Whatever you wish to train, the Puissantor B15 is equipped for it. Firstly, you can use the options of the High and Low Pull, Rowing Training, or Butterfly configuration. For virtually every muscle group in your body, you will find exercises to increase your power and endurance. How intense do you want your training? You decide yourself: up to 10 weight plates each 15 lbs. (6.8 kg) can quickly be coupled to the cable pulley using a pin.
