Die Lampe kam sehr sicher verpackt mit Styropor bei mir an. Sie ist sehr viel größer als ich erwartet habe, da ich nur von den Bildern ausgegangen bin und nicht extra nachgemessen habe. Sie macht schon optisch einen sehr wertigen Eindruck. Alles ist gut verarbeitet, keine scharfen Kanten. Ich habe den Strahler für einen 3m Pavillon gekauft, daher war mir besonders wichtig, dass das Gerät nicht zu warm von oben wird, damit keine Brandgefahr besteht. Die Lampe hängt bei mir wie empfohlen ca 50 cm unter der Decke, von oben wird sie nicht heiß, so dass keine Gefahr besteht. Direkt darunter habe ich ein Zweisitzer Loungsofa platziert und meinem Mann und mir tut die Wärme sehr gut, gerade jetzt wo die Abende dann doch Kühler sind. Sogar mein Hund legt sich direkt neben uns, damit er auch die Wärme genießen kann. Man hat ganz gezielt einen Wärmekegel, der ausreichend für 2 Personen (&Hund) ist, gerade in so einem Stoffpavillon muss man keine Angst haben, dass Brandgefahr besteht. Das kleine Lämpchen ist ein Bonus oben drauf, es ist nicht so extrem hell, aber sehr angenehm für die Augen und ausreichend zur Orientierung im dunklen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und können die Lampe uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

The lamp arrived very securely packed with styrofoam. It's a lot bigger than I expected because I only went by the pictures and didn't measure it. It already makes a very valuable impression visually. Everything is well made, no sharp edges. I bought the radiator for a 3m pavilion, so it was particularly important to me that the device did not get too warm from above, so that there was no risk of fire. As recommended, the lamp hangs about 50 cm below the ceiling, it does not get hot from above, so there is no danger. I placed a two-seater lounging sofa directly underneath and the heat is very good for my husband and I, especially now that the evenings are cooler. Even my dog lies down right next to us so he can enjoy the warmth too. You specifically have a heat cone that is sufficient for 2 people (& dog), especially in such a fabric pavilion you don't have to be afraid that there is a risk of fire. The little light is a bonus on top, it's not extremely bright but very easy on the eyes and sufficient for orientation in the dark. We are very satisfied and can recommend the lamp without reservation.

Gerät heizt so gut, wie es 2,2KW eben können. Die Wärme verteilt sich auch ganz gut, so dass 4 Leute bei Minusgraden einige Minuten auf der überdachten Terrasse sitzen können. Sonst ist auch alles o.k.. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut.

Das Gerät ist leider nur über die Fernbedienung zu bedienen. Leider ist nicht genau in der Beschreibung beschrieben wie. Deshalb dachte ich erst, das Gerät sei kaputt. Nach wiederholtem Male die Knöpfchen gedrückt funktionierte das Gerät dann doch.

Die Heizleistung ist für 2 KW in Ordnung. Die Beleuchtungsfunktion ist recht dürftig.

Der Deckenheizstrahler sieht gut aus und gefällt rein optisch. Die Heizleistung (3 Stufen) auf höchster Stufe 2000 Watt ist im Außenbereich (überdachte Terrasse) nicht so warm wie erwartet! Man muss, entgegen der Betriebs-/Bedienungsanleitung, bei kälteren Außentemperaturen dem Heizstrahler recht nahekommen, um sich wärmen zu können.

The ceiling heater looks good and pleases optically. The heat output (3 levels) at the highest level of 2000 watts is not as warm as expected outside (covered terrace)! Contrary to the operating/operating instructions, you have to get quite close to the radiant heater when the outside temperatures are cold in order to be able to warm yourself.

Artikel kam sehr gut verpackt an und ist von der Verarbeitung her eher hochwertig. Die eingebauten LED sind relativ schwach, war für uns aber auch kein Kaufgrund. Die Wärmeleistung ist für unsere Bedürfnisse ausreichend (freistehender Metallpavillon mit Seitenwänden). Reichweite der Fernbedienung ist sehr gering und lässt sich nur mit der Fernbedienung schalten.

Item arrived very well packaged and is of high quality. The built-in LEDs are relatively weak, but that wasn't a reason for us to buy them. The heat output is sufficient for our needs (free-standing metal gazebo with side walls). The range of the remote control is very small and can only be switched with the remote control.

Habe noch 2 andere Heizstrahler, Dieses war das teuerste und hat kein gute Heizleistung. Die Lampe ist eine Farce. 3 Sterne weil es ein wenig heizt und weil es optisch echt schick ist. Epfehlen würde ich es allerdings nicht

I have 2 other radiant heaters, this was the most expensive and does not have a good heat output. The lamp is a farce. 3 stars because it heats up a bit and because it looks really chic. I wouldn't recommend it though

Schnelle Lieferung, gut verpackt. Die Installation hat ein Elektriker gemacht, der in unserem Pavillon eh Stromleitung und Steckdosen verlegen musste. Die erste Probe hat die Lampe auch schon bestanden, die Wärmeleistung für den Pavillon bei 3 Grad war gut. Ich empfehle die Lampe weiter!️

Fast delivery, well packed. The installation was done by an electrician who had to lay the power lines and sockets in our pavilion anyway. The lamp has already passed the first test, the heat output for the pavilion at 3 degrees was good. I recommend the lamp!️

grundsätzlich ist die Heizlampe ok. Die Idee ist gut. Aber die Heizleistung ist schwach. In der Höhe haben wir uns an der Vorgabe orientiert. Die Lampe macht macht einen guten Eindruck. Die Optik ist ok. Montage ist einfach und stabil. Leider ist die Hauptfunktion, die Heizleistung, nicht gut. Wenn man unter der Lampe gestanden hat, konnte man am Kopf die Wärme leicht spüren. Am Oberkörper oder den Armen kam nichts mehr an. Im Sitzen hat man fast nichts von der Wärme gespürt. Deshalb ging die Lampe retour.

Assembly is easy and stable. Unfortunately, the main function, the heating performance, is not good. When you stood under the lamp, you could feel the heat on your head. Nothing arrived on the upper body or the arms. You hardly felt any of the heat when you were sitting. So the lamp went back.

Die Lieferung kam schnell und die Montage war einfach – eine Kette mit zwei Karabiner war in der Packung mit dabei. Eine Fernbedienung war auch dabei, alerdings ohne Batterien – und da auf dem Gerät nur ein Ein/Aus Knopf ist und jegliche Bedienung ohne die Fernbedienung nicht möglich ist, musste ich mich erst die Batterien organisieren. Ein mal ins Betrieb genommen heizt Lampe sich die Lampe schnell auf und bietet auf der höchsten Stufe genug wärme auch für ganz kühle Nächte... Der Kabel könnte aber tatsächlich etwas länger sein.

Delivery was quick and assembly was easy - a chain with two carabiners was included in the package. A remote control was also included, but without batteries - and since there is only an on/off button on the device and no operation is possible without the remote control, I first had to organize the batteries. Once the lamp is put into operation, the lamp heats up quickly and offers enough heat at the highest level even for very cool nights... The cable could actually be a bit longer.
