Thanks to the tight-fitting lid with an extra-high brim, hot coals can also be safely layered to provide heating from above. The cast iron ensures optimal distribution of heat, even in irregularly burning fires. Even cakes or bread can be made without the pot breaking a sweat. Especially practical: the lid may be simply turned over and then a 33cm-large pan may be used with its own tripod. For easy handling of the hot parts, the 26cm-long lid lifter allows you to safely look into the interior of the Dutch oven.
