Wenn man trotz unterirdischer Gebrauchsanleitung den Schlauch im Innern des Gerätes erahnt und gefunden hat und die richtige Neigung beachtet ist es ein gutes Gerät. Lieferung erfolgte einfach an einem anderen Tag und (telefonischer oder digitaler) Kundenservice war praktisch nicht vorhanden, was besonders frustrierend ist, wenn man bei der Installation einen Tipp braucht. Nach Ausrede ("wir stellen gerade unsere Kommunikation um und melden uns bei Ihnen") und angekündigter Rückmeldung geschah einfach: NICHTS. Also Service Null, Gerät + Preis okay.

If you have guessed and found the hose inside the device despite the underground instructions for use and observed the correct inclination, it is a good device. Delivery was just another day and customer service (phone or digital) was virtually non-existent, which is particularly frustrating when you need a tip during installation. After an excuse ("we're just changing our communication and getting in touch with you") and announced feedback, it just happened: NOTHING. So service zero, device + price okay.

Der Brunnen ist optisch in Ordnung. Der Wasserfall klingt durch den Metallkorpus blechern. Ist eher für den Außenbereich geeignet. Wir mussten die Pumpe auf Minimum stellen, sonst wäre das Wasser auf den Boden gespritzt, dadurch bedingt läuft dann das Wasser nicht über die ganze Wand

The fountain is visually in order. The waterfall sounds tinny through the metal body. Is more suitable for outdoor use. We had to set the pump to minimum, otherwise the water would have splashed onto the floor, which means that the water doesn't run over the entire wall

Die Medien konnten nicht geladen werden. Der Brunnen ist einfach Super. Der Geräuschpegel ist minimal. Also das Wassergeplätscher ist lauter als die Pumpe. Tip an die Leute wo es zu laut ist. Schaut mal ob die Klappe von der Pumpe ganz aufgedreht ist. Die Beleuchtung habe ich noch mit einer Heissklebepistole fixiert. Und ich werde mir noch eine Kommunizieren Röhre für den Wasserstand installieren.

The media could not be loaded. The fountain is just great. The noise level is minimal. So the splashing water is louder than the pump. Tip to the people where it is too loud. Check if the valve on the pump is fully open. I fixed the lights with a hot glue gun. And I'm going to install a communicating tube for the water level.

Good quality product and worth the price, only thing I need to mention it’s the light. I thought it’s a warm soft light but unfortunately it came with a cold white LED light…not so pleasant otherwise 5*

Der Brunnen plätschert bei uns auf dem Balkon. Tolle Optik, guter Preis und der Kundenservice, so man ihn benötigt, ist schnell freundlich, transparent, lösungsorientiert - sehr gut!

Optisch sieht der Brunnen gut aus und entspricht dem, was wir uns anhand der Bilder und Beschreibung erwartet hatten. Das Plätschern ist deutlich zu hören, was aber gerade im Aussenbereich nicht wirklich stört sondern eher angenehm ist. Das Wasserbecken ist aus Blech was dazu führt, dass sich das Plätschern anhört als würde man Wasser in einen Blecheimer laufen lassen, was den Gedamteindruck leider etwas trübt.

The fountain looks good and corresponds to what we expected based on the pictures and description. The rippling can be heard clearly, but this is not really annoying, especially outdoors, but rather pleasant. The water basin is made of tin, which means that the splashing sounds like water being run into a tin bucket, which unfortunately spoils the overall impression a bit.

Optisch schön, aber das schwere Oberteil wackelt doch sehr auf dem Wasserbehälter. Für den Preis dürfte alles etwas stabiler sein.

Visually beautiful, but the heavy upper part wobbles a lot on the water tank. For the price everything should be a bit more stable.

Wurde sehr schnell geliefert, sofort ausgepackt und von mir aufgebaut. Sieht toll aus, Größe wie gewünscht, ein Schmuckstück in meinem Wohnzimmer kurz gesagt, wunderschön un funktioniert einwandfrei

Der Aufbau ist leicht gemacht, siehe Anleitung anbei. Wichtig erst die Pumpe und das Licht anschliessen vor dem finalen Zusammenbau. Auch darauf achten, dass es korrekt in der Waage steht, damit das Wasser auch dort bleibt wo es hin soll. Ach ja, es passt ordentlich was an Wasser rein, die Pumpe braucht auch eine gewisse menge um richtig zu fördern. Fazit: super schön und beruhigendes plätschern ;)

Also make sure that it is correctly balanced so that the water stays where it should. Oh yes, a lot of water fits in, the pump also needs a certain amount to pump properly. Der Aufbau des Brunnens war in nicht einmal 5 Minuten erledigt und somit konnte man direkt loslegen. Wasser rein , Kabel in die Steckdose und direkt wohlfühlen. Der Brunnen sieht einfach nur toll aus und das Wasser plätschert nicht allzu laut. Da fühlt man sich direkt wie im Urlaub. Ich kann den Brunnen nur weiterempfehlen. Wir hatten keine Probleme mit heraustropfendem Wasser oder zu lauter Pumpe. Alles Top.

The construction of the fountain was done in less than 5 minutes and you could start right away. Put the water in, plug the cable into the socket and feel right at home. The fountain just looks great and the water doesn't splash too loudly. You feel like you're on vacation right away. I can only recommend the fountain. We haven't had any problems with water dripping out or the pump being too loud. Everything perfect.
