You can receive direct feedback via Bluetooth: Your performance data, such as speed, heart rate or distance travelled, are transmitted to the app and evaluated, and at the same time, the virtual camera ride is adjusted - if you pedal slowly, you will also ride slowly in the virtual tour, and if you accelerate, the video will also run faster. If that's not enough, you can take part in numerous multiplayer events: test your fitness in direct comparison with thousands of other riders - a feeling like riding in the Tour de France without having to leave your home.

In addition to the multimedia training options, the Capital Sports Helios cardio bike also impresses with its high-quality technology: Enjoy a high level of training comfort from start to finish, as you can get on and off the bike comfortably and safely thanks to the particularly low entry. With 32 levels, the MagResist system responds to almost any training requirement. With the built-in training computer you will find 12 varied programmes, as well as the option to train based on strength or heart rate. The tablet holder integrated into the handle helps to prevent boredom on the bike. This is the perfect place for a smartphone, tablet or e-reader and can be used either to use the Kinomap app or simply to watch a film, listen to music or read while exercising. If you don't have a smart device at hand, you can also monitor your training values on the Capital Sports Helios magnet bike quite conventionally via the training computer. In addition to the distance travelled, training time and calories burned, it also displays your heart rate directly thanks to the integrated hand sensors. Last but not least, the extremely quiet SilentBelt system ensures that your training does not disturb anyone.
