Unlike normal weights, the weight of the workout hammer is mounted unevenly on one side, giving usual exercises an entirely new level of difficulty.
The Big Knock training hammer from CAPITAL SPORTS is made completely of blackened cast steel. To ensure that you always have a secure grip on the hammer, the 4cm-thick stem is slightly roughened so that it may be safely and firmly held in your hand.
