Qualität nicht ganz so gut, Kaffeemaschine nach nur einem halben Jahr nicht mehr funktionstüchtig

Quality not quite as good, coffee machine no longer functional after only six months

Ein super Set. Alles funktioniert und siehen echt noCh zu schön aus. Das Produkt ist wie beschrieben. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

Auf der Abbildung wirkt das Set viel hochwertiger. Bei der Kaffeemaschine klemmt ständig der Einsatz, den muss man richtig reinfummeln, damit die Maschine nachher auch schließt und funktioniert. Der Einsatz ist einfach, billig, hat keine Führung, der Bügel ist wabbelig. Der Deckel ist billiges und bewegliches Plastik (sieht stabiler aus). Man muss ihn richtig runterdrücken, was aber auch nur geht, wenn man den Einsatz für den Filter ordnungsgemäß reingefummelt hat. Einmal lief die Maschine schon über, weil der Einsatz nicht richtig drin war. Der Kunststoff wirkt bei allen drei Teilen leider nicht hochwertig, mit den kleinen Edelstahlteilchen, versucht man hier billiges Plastik aufzupeppen. Alles in allem recht billig gemacht und aufgepeppt. Man muss vorsichtig gießen, sonst tropft/kleckert die Kanne. Alle drei Teile sind einzeln verpackt, also in der Herstellerkiste und dann nochmal in einem Lieferkarton. So hatten wir sechs Karton Müll. Das fanden wir nicht gut..

In the picture, the set looks much higher quality. The insert on the coffee machine is constantly jammed, you have to really fumble it in so that the machine closes and works afterwards. The insert is simple, cheap, has no guide, and the bracket is wobbly. The lid is cheap and flexible plastic (looks sturdier). You have to press it down properly, but this is only possible if you have properly fumbled in the insert for the filter. Once the machine overflowed because the insert wasn't in it properly. Unfortunately, the plastic does not appear to be of high quality in all three parts, with the small stainless steel parts they are trying to spice up cheap plastic. All in all quite cheaply made and jazzed up. You have to pour carefully, otherwise the pot will drip/spill. All three parts are individually packed, i.e. in the manufacturer's box and then again in a delivery box. So we had six boxes of garbage. We didn't like that...

Super schneller Versand und sehr guter Kundenservice. Das schon mal vorweg. Das set ist Qualitativ sehr gut verarbeitet. Also für den Preis kann man nichts falsch machen. Gute Produkte für einen fairen Preis. Probiert es aus und ihr werde nicht enttäuscht.

Schickes, schlichtes Design, gute Verarbeitung und unkomplizierte Funktionsweise - alles in allem ein super Produkt. Nach knapp einem Jahr in Benutzung sind wir immer noch zufrieden und überzeugt von der Qualität der Produkte. Einzig die Kanne der Kaffeemaschine hatte bei uns kein langes Leben. Was aber eher an unserer Schusseligkeit lag, denn wir hatten sie direkt nach dem Kaffeekochen mit kaltem Wasser ausgespült - Resultat: Gesprungenes Glas... Aber glücklicherweise ist auch der Kundenservice von Elektronik-Star sehr zufriedenstellend. In unserer "Historie des Onlineshoppings" gab es noch nie einen so unkomplizierten Kundenservice. Selbst bei einer simplen Reklamation verbrachte man Ewigkeiten in irgendwelchen Hotlines mit unfähigem und unfreundlichem Personal. Anders bei Elektonik-Star: kurze Wartezeit in der Hotline und kompetente, schnelle Hilfe. Ohne langes Gerede und Gefrage wurde uns die Reklamation bestätigt und schon morgen wird uns eine neue Kaffeemaschine zugesandt. Unser Fazit: Das nächte Mal darf es auch gern wieder Elektronik-Star sein ;)

Chic, simple design, good workmanship and uncomplicated functionality - all in all a great product. After almost a year of use, we are still satisfied and convinced of the quality of the products. Only the pot of the coffee machine did not have a long life with us. But that was more due to our clumsiness, because we rinsed it out with cold water immediately after making the coffee - result: cracked glass... But fortunately the customer service from Elektronik-Star is also very satisfactory. In our "history of online shopping" there has never been such an uncomplicated customer service. Even with a simple complaint you spent ages on any hotline with incompetent and unfriendly staff. Elektonik-Star is different: short waiting times on the hotline and competent, quick help. The complaint was confirmed to us without lengthy talk or questions and a new coffee machine will be sent to us tomorrow. Our conclusion: Next time it can be an electronic star again ;)

Super schönes Frühstücks-Set, Preis-leistung ist super, Farbe genauso wie auf dem Bild. Die Qualität ist auch sehr gut Schneller Versand. Würde ich nochmal Kaufen.

die Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei sehen gut aus und sind gut verarbeitet dass dies ein günstiges Angebot ist merkt man daran dass alles etwas wacklig ist deshalb ein Stern Abzug ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Kauf

Si compone di 4 pezzi tutti utlilissimi funzionali da designer accattivante che staranno bene in tutti i tipi di cucina sia le classiche sia le più moderne Ve li descrivo MACCHINA DA CAFFE' Macchina per caffè da 1,5L - che permette di preparare fino a 12 tazze dotata di filtro e misurino , mantiene caldo il caffè a lungo conservandone tutta la fragranza e l'aroma. TOSTAPANE Il Tostapane leggero bello da vedere molto funzionale ci permette di scongelare il pane oltre che di preparare ottimi toast con burro e marmellata per fare una colazione energetica e salutare o abbrustolire fette di pane per croccanti bruschette, facilissimo da pulire essendo dotato di un comodo cassettino raccoglibriciole che si può tirare fuori completamente e pulire. BOLLITORE l bollitore sempre realizzato in colore nero e acciaio cosi come il tostapane e la macchina del caffè si appoggia su una base girevole a 360° e il cavo di alimentazione scompare completamente all'interno, per cui si può portare tranquillamente in tavola e farlo girare all'occorrenza verso i commensali adatto per preparare ottime bevande calde velocemente, lacuqa si mantiene calda a lungo. Con questo set la vostra colazione sarà davvero fantastica come quelle che si vedono solitamente nei film americani il set ci aiuterà a preparare tutto poi basta solo una bella tavola apparecchiata con il vostro servizio migliore ed è fatta . Ich habe es als Geschenk gekauft und es ist toll angekommen. Als Erstausstattung für eine Küche echt toll. Der leuchtende Wasserkocher, das Design macht schon was her. Und funktionieren tun die Geräte auch einwandfrei. Vielen Dank auch für die prompte Lieferung. Gerne wieder.
