Komfortzone Rattan Lounge Sofa

Die Optik hat mich überzeugt. Die vielen Kissen (auch mit Klett) finde ich super. Die Qualität selbst ist jedoch nicht zufriedenstellend. Nach 2 Monaten, täglichem Gebrauch ist sie bereits durchgesessen und eine Seite der Abstellfunktion ist bereits defekt. Der Aufbau war ok, aber das Fußteil eine Katastrophe. Für den Preis würde ich sie mir wahrscheinlich nicht nochmal bestellen. Ich bin glücklich über die Optik des Produkts, aber enttäuscht über die Qualität.

The optics convinced me. I think the many cushions (also with Velcro) are great. However, the quality itself is not satisfactory. After 2 months of daily use, it has already worn through and one side of the switch-off function is already defective. The construction was ok, but the foot part was a disaster. For the price I probably wouldn't order them again. I'm happy with the look of the product but disappointed with the quality.

Zuerst: das Sofa siegt optisch schick aus. Der Zusammenbau ging schnell und problemlos. Die Kissenfarbe entspricht allerdings in keiner Weise "creme" und sieht nicht ansatzweise so aus, wie auf dem Bild. Die Scharniere für die Lehne machen leider keinen guten Eindruck und wirken sehr instabil. Bei und ist die Lehne an die Wand angelehnt. Wir wären sonst nicht sicher, ob sie 2 Personen halten würde. Für den Preis hätten wir was anderes erwartet. Wir sind gespannt, wie lange es hält. Es ist zum Glück nicht für den Dauereinsatz gedacht.

First of all: the sofa looks chic. The assembly went quickly and easily. However, the pillow color is in no way "cream" and does not look anything like the picture. Unfortunately, the hinges for the backrest do not make a good impression and appear very unstable. At and the backrest is leaning against the wall. We wouldn't be sure if she would hold 2 people otherwise. For the price we would have expected something else. We're excited to see how long it lasts. Fortunately, it is not intended for continuous use.

In meiner ersten Bewertung war ich enttäuscht weil es nicht zum angegebenen Termin geliefert wurde. Der Kundendienst war allerdings super. Es lag nicht am Verkäufer sondern am Lieferdienst. Trotzdem wurde sich super um mich gekümmert !!! Sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit in allen Bereichen. Wirklich ein top Service. Werde sicher wieder hier bestellen. Das Produkt erfüllt alle Erwartungen und hat uns schon sehr viel Freude gemacht. Einfacher Zusammenbau. Bequem und schön anzusehen ist es auch. Rund um zufrieden. 5 Sterne

In my first review I was disappointed because it was not delivered on the specified date. However, the customer service was great. It wasn't the seller, it was the delivery service. Nonetheless, they took great care of me! Very nice, courteous and helpful in all areas. Really great service. Will definitely order here again. The product meets all expectations and has given us a lot of pleasure. Easy assembly. It is also comfortable and beautiful to look at. Completely satisfied. 5 Stars

Ich habe nach einem nicht zu großen gemütlichen Sofa für unseren Balkon gesucht. Da ich nur 1.35 Breite zur Verfügung hatte, war das gar nicht so einfach. Dieses Sofa ist aber perfekt. Nach ein paar Schwierigkeiten beim Aufbau -die aber meinem mangelnden Technikverstand geschuldet waren- ist dies mein neuer Lieblingsplatz. Am Anfang hat es noch ein bisschen gerochen, (nur das Sofa, nicht die Kissen) ist aber nach kurzer Zeit weg. Es ist stabil, die Kissen dick genug, einfach toll!

I was looking for a comfortable sofa that wasn't too big for our balcony. Since I only had a width of 1.35, it wasn't that easy. But this sofa is perfect. After a few difficulties with the construction - which were due to my lack of technical knowledge - this is my new favorite place. At first it still smelled a bit (only the sofa, not the pillows) but it went away after a short time. It's stable, the cushions are thick enough, just great!

Das Produkt kam schnell bei uns an und sieht wirklich gut aus. Die Beschreibung der Bedienungsanleitung ist wirklich schrecklich. Hat sehr lange gedauert und benötigt min. 2 Personen.
