Gutes Werkzeug, volle Akkuschrauber und zwei Personen zum Aufbau sind hier Grundvorraussetzung um die Mülltonnenbox ohne Stress aufzubauen. Die 10cm langen Schrauben können nicht per Hand eingeschraubt werden, auch nicht der ""letzte Rest"". Die ganze Konstruktion ist sehr stabil und in keinster Weise wackelig. Eine Kette dient zur Verbindung der beiden Deckel von Box und Mülltonne. So wird direkt beim Anheben der Abdeckung die Mülltonne geöffnet. Druckgasöffner erleichtern das Öffnen und das offen bleiben der Abdeckung. Für jedes der beiden Deckel sind zwei Öffner vorgesehen. Zusätzlich ist je eine Stütze zum offenhalten des Deckels vorhanden. Das trapezförmige Stück Holz am Eingang sorgt für ein leichteres Reinschieben der Tonne. Alle Teile des Produktes sind einwandfrei und ohne Mängel gearbeitet. Keine Splitter oder Risse sind im imprägnierten Kiefernholz zu sehen. Durch die Imprägnierung bekommt das Produkt den klassischen blaugrünen Stich. Die einzelnen Lamellen sind locker und ""nur"" eingesteckt. Sie können jedoch nicht rausgenommen werden. Mit seinen guten 56kg kann die Mülltonnenbox nicht mal eben umgestellt werden. Darüber sollte man sich im Klaren sein und die Box zumindest in der Nähe des endgültigen Standortes aufbauen. Die Maße von 145 x 130 x 87 cm (BxHxT) macht das gesamte Produkt doch recht platzeinnehmend, aber dafür passen auch die ganz großen Mülltonnen hinein, jedoch nicht die Müllboxen (die mit den vier Rädern drunter). Eine bessere Bedienungsanleitung wäre wünschenswert. Beim Einbau der Scharniere für die Tür und die richtige Lage der Deckel hatten wir unsere Schwierigkeiten und haben uns hier mehr beholfen, als dass wir es richtig gemacht haben.

The individual slats are loose and "only" inserted. However, they cannot be taken out. With its good 56kg, the garbage can box cannot even be moved. You should be aware of this and set up the box at least close to the final location. The dimensions of 145 x 130 x 87 cm (WxHxD) make the entire product quite space-consuming, but the really large garbage cans also fit in, but not the garbage boxes (the one with the four wheels underneath). A better manual would be desirable. We had our difficulties with the installation of the hinges for the door and the correct position of the cover and here we did more than we did it right.

Da wir unsere Mülltonnen für jeden sichtbar auf dem Grundstück stehen haben, gefällt uns die Idee, die Mülltonnen etwas zu verschönern bzw. sie sogar zu verstecken. Mit diesem System aus Kiefernholz klappt das wunderbar. Schon beim Auspacken riecht es herrlich nach Holz. Alle Teile sind sehr gut verpackt, sodass durch den Transport nichts splittern oder gar zerstört werden kann. Um alles aufbauen zu können, brauchen Sie zum einen gutes Werkzeug und zum anderen starke Nerven. Denn die Anleitung ist absoluter Schrott. Hier muss der Hersteller dringend nacharbeiten. Entsprechende Löcher sind zwar eigentlich überall dort vorgebohrt bzw. nur angekratzt, wo sie benötigt werden, aber in der Anleitung fehlt dazu jede Angabe, sodass man das leicht übersehen kann. Handwerklich Begabte kommen sicherlich auch ohne zurecht, wird dann aber sicher nicht ohne Fehler sein. Man erkennt manchmal nicht, welchen Schritt man als nächstes machen soll. Wenn das ganze Gebilde dann einmal steht, ist es sehr kompakt und stabil. Außerdem ist es so schwer, dass man es nicht ""mal eben"" an die Seite schieben kann. Da muss man schon zu zweit ran. Wir haben vier verschiedene Mülltonnen, die aber allesamt ein Füllmenge von je 120 L haben. Sie wirken zwar etwas verloren in ihrem neuen Häuschen, aber so passen dann auch die großen Tonnen. Im Deckel befinden sich vorne vier Löcher, die dafür sorgen, dass das gesammelte Regenwasser ablaufen kann. Die Plastikdeckel der Müllbehälter können mit Hilfe der mitgelieferten Metallkettchen so befestigt werden, dass man beim Öffnen des Holzdeckels gleichzeitig auch den der Tonne öffnet. Bei drei unserer Tonnen funktioniert das, die Biotonne ist ein neueres Modell und hat oben andere Griffe, die wir etwas pimpen mussten (in die neuen Griffe einfach ein Loch gebohrt). Zum dauerhaften Hochstellen der Deckel kann man einen mitgelieferten Holzkeil feststecken, der allerdings in der Anleitung überhaupt nicht erwähnt wird. Ebenso werden die Stoßdämpfer überhaupt nicht erwähnt, die man befestigt, damit der Deckel hochfährt. Beim Einbauen der Türen gibt es auch leichte Schwierigkeiten, weil diese sehr spack sitzen, wenn man die Scharniere klassisch nach innen baut. Alles in allem ist der Aufbau eine Katastrophe, dafür das Ergebnis aber sensationell. Die Verarbeitung ist einwandfrei, es sieht toll aus und ist gut zu händeln. Für einen Preis von knapp 200 Euro erwarte ich allerdings eine entsprechende Anleitung, dann hätte es von mir volle fünf Sterne gegeben. FAZIT: Ordentliches Müllsystem

Once the whole structure is up, it is very compact and stable. It's also so heavy that you can't just "just" push it to the side. You have to go there in pairs. We have four different garbage cans, but they all have a capacity of 120 liters each. They may seem a bit lost in their new house, but the big barrels will fit. There are four holes in the front of the lid, which ensure that the collected rainwater can drain off. The plastic lid of the rubbish bin can be attached with the help of the supplied metal chain in such a way that opening the wooden lid opens the bin at the same time. This works with three of our bins, the organic bin is a newer model and has different handles at the top, which we had to pimp a bit (simply drilled a hole in the new handles). To permanently raise the lid, you can use the supplied wooden wedge, which is not mentioned at all in the instructions. Likewise, there is no mention at all of the shock absorbers that you attach to make the lid pop up. There are also slight difficulties when installing the doors because they sit very snugly if you build the hinges inwards in the classic way. All in all, the construction is a disaster, but the result is sensational. The workmanship is impeccable, it looks great and is easy to handle. For a price of almost 200 euros, however, I expect a corresponding manual, then I would have given it a full five stars. CONCLUSION: Proper waste system
