedoch gegeben. Der Preis scheint trotzdem ok., wenn der Strahler wenigsten eine Saison übersteht.

La partie chauffage est bien, dommage que les fixations sur le pied soient faibles se qui met l'ensemble de travers de plus le pied ne reste pas à la hauteur choisie, il descend tout seul, impossible de serrer.

Lo compré para usarlo en mi terraza y además dar calor a un perrete pequeño que tengo. Calienta una barbaridad y aunque es muy ligera y manejable es muy estable y robusta a la vez. Le pongo un programador y se enciende y apaga solo a la perfección. Estoy encantada con la compra y encima un precio estupendo comparado con lo que hay por ahí. I bought it to use on my terrace and also to keep a small dog I have warm. It heats up a lot and although it is very light and easy to handle, it is very stable and robust at the same time. I put a timer on it and it turns on and off perfectly. I am delighted with the purchase and on top of that, it has a great price compared to what is out there. Niente da dire sul calore effettivamente riscalda bene le persone( non riscaldando l'aria ) con 3 diverse potenze, ho trovato però poco pratico lo spostamento in quanto é un po' ingombrante ( montata non é piccola ) e secondo l'arredamento un po' invasiva. Un consiglio a tutti i maschietti calorosi che convivono con donne freddolose, quelle che d'inverno faticano a spogliarsi anche se alzate il riscaldamento a 23 gradi: ACQUISTATELA SUBITO!! Grazie al tipo di irradiazione ad infrarossi, la sensazione di calore è IMMEDIATA ed ancor maggiore sulla pelle nuda, e non aggiungo altro, a buon intenditore... Aaah, finalmente le vedrete togliersi volentieri tute, pile e calzettoni da dosso come mai prima. Ebbene sì, ho comprato questa stufa alogena ad Infrarossi proprio a questo scopo, ed è stato un successone!! Consegna velocissima, semplice da montare, pratico il telecomando e la funzione timer. Ingombrante (circa 1 metro di larghezza, si estende fino a 1,8 metri di altezza) ma abbastanza leggera. Non emana odori. Attenzione, non riscalda l'aria della stanza, riscalda VOI all'istante, è direzionale e quindi funziona solo se ve la piazzate di fronte. Se dovete riscaldare una stanza, orientatevi sui modelli con ventola, ma scordatevi il calore istantaneo che solo questa tipologia di stufe può dare sul vostro corpo. Super chauffage instantané j’ai fait une cuisine d’été fermée par un store pendants la journée pas de problème mais le soir il fait plus frais et à partir de septembre avec un peu de vent le problème a été résolu avec ce chauffage de plus il y a une télécommande et il suffit de quelques secondes pour avoir de la chaleur.

Gute Wahl! Funktioniert gut. Abstufung (3 Heizstufen) funktioniert gut und ist sinnvoll! Habe ihn umgebaut zur senkrechten Montage am Ständer um ihn an die Wandecke auf der Loggia zu stellen. Good choice! Works well. The gradation (3 heat settings) works well and is useful! I converted it to be mounted vertically on the stand so that I could put it on the corner of the wall on the loggia. It worked well. The beeping sound from the remote control is annoying, I have no idea if it can be turned off. Everything else is very satisfactory. Now it just has to last a long time ;-)

Buen producto. Lo tengo colocado en un porche exterior y este invierno lo hemos usado muchísimo. Anteriormente tenía otro de otra marca y calentaba mucho menos. Respecto al consumo de la luz, no he visto ningún aumento significativo por el hecho de estar usando el calefactor. Espero que dure bastante y que cuando se rompa el filamento se pueda encontrar fácilmente un repuesto.

Good product. I have it on an outside porch and we have used it a lot this winter. I had another one from another brand before and it heated much less. Regarding electricity consumption, I have not seen any significant increase due to the fact that I am using the heater. I hope it lasts a long time and that when the filament breaks a replacement can be easily found.

I was a bit disappointed at first... ... because I noticed signs of wear and tear... I wanted to send the thing back... but I installed it on my patio roof anyway and what can I say... a great heater at a great price! I was very, very pleasantly surprised, I had a gas heater before and this one, with just under 1/5 of the power (2.5 kW vs 12 kW), provides the same feel-good atmosphere on my patio under the roof as the expensive gas thing! I would definitely recommend buying it, long-term test to follow in cool weather. I wrote the review on April 16th when the outside temperature was just under 14 degrees on the patio in a T-shirt, perfect! With a light breeze... says it all... makes it super warm. lo acabo de poner en mi terraza. lo mejor de todo es que se monta en unos 5min y solo hace falta un destornillador. es practico que se pueda subir y bajar a la altura que quieras. hay una rueda para subir el nivel de calor también. la resistencia es grande así que calienta mucho y de forma directa. prefiero una estufa horizontal como está a otra vertical para que caliente a toda la mesa. yo lo puse de pie pero te vienen también las piezas para fijarlo en la pared. la base es bastante estable y resistente, no creo que se moverá con el viento. el cable de alimentación hace que tiene que estar a 1 metro o dos de algún enchufe (o usas un alargador).venía dentro de 4 cajas que protegían perfectamente el producto. es negro con diseño moderno. estoy contenta con la compra que parece de calidad.

I just put it on my terrace. The best thing about it is that it takes about 5 minutes to set up and you only need a screwdriver. It's practical that you can raise and lower it to the height you want. There's a wheel to increase the heat level as well. The resistance is large so it heats up a lot and directly. I prefer a horizontal heater like this to a vertical one so it heats the whole table. I put it upright but it also comes with the parts to fix it to the wall. The base is quite stable and resistant, I don't think it will move with the wind. The power cable means that it has to be a meter or two away from a socket (or you use an extension cord). It came in 4 boxes that perfectly protected the product. It's black with a modern design. I'm happy with the purchase, it seems to be of quality.

Buon prodotto .. oltretutto esteticamente bello.. posso anche appenderlo alla parete.. comodo perché con il telecomando possiamo spegnerlo o accenderlo dal dondolo.. senza alzarci.. sicuramente sarà indispensabile anche in campeggio quando alla sera le temperature si abbassano.. mi piace anche poter scegliere tre diverse potenze di riscaldamento in base alla temperatura esterna .. insomma è esteticamente bello e comodo e siamo soddisfatti dell’acquisto!

Delivered defective but replaced immediately. Device needs to be assembled, which is fine. Then a screw was missing. After 15 minutes of assembly, it was switched on and nothing. Device is now being sent back. I'm excited to see how it goes. If it goes reasonably well, I'll change my rating. So the device was replaced without any problems and is now working perfectly.

I spend a lot of time outdoors in my relaxation area next to the garden and when the cold weather comes it is difficult for me to go out to enjoy the fresh air. I looked for a way to solve this problem and looked at outdoor heaters until I found this model. At first I didn't think it would look stylish but when I installed it it is part of my habitat and you can hardly notice it. What you do notice is the change in temperature which is no longer cold. I feel great relief at not being cold, it heats to the right degree and is suitable for my stay and I have once again been able to enjoy those quiet mornings or those relaxing evenings. I am so happy that I am considering buying another one soon, as it combines modern design, functionality and environmentally friendly consumption. I just needed it.
